Here for consideration is a magnificent chandelier by Gaetano Sciolari produced I imagine by lightolier with heavy brass. Heavy chrome, hundreds of glass rods and a feel much larger than the measurements suggest. This is a chandelier that can only be seriously appreciated in-person and not via photos. Plenty of photos provided showing details to see how good this is. Please review them all. General Description: Gaetano Sciolari has designed many great pieces. And this one is one of the largest designed. This exact chandelier may be found on first dibs, and another seller on ebay also has one listed with frankly, more alluring photos than mine- I do not have a studio. I photographed it with only about 40% of the rods in place due to the weight that was bearing on the ceiling hook. Twelve 40 watt bulbs illuminate 204 glass rods that are 18" each suspended on 6 solid brass and chrome plates that alternate in height. The quality of the brass and chrome is second-to-none. This chandelier came from an institution in West Virginia with a 7 foot chain linking it to a ceiling plate. The chandelier was kept in a humidity and temperature controlled environment which means it has survived well. It measures approx. 21" high from the top of the hanger finial to the bottom of the lower row of glass rods and is 21" wide. Condition: Brass and chrome is almost near perfect with only mention of some scuffing and light scratches to very few areas- not worth the mention but for the sake of accuracy must be. The only area to show any real patina is on the central spoke holding the three arms to the 6 fixtures. The janitors took good care of this but in the process over time. 5 of the glass rods have been broken- as the fixture has internal rods and external rods we recommend either sourcing 5 rods, or simply omitting them from the interior rod arra

Vintage 1950s Swag Ceiling Hanging Glass Prism Gold Finish Electrical Lamp Chandelier signed by designer. I cannot make out the signature on this lamp but I took pictures of it for you to figure out who might have made it. It is in almost excellent vintage condition with its only major flaw is that one of the glass/crystal prisms metal tie down is missing as seen in my pictures with arrow. This isn't noticeable though because when it is hanging the strand hangs down straight. Also. The chandelier is in its original condition I found it in at the estate sale and needs to be cleaned up more. I haven't the clue to what to clean it with and I'm going to leave that up to you but it really isn't all that dirty just a little dusty. This chandelier does work and is a 3 way system. You will have to get light bulbs for it because they ... moreare not included. I really don't feel safe shipping with bulbs. It is a really nice piece that has a great art deco look without being too frilly. As far as wiring goes I do know that the item works as seen in the pictures without any glitches but I have no idea if it is up to code with todays standards. Due to its age you might want to have it rewired to be on the safe side or just leave it like it is. I would use it like it is if it was mine and feel safe with it but not all people are a like. It measures: about 22 1/2 inches tall by 10 1/2 inches wide and 10 1/2 inches deep. It weighs almost 11 pounds unpacked. Please remember vintage items do not have warranties. SUPER CUTE PETITE WEDDING CHANDELIER This chandelier is the perfect size for a bathroom or hallway. Its about 13" long to the bottom of the prism to the top canopy piece without any chain and 7" in diameter at top rim and 6" at top canopy section in diameter. Its got beautiful crystal spear prisms hanging down and all are present. It does work as you can see in photos and has along cord for plugging into wall, however the wiring doesnt look brand new so it should probably be checked by a professional. Also the top portion is missing a lot of its patina, and there are black spots, so its not perfect, please see the photos and inspect carefully so you know the condition. LARGE VINTAGE MID CENTURY 3 TIER 15 LIGHT SMOKED ETCHED GLASS CRYSTAL CHANDELIER
We are pleased to offer this chandelier. Dating to the 1970s. This gorgeous Mid Century fixture features 3 tiers. Each tier houses large, etched and smoke glass/crystal panels. The middle tier is wider than the top and bottom. The panels hang on the arms of the brass frame. The chandelier is made so that some of the glass panels hang at 90 degree angles which adds interest to the fixture. Both the top and center tier have 5 light sockets which are attached to the center of the chandelier column. The bottom tier features 5 upward curving arms with lights. There are a total of 15 lights on the fixture. The fixture is in very good condition. The wiring is good and the chandelier is ready for installation. The original brass ceiling cover/canopy is included. There is one panel of glass/crystal that is somewhat lighter than the others. It is not ... moreterribly noticeable but it does need mentioning. It does not stand out and therefore, does not distract from the fixture. This is a large chandelier. It measures 27" long(excluding chain and canopy) It measures 21" wide. The chandelier is arrange in two tiers. The first crystal is a rose cut crystal with a dropper crystal underneath and measures approximately overall 8" outside diameter and a drop of 9" excluding the chains. All of the crystals appear to original and in place with none missing. The crystals also appear to be in good order. however some of the tips have tiny chips to them you have to look really close and I am not sure if this was made in manufactureWhat would seem to be the original 3 hook ceiling rose is present. The bands are made of brass and the top band has a flower and leaf motif running around the circumference. The top band has 5 ... morebrass leave coming off the top of the ring. Each of these leaves has again a two part dropper as above, again in good order. The brass work does show signs of tarnishing due to the age of the item. Vintage Antique Large 3 Tier 8 Arm Spanish Crystal & Brass Chandelier 80 Prisms
This auction if for a very beautiful. Ornate and well made vintage made in Spain brass and crystal chandelier. The chandelier is a three tier one. With crystal prisms hanging from all three layers and it has eight arms with eight lights(candles) The metal work is all solid brass and it is therefore very heavy. Without the prisms on. It weighs 20 pounds. The ornate brass canopy and chain are original to the chandelier and are matching all other scrolled work on the metal. The entire brass metal work on the chandelier is very intricately detailed. And the bottom is completed with a very ornate cap and finial which are again matching all the other scroll work on the fixture. The chandelier. As can be seen in our pictures is in perfect working condition and ready to hang. It was too large for the room displayed in, and has to be replaced with ... morea smaller one. The measurements without any crystals on are: 24" in diameter X 26" high. The original and existing chain is 18" The chandelier comes with 80 prisms all together and one round crystal ball for the bottom. These are: 12 large tear drops 2 1/2" long 40 medium tear drops 2" long 8 small tear drops 1 1/2" long 8 large beveled flat(shell shaped) 3 1/2" long 12 long ones 7" long. These have 4 graduating octagonal prisms and one long rectangular total length of 7" each. One faceted crystal ball 1 1/2" in diameter. Very beautiful and unique vintage chandelier in excellent condition that will make a statement in someones house. Containing the prisms of at least three different chandeliers. The pieces vary in condition and era, but they all appear to be leaded crystal, hand cut. The oldest crystals in the lot have black metal wire fasteners, with nail heads. Many of these particular crystals look old enough to be true antiques, 100 years old or more. These prisms, the spear points particularly, appear to have suffered a traumatic injury, i.e. we think the chandelier smashed to the floor. ... moreWe culled the broken ones out of the lot, but there are still bits of broken spears attached to some connectors. These old ones have marks of age, nicks, broken points, which is to be expected considering their past history. On the other hand. The rest of the prisms are in very good condition(no trauma) They bear brass or other metal nail head fasteners, and coiled wire fasteners. All of these prisms put on quite a light show, aurora borealis-style, and filled the room with light and rainbow reflections. We have no marks. It has three elegant curving arms with acanthus leaves and is hung with lovely faceted and light reflecting crystals. Each arm carries an electrical candle fitting above a pierced drip tray and the central baluster column is very decorative with acanthus leaves and is topped with a ring garland of leaves. Very nice light fixture. Featuring an antique shade with clear and satin glass design, small sunflower shape in the center around the finial. Glass inserts on the rod, new chrome canopy, finished with new brass glass finial(the brass and chrome look really great together! The shade has some very tiny flea bites on the inside(not the rim, but inside the shade) but this does not affect the look of the light when displayed. Other than this, all the glass is perfect. New 3 cluster socket and wiring, works perfectly. Sockets will take 60 watt bulbs each, so this can put out 180 watts if needed. It displays nicely with the chandelier style bulbs as pictured, regular bulbs may be used but the chandelier style lays snugly inside the shade. Antique Crystal Prism Flowers from Italian Sconces for Chandelier Repair 3 1/8"
For your consideration is this set of four matching antique 3 1/8" flowers made from crystal prisms that came off of an old pair of Italian sconces. They are tied together with wire and wire does feel secure on all of them. Each teardrop prism is 1 1/2" long. There are some tiny flea bites and a few light scratches on the surfaces of the crystals. There is one crystal that has a 1mm chip on one of the lower facets. Each one of the flowers has four crystals face up and one face down. So it must have been part of their design. The flowers are not quite as bright as the photos appear. 3 Bobche Glass/Crystal, One Crystal Ball spare parts for Chandeliers
These bobeche are in good condition. The largest is 5" in dia, I believe that this one is Crystal it has cut swills cut thump around the top with 13 holes to hold crystal drops, the one with electric part I believe is glass, and flower shape is lead crystal. the two smaller is 4"dia. and has five holes each to hold drops. The crystal ball is 6" round. I sell vintage, new and new condition have a look at my other items for sale.

RARE Set of Three Single Light Sconces Crystal and Brass Tone Mid Century Modern/ Hollywood Regency Each light is in working condition. On one of the lights there is a crystal missing. It is attached with a gold cord and there are a few issues with the finishes but hardly noticeable as shown in the pictures. They are in very good condition for their age but as for all vintage electrical items we recommend having them checked out by an electrician. Comes with the brackets to attach to the electrical box. Each with three metal/brass/bronze? arms, round glass pieces and strands of faceted ... morecrystals and prisms. Each holder measures a total of APPROX 9" across from arm to arm and measures APPROX 9" measuring from the ornate metal piece that mounts to a wall to the end of the center arm. Fixtures are unmarked. I know nothing more about the exact age, history or origin other than they're obviously old. See photos. Condition is as shown, expected wear, round glass parts do have some chipping around the hole/flaking/fleabites,wear to some of the crysta pieces(to be expected from age and use-these are quite old! As shown, the metal has patina and tarnish, a few small hairlines here and there in the round metal part where the candle would be placed. You're getting these items just as I did. Offered is a petite crystal coronal 3 bulb chandelier. All crystals are present and suspended from the two crowns. Included is the matching ceiling crown and mounting hardware.
