This is a beautiful old slip shade chandelier circa 1920's. The condition is excellent with minimal wear and no breaks or cracks in the glass shades. The switch and wiring are very good and could be used but should be examined for suitability of your intended use. We are pleased to offer this beautiful. Antique(c1930s to 1940s) brass chandelier. This wonderful fixture features a large brass body with a classical urn shape. On the lower section of the body is a large glass ball for accent. The glass is thick and appears to be blown with a sublte vertical pattern. It is deeply etched/cut with a flower on each side. The flowers have long stems and leaves which are also very deep and textural. The unique bottom brass finial is an exact replica of the chandelier body which is a very nice touch. There are 5 brass arms with lovely curved lines. Each arm houses a single bulb. There are 5 hurricane style shades which appear to be hand painted with a soft green and white leave and stem design. They are quite nice and have a ruffled top. The chandelier is very lovely and elegant. It is in very good condition ... morewith a beautifully aged patina. This very cool chandelier hung in a home near Cincinnati, but now it is here– selling on eBay. People’s lives change, sometimes beginning accidentally or ending unexpectedly. It is approximately 17” to 18” diameter. Being a five-shade fixture, one can measure it two or three different ways. It currently set up with a total drop of 16” when measured from the upper bell where the five chains meet, down to the bottom of the drop-in shade. Total drop from the ceiling is 27” but that is a meaningless measurement since links can be added or replaced at will. Even if you have a 24 foot ceiling in you breakfast ... morenook, all it takes is a trip to your local hardware store for chain and wire, and you can make it hang three feet above your table. The frame was painted brassy gold some years ago. And they did a great job. I’d say the fixture is spelter or some sort of strong metal other than brass or iron. That picture makes me wish I’d at least dusted it a little. See what I mean about the nice quality of the painted finish? The original wiring remains to the hub. But the wire from there up is of more recent vintage. It works. I’ve seen it all lit up. Notice a fragment of the maker’s label on top of the hub? I’ll bet I could find the name of the maker using that fragment. But I’m already so far behind there is little hope of every catching up. My yellow arrow points to a chip so shallow I can’t get a photo of it. It’s hidden anyway. There are also a few surface dings around the outer edges of the drop-in bottom shade. There again. Antique chandelier light fixture sconces or globes set of 5 matching. They are mustard glass and are a pale antique yellow color. Made of fine thin glass they are all in good condition. One has a hairline crack in it and a pinhole. I took a few pictures of this. I do not think it would be noticeable when installed or if you just needed 4 of them. This is a used brass with a frosted glass. Light fixture. This a single bulb fixture that is in acceptable condition. This glass is approx.5" in diameter X 4" and in good condition. The overall length of the fixture is 7 1/2" high. The canopy cover is tarnished,pitted and has paint around the edge. It measures 5 1/8" in diameter. The brass collar around the socket is split.The porcelain socket has some rust and the wires are in poor condition.This fixture was not tested. I do not see any markings or manufacture. Antique 1920's Art Deco Glass Crystal & Brass 5 Arm Chandelier Hanging Light
Antique 1920's Art Deco Crystal& Brass 5 Arm Electrified Chandelier This is old. Probably post WWI/ 1920's from the glass, which has a great Art Deco look. The glass is thick and sturdy. The wiring looks like the kind you find in old knob and tube electrical and it would certainly need rewiring. It does have a great look and all of the parts appear to be here including the collar that fits to the ceiling and the chain and its hardware necessary to hang it. As for the metal. I believe it is brass or something with brass plating over it. Some spots show the wear on the surface and I would take steel wool to it as the underneath looks like brass also. There are also a few rust spots on the very bottom that could benefit from a good cleaning. Restored, it would make a lovely addition to a post Victorian, Art Deco building. Stunning Large Antique Crystal Chandelier Beautiful art glass centerpiece. Most likely hand painted. 26 1/2" from the Finial to the bottom of the ball 24" Diameter 10" long Art Glass centerpiece 5 Lights Really nice condition. The hanging chain has quite a bit of tarnish and you would most likely want to replace that. Some very light tarnish here and there but nothing that is not typical with others this age. When taking this down I noticed a small piece of one of the top leaves(prism hangs from it) has been repaired at some point. You really can't tell unless you are looking for it really really really close. Around 8 of the prisms have very minor tiny tiny tiny nicks. You would have to look really close to see these but I just wanted to disclose this. Happy to try and answer any questions. 1930's Brass & Pressed Glass 5 Arm Chandelier 50 French U-Drop Crystal Prisms
A lovely estate find in vintage condition. This is a brass and frosted pressed glass 5-arm chandelier. The shapely frosted pressed glass column and lower globe have classic designs etched. There is no finial on the lower globe. Each of the five brass arms hold 5 frosted etched glass globes. I don't believe these are the original globes. The globes have no chips or cracks. Wiring appears to be original so you may want to have re-wired. Current wiring does work. Minor tarnish on brass. Hanging from each arm are 10 crystal 3" u-drop prisms. They sparkle beautifully when the light is lit. The brass ceiling cap is 4 1/2" in diameter. The chandelier is 16" tall and 16" wide. The chain is 31" long. You are bidding on very nice old(1930's or 1940's) 16" round swirl pattern 5 light chandelier. The bottom is a pink glass and the top is made of two pieces of clear glass. This came out of a victorian home that we owned years ago. We just haven't found the right spot to use it. So it is time for it to go. The original manufacturer sticker is partially missing, but it says HARM. so I believe it is a Harmony House art deco piece. This is in un-restored original condition, but it is in very nice condition and can be hung as is with no problems.

There is an additional 17 inches of hanging chain to the ceiling plate. The chandelier has 5candle lights The globe is etched iridescent glass. A very fine antique. Circa 1890's, fancy brass gas chandelier converted to electric. There are five scroll arms that have brass sockets and pull chains. There is new wiring for ceiling connection to wall switch. Five new turnip shape art glass shades with gold iridized pulled feathers decoration are included. From the brass ceiling canopy down to the drop finial of the fixture measures 44" tall. Each arm 14" from center radius. Excellent condition: brass without dents or breaks, original patina. All shades are without damage.
