SHABBY/ CHIC VINTAGE FRENCH PINK GLASS BEADED FRINGE LAMPSHADE to restore This could be the ultimate shabby& chic lightshade! It's made from long. Pale pink glass beads, with other smaller orange beads, forming a fringe around a shaped wire frame. The frame itself is covered in old metallic lame braid. I'd estimate that it dates c1920s so, unsurprisingly, the thread holding the beads on has broken in places& it now requires some restoration, involving re-threading the beads& sewing them onto the braid(there is a little bag of loose beads with the shade too. The frame part measures 25cm or approx 10" across& it comes with a chain& ceiling rose but would obviously need new electrical wire. ANTIQUE BEADED GLASS CZECHOSLOVAKIA DOME PORTION LIGHT FIXTURE
Up for auction is just the beaded glass portion of a antique glass dome flush mount light fixture. This glass dome which resembles a bee-hive is marked Czechoslovakia and measures 4 1/2 inches in height and 7 3/4 inches in width. The metal portion appears to be brass as well as the wires that holds the strands of beads. There appears to be no yellowing of the glass beads which appear to be pressed glass not cut glass. Overall the glass dome is complete and in very good condition for its age. There is one very small area with some dark tarnish about 3/8 of an inch on the bead wire which can be seen in the second photo showing the inside view.

Here is a nice vintage wall lamp. Nice art deco. Works fine. Made of clear glass with white knob& rose/flower. Standard size bulb socket. Shade is made of cloth/fabric and has dangling beads. All of the beads are good. Shade does not clamp on to a standard size bulb very well, bulb needs to be a bit smaller. Shade is about 6 inch tall and 5 1/2 inch across bottom. Shade looks nice with no rips nor tears, it does have one scrape stain line that is nothing serious with very light soil spot inside. About 8 inches tall to top of socket and 5 inches diameter. Will stick out from wall about 6 inches. I do not know exactly how old it is but was told by previous owner that it was grandmas. I do not see any cracks. Chips, dents, repairs, nor damage. Antique Chandelier Four Arm Brass Tone with Glass Beaded Shades STUNNING!
ANTIQUE CHANDELIER WITH GLASS BEADED SHADES This stunning chandelier is like none other that I have seen anywhere. The glass shades are hand strung with gold. Milky white, and opalescent clear glass beads. A few strings are missing on each of the shades but as you can see from the photos most of the beads are in tact and you don't even notice the missing ones because there are so many lustrous beads. Little crescent moon and star cutouts on each corner of the four brass shade tops. The arms of the chandelier are column like with grooves and the ceiling plate has acanthus style leaves around the perimeter with a beautiful brass drop dangling from the center. This chandelier was rewired about 30 years ago but was only used for a short time and then taken down and boxed for the last 28 or so years. It has a lovely patina but could also be ... morepolished if you prefer a brighter brass.
