Exquisite detail in workmanship is what this beautiful vase presents. Every aspect of this victorian bisque piece is magnificant right down to the gold slippers the young lady is wearing. The vase measures about 6 1/2" tall and is about 6 1/4" in length. I believe that this is Imperial. It is marked on the back bottom righthand side- there is an oval with a mark inside. Which I cannot make out clearly and a number incized next to the oval that reads 10049 or it could be 13049. This piece is basically in mint condition with some slight wear inthe gold accent along the base and the very top column. A high quality piece for your quality collection. A very pretty antique(circa 1870-1880s) Victorian Vase. The vase is made of porcelain and is either from the Staffordshire region of England or Old Paris Porcelain. It has a lovely portrait of a lady wearing a Juliette type hair net. Overall dimensions are 6 3/8" high x 4 1/8" wide. The vase is in very good overall condition with no chips. Cracks, hairlines or repairs. The only thing to note is wear to the cold paint on the handles, this is common because the paint is on top of the glaze. The oval mouth measures approximately 5" x 3 ½" and the base is about 6" x 5" The hallmark is very hard to read but the first word on it ends with SACE and then says E.S. It has few chips in the bottom rim. The one on the left side is a considerable one and there is also another one on the right side of the bottom rim. I am excellent at returning mail very. Very fast. This is a small but very attractive vase. Believed to be from the Victorian period. It stands a fraction under 3 inches high. Just over 1.5 inches deep& 3.75 inches wide. The top edge and handles are painted in gold as are the leaves and flowers which adorn the front. The centre panel is a transfer print I think. In overall good condition but there is a small piece chipped off a petal on the blue flower at the top. The right on in the picture. But this is not easily noticed. I am selling a Antique Jean Pouyat Limoges France JPL Victorian Woman on Swing Porcelain Vase as seen in the photos below. I bought this and several other antique items I will be listing at a local estate sale filled with antique items. I don't normally buy this sort of thing but it was just so unusual looking I had to get it. I looked up the mark and it's Jean Pouyat Limoges. Apparently the mark was used between the late 1891 and 1932, so this was made and hand painted in France sometime during that period. It features a beautiful woman sitting on a vine swing, while 2 cherubs swing her. The other side features a floral design with what looks like a golden harp. It is in perfect condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or other damage to it. Beautiful Antique Victorian Porcelain Vase Rose Pattern Transfer-ware ID# P5387-631) Gorgeous porcelain vase with transfer ware rose pattern measuring approximately 17 ¼” high. The oval mouth measures approximately 5" x 3 ½" and the base is about 6" x 5" The hallmark is very hard to read but the first word on it ends with SACE and then says E.S. It has few chips in the bottom. The one on the left side is a considerable one and there is also another one on the right side. I am excellent at returning mail in a flash. It was her mother's who was a collector and it has been in her attic stored many years until recently. Her mother's collection had many porcelain pieces from England. Many Bishop and Stonier, along with American made potteries. This piece is unmarked except for a 24 k gold"2641" on the bottom. This fabulous piece features several delicate transfer- ware motifs of what I think is dogwood branches in bloom. Virginian Pottery? It has a most unusual powder blue glaze that is on the very top and fades to white as it reaches the middle of the vase. The blue covers Arabesque designs and is in a matte finish opposed to the glossy finish that the rest of the vase has. It measure about 10" across ... morethe widest area by7 1/4" tall. Here for your consideration is a gorgeous Victorian Italian/French style antique porcelain vase. Comes from an old estate that dates back to the early 1900's. Features a lovely floral design on the front framed within what appears to be a hand painted gold trim. And a rich dark burgandy surrounding. The lovely center is framed with one of most ornate metal finishings we have seen and rich patina that has developed throughout the decades. The metal is probably brass topped with another that we can't identify. The piece measures 20 3/4 inches in height by about 5.5 inches at the center vase and weighs a little over 5 pounds. Very Sweet and Nicely Done Cherub Pulling a Cart Highly Embellished with Pink Bisque Roses and Gold Detailing Very Pretty Facial Features and Delicately Modeled I have used this as part of a year-round cherub collection kept in a glass curio cabinet. Nice for a traditional. Victorian, or Shabby Chic Decor Also very nice for Valentine's Day No Maker's Mark. But I purchased this a number of years ago from an antiques store. And the nice quality assures me it is an older piece Unfortunately. I knocked it over while dusting and one of the handles broke. It was a clean break. And I have repaired it with a good repair which is not easily detected with the naked eye. I have shown a close-up of the repair in the 8th photo but it is very difficult to see the break- it's just before the first flower. Also. I think there may be a rose missing(or ... moremaybe even more than one) on the wheel pictured in the 9th photo- however. This is the way I bought the piece. And I'm not certain. It is a very busy figure, so even if rose(s) missing. It does not detract in the least, in my opinion. I am guessing that only because there is a roughness on the surface of the wheel. And the placement of roses is asymmetrical. Because of the repair and possible missing rose. I am setting the opening bid considerably lower than the price I originally paid for this figure. I offer for sale today one very beautiful antique vase unmarked perhaps this is from Germany since I have seen similar online there is a beautiful patina to the color was hard to capture exactly w/ w/out flash. This vase is in great condition I can not even find a flea bite even on the applied rose petals measures 6" tall by apx 5" wide by apx 2 1/2" deep. I am thankful to be a seller here on Ebay trying to pass on beautiful items to someone who collects them please understand that I am not an expert but I am learning! The colors are vivid(no fading) I have taken pictures of the flowers so you can see as those are usually the first to be chipped. There is gold trim all around the borders. Back is white glazed. Maker mark of straight line that branches out into two at bottom along with mold shape numbers 1436 and handpainted studio artisan numbers 53 on underside. This style of marking is usually indicative of German origin or Czech/Bohemia areas. Dates to circa 1880. Condition is excellent. Measures 4" high and 5" at widest. Figural Cherub Putti bowl vase victorian basket porcelain capo flowers
This auction is for a vintage porcelain vase bowl or basket. Its not marked. But its looks vintage Austrian porcelain to me. Its gorgeous, the applied flowers are amazing, and the colors are vibrant. It measures about 12" wide by 11" tall. There is an orange flower on the right that has chipped petals. However there's enough flower remaining that its not distracting. On the left there is a blue flower. Where the glazed blue paint chipped off but the remainder of the flower's petal is intact. There is a spot of paint rub off of the left cherub's foot. All of these problems are clearly denoted in the photos. The bowl is slightly dirty. And I made no attempt to clean it. All of the little fingers and toes of the cherubs are there. It has NO crazing. This item will ship with insurance causing the buyer to have to sign for ... morethe package. We are a smoke free home. We have a cat who lives outdoors yet occasionally sneaks into the house. This lovely vase has no maker's mark. I'm guessing it to be French or German made. There is a number 31 stamped in gold on the bottom underside. This vase has a portrait of a young woman with long wavy hear on one side. The handle is quite interesting. Vase is in excellent condition without chips. Cracks or repairs.
