Wonderful antique Victorian 1890 era black glass buttons with brass loop shank and center six point star design with cut design on the star and twelve round circle designs along the edge of each button. There is a cut out design in between the star and the edge of the button these buttons measures almost 3/4" in diameter. There are a set of 18 buttons in all. I’m feeling so excited for the winners of my buttons! PLEASE CAREFULLY EXAMINE PHOTOS AS THEY ARE PART OF THE OVERALL DESCRIPTION#0R 2 Brass Roses Openwork w/Faceted Spiraling Steels& Steel Pin Shank Buttons These two buttons are in very good condition. But one of the shanks is a bit loose; which is typical of pin shanks and they are 23/32” diameter each. I always test my buttons for Bakelite and they are guaranteed to be what the listing states! FYI: I have tested these for Bakelite by rubbing with Semichrome to see if the button leaves a yellow stain behind or I use the hot water smell method.
