This is a opportunity of a lifetime to own this ultra rare Eero Aarnio Kantarelli dining table with 2 VSOP cognac chairs. These tables are very rare and almost impossible to find these days. I believe there were only 100 sets produced back in the late 60's. This set has withstood time and is in exceptional shape. The table has a slight offset of color of white. The chairs are still very bright white and looks to be original white/ cream vinyl with no tears or rips. The chairs swivel freely and are steady and firm. Each chair displays a molded in asko label underneath the seating. The foam is formed tight and no issues. The table has consistent light surface scratches and slight crazing in some areas. It looks to have had a small chip which looks to have been fixed at some point. Overall a very nice. The seats and backs are very nice. The Toledo. Ohio company was founded in 1808 by Philip E. Uhl. The signature leg assembly was designed in 1914. Early stool backs and seats were constructed of bent plywood but they were prone to splintering and delamination. In the 1960s when plastics fabrication became efficient, the company moved to thick molded seats and backs of solid plastic to insure durability.

Vintage Hitchcock Furniture Collectible Connecticut Warranted TWIN SET
VINTAGE and hard to find-complete. L. Hitchcocks(post 1946 according to my research) Bedroom"TWIN" Furniture set. 2) twin size headboards, 1) chair, 1) desk, 1) desk lamp. 5 pieces total and all in beautiful preserved original condition. There is normal wear from use and age that one would expect, yet all pieces are in great functional condition! One headboard has a chip(I took a picture of the chip) The desk has some wear on the surface paint and a crack in the desk top wood(pictures of both areas) The chair does not fit between the legs of the desk(see photo) and came that way. Every piece except the lamp has the Hitchcock stencil on it. My guess is the lamp was hand painted to match the set but I am no furniture expert. They were made in Denton. NC by the Councill Craftsman company. The chairs are in great condition with beautiful fabric with the exception of one(which has blue ink staining the fabric) which would need to be professionally removed. They have not been restored or refinished in any way and are in their completely original state. Industrial Steel Desk Chair Post WWII The Sturgis Posture Chair Co.
Once upon a time. Amazing things were manufactured in America. This chair is a perfect example of American Made industrial office furniture, with a sturdy steel frame and durable fiberglass base. The seat back is covered with what appears to be leather. The seat bottom is upholstered in a virtually indestructible fabric with a"cross hatch, gingham check" type pattern. There are a few cracks in the leather seat back. There is some writing"BB 64" on the back side of the seat back. There are scratches and scuffs in the paint all around. There is also what appears to be a missing rivet through the fiberglass in the base at one of the casters. So the caster is not held straight. This missing piece can be seen by comparing photos 8& 9. Great cosmetic shape. With just minor paint loss from use. Maker signed in three spots. There is a sticker label on the all metal base, And the company name is molded into the plastic seat back and base. The base is also date stamped"APR 1980" The base is 15 1/2" square and the seat measures 16" x 14" The current height is 32" 20" to the seat) but it can be raised or lowered another 5" The seatback can also be extended up another 3-4" The only other issue is a missing piece(flat spot) on one of the casters. Up for auction is our pair of Pierre Paulin original f598 sofa chairs. Also sometimes referred to as mini-ribbon chairs. They are so comfortable to sit in. The foam inner-structure is still supple and these chairs are very comfortable and have a classic mid-century modern design. They both will need to be steam cleaned as there are stains on the fabric. The fabric itself is still in very good condition with the only need the aforementioned cleaning. We were going to have them stained black by a local company with a quoted price of $200 per chair, but our plans changed and they're up for auction here. Gray 1960 mid century modern chair refinished and reupholstered
This 1960s chair has been completely restored and reupholstered in a pure Danish 100% wool fabric typical for its time- soft and minimally treated yet naturally dirt repellent. The solid wood frame is hand sanded and finished with a custom stain color. The hand sewn cushions can be used from both sides. The time-typical seat belt webbing has been replaced and is extremely durable and long wearing.
