If I'm reading the stamps ... moreon the foam padding in the cushions correctly, it looks like these particular chairs are from 1988. As the pictures show. One chair is in better condition than the other. The powder coating is cracking on the base of 1 chair, but the other chair base is in great shape. At any rate, this can be fixed any time in the future. When I received these chairs. They had been spray painted red. The paint job was very poorly done(thank goodness) so I was able to remove about 99% of the red paint. The tiny spots that remain are primarily under the cushion, or are at the edge of a scratch, etc. and removing this would possibly scratch the fiberglass or damage the powdercoat, so I've left it alone. The few traces of paint that remain don't affect the function or asthetic of the chairs in any noticeable way. The cushions and their padding are all original. As is everything about these 2 chairs. The aluminum base is in excellent condition on both chairs, as is the fiberglass shell. A couple of places around the armrests and in the back of the chairs the fiberglass is showing. See close ups of pics for details. Local pickup only in the Southern California area. At this time I'm not shipping these chairs. But I can offer delivery to much of Southern California.
