They will look fantastic tucked into a long rectangular table. The upholstered backrest and seat appear to“float” with no discernible frame. The nailhead detail at the back of the chairs adds another element of sophistication. These chairs have no maker’s mark but are reminiscent of Dunbar or items of Danish origin and certainly represent superior design of the Mid Century period. The wood APPEARS to be teak but could possibly be walnut; this is my educated guess. I am not 100% certain. They were originally purchased from an antique shop in Connecticut. Above are four very rare Bertoia"Wire" Fiberglass Side Chairs produced by Knoll in 1963(They were only produced for one year) These would make great patio seating. Chipped, patched, and painted twice- so I think it will be impossible to get back to the original fiberglass. The blue paint color is very close to the fiberglass color. Herman Miller, Eames wouldn't it be awesome to own a beautiful piece of design history that you won't find everywhere you look. Both chairs are in great condition for their age and show only the slightest wear. The original fabric by Brunschwig and Fils looks great. I have not cleaned them and would imagine after cleaning the fabric they would look brand new. The base of the chairs are chrome with chrome casters that function perfectly. Beautiful examples of mid century modernism decor these chairs are in very good condition. Each chair sits atop sturdy metal hairpin legs with rubber cap feet to protect your floor. The original green upholstery can be seen on the underside. But it now has a pleasing ivory upholstery. The chairs measure measuring 24" wide and 21" deep. Both chairs sit very comfortably. They are stamped with"May 19, 1958" on the underside. I included two pics in bright sunlight so you can see the shape better. Not sure of the maker, but they are quality chairs. Vtg Set (4) Mid Century Eames Era Chrome Legs Childs School /Table Chairs
You are bidding on a set of Kreuger fiberglass chairs. Definitely Eames era. The chairs are fiberglass still in great vintage condition, however there are a few chips on a couple of the chairs on the edge. Also there is some rust at the glides. I feel pretty sure naval jelly will take this right off. The chairs measure 22 1/2" tall, 13 1/2" wide at the seat, 11 1/2" deep and seat height from floor is 11" inches.

Beautiful PAIR of Mid Century Modern Walnut Lounge Chairs SUCH A RARE FIND TO HAVE A PAIR OF THESE CHAIRS. I was going to use this pair of chairs in my home but they were too big. I had them redone and they are absolutely beautiful. The wood grain on these chairs are gorgeous. The curvature of the arms are so sleek. Please zoom in to see the details of the wood on the arms and legs so you know exactly what your buying. Out of all the similar chairs listed non surpass the condition of this pair. These chairs where definitely taken care of because the cushions are in excellent shape. I was going to use them as the off white/beige side. The orange color is so popular now in decoration you can have two different looks! Keep in mind these chairs are approximately 40-50 years old there are a few light blemishes on the cushions but none that stand ... moreout they did not even show when I took a pic. They are the original cushions and fabric that's what is so cool about these chairs too. Foam is firm no sagging in the cushions. Form is excellent. The original wood part of the chairs had some minor scratches and wear and I did not like them not being perfect so I had them redone. That alone cost me $275. I was so pleased the way they turned out. I LOVE NATURAL WOOD GRAINS. Springs in the bottom seat are tight. I know they can hold 270 lbs.
