You can see from the pictures that these are very nicely crafted. The material is nice an snug on its fram. And not all loose and baggy. You can see the hand tacked base of the chairs as well. The bottom of these chairs is also intact with the black coverpiece on the bottom. In addition you can see underneath the cushion is nice and clean as well. Siting in these chair is excellent. As you can tell they were rarely sat in. The cushion is nice and dense with very sturdy springs in the chair. Not dealling with a rutt in your seat is a good thing. The gold chair still has a Barker Bros Furniture tag on the bottom. Which was located in California. Features a tall wingback and is very comfortable! This is a nice vintage pair of mid century butterfly wingback chairs with navy& silver upholstery. They are in nice shape as the pictures show with the legs have been painted/ finished black and nice upholstery. Some minor wear and tear as the pics show but overall in good shape being solid and tight. Chairs measure approximately 29 1/2" x 29" x 38 1/2" and it is 18" to the seat and 20 1/2" between the arms. These were beautifully reupholstered in a Raspberry Damask roughly 30 years ago. Some fading.
