Unlike so many of chairs in this style that appear on Ebay. These are not a combo of woods or a generic hardwood stained to look like teak. They are each 100% SOLID TEAK throughout(sides, seat, arms and back) with removable upholstered seat and back cushions. Great looking from any viewing angle and they provide excellent comfort. Cushions are the original heavy inner spring design, so no fear of them loosing their shape verses just foam. Upholstery is a wonderful neutral oatmeal color woven wool, so will match in any color scheme decor. Seat backs will remove so each chair can ship in its own box via UPS oversize. measurements Overall each chair measures 31.5" high by 25" wide by 29" deep. The seat cushion is 20" wide by 4" high by 21" deep. For auction is one fantastic set of four original(1960s) vintage Emeco armchairs in matching original gray vinyl. Just wonderful for their age! They are in excellent overall condition. With light wear consistent with age. There are also some blemishes in the finish on a couple of the frames where drip marks and such have left cloudy spots. I have provided photos of the more obvious ones. Two of the chairs have the original Emeco tags on the frames and two do not. The gray vinyl upholstery is all original, with barely any wear. Rare Pair 1950's Bruno Weill for Thonet Bent-Ply Arm Chairs Mid Century Modern
This is a beautiful and rare matching pair of Thonet Ply-Bent chairs designed by Bruno Weill. They are in very good condition with moderate paint wear and some minor edge defects. There is a dark stain on the seat of one. There is some splitting in the seat but they are solid and strong. They could use repainting and the coat that is on it now would make a good base to paint over. They measures approx 21" wide. 21" deep and 32" high at the back. To save significantly on shipping the chairs will be disassembled if it can be done safely. The seats have some separation and will likely be in sections when they are removed from the legs. I have about 700 items listed and more on the way. This is a nice set of chairs marked Herman Miller on the bottom. these are in good overall shape but have wear and tear from normal use. I showed a couple of close up pics. One plastic foot ring is missing but the main plastic part is still there and those are easy to find and replace anyway. Pair of Vintage Steelcase Arm Chairs, Industrial Tanker, Mid Century Modern
Matching pair of vintage Steelcase industrial chairs. Chairs have have grey metal frame with a light yellow colored vinyl. Overall good shape. Vinyl has not tears or rips. Metal frame and vinyl have several light marks from use. Please view pictures as they are part of the description. They should illustrate most wear. Chairs measure 33" tall x 21" deep.
