1979 Steelcase Swivel Arm Chair in great vintage condition. Minor scuffing and a few scratches. As can be expected from something over 30 years old that was in actual use. It is solid. Comfortable, and swivels smoothly. The fabric could benefit from a bit of cleaning. Although it does not appear dirty, and there are no rips/tears, etc. to the orange woven fabric. Just a few tiny spots that are barely noticeable. Overall. None of these minute cosmetic flaws subtract from the utter awesomeness of this chair! Local pick up. For auction is one vintage Steelcase secretarial swivel chair in excellent condition. The bright green vinyl upholstery has been thoroughly cleaned and is nearly perfect aside from a few light lines on the rear of the backrest and and a couple of tiny nicks in the lower corner of the backrest(see photos) The metal parts have all been cleaned and polished. And all mechanical parts function properly. The backrest adjusts out and up, and the seat height adjusts from 15" to 20" The casters will be cleaned and re-lubricated prior to shipping. Vintage Kelly Green Steelcase Arm Chair, Swivel Base, Adjustable, on Casters
Very cool vintage MCM desk chair in fabulous kelly green nubby fabric(most likely wool) No label but most likely by Steelcase. And after the Charles Pollock Executive Chair for Knoll(without the buttons on the back) The fabric is a thick weave in a great, bold shade of green, most likely wool. The base is chrome(needs a little steel wool love, but in good shape) There is a handle beneath the seat to control the tilt. Good vintage condition. Upholstery needs a good vacuuming or ideally steam cleaning— but no tears or rips to fabric. And no major stains. Biggest“concern” is the rubber trim on the backside upper edge got too close to something hot and melted in a 2" segment(see photos) Still has tons of life left. This chair is AMAZING if you're into Steelcase furniture. Its in fantastic shape for its age. No tears or stains in the upholstery. Very minimal rust on the metal in a few areas only. I'm certain those nicks could easily be buffed out with fine grit sanding. The seat has some minor scuffs but nothing worth complaining about. I would love to keep it but am down sizing to a tiny studio. I'm willing to consider your best offer so don't be shy to message. I imagine shipping might be pricey and it's estimated per shipping location. So that might change with the purchase give or take some. If you aren't familiar with Steelcase look into it. There are some usual spots and scratches like any other used item. But does not affect the overall look of the chair. Chair has a Mid Century Modern design. But actually dates back 1985. vintage STEELCASE office CHAIR slate 60s STEAMPUNK modern INDUSTRIAL swivel roll
vintage from the 60s OFFICE CHAIR by STEELCASE. this CHAIR rolls. Swivels, adjusts& reclines a little. SUPER COMFORTABLE! made of metal and i believe the seat is what your would call MARBLED SLATE GREEN POLYURETHANE. looks to me by the markings on the bottom of the chair that is was made Nov 15. 1965(also has a label that says it once belonged to the University of Oklahoma) very good/excellent condition! see pictures. seat has no holes, super sturdy, very comfortable. VERY DURABLE, VERY STURDY. FULLY FUNCTIONAL: SWIVELS, ROLLS, adjusts& RECLINES JUST A LITTLE- when you lean back it is sturdy, very supporting but does have a little give. I DON'T KNOW A LOT ABOUT STEELCASE CHAIRS- if you have a question then please ask- I believe this chair is fully functional. you can adjust several things on this chair: the seat back adjusts up& ... moredown. The seat adjust up and down, etc. when you pick the chair up the seat will come off of the lower part with the wheels and this allows you to turn a threaded part which adjusts the seat height) total dimensions: 36" tall x 16.75" wide x 20 inches. weighs about 34 lbs. i plan to take a few pieces apart so that it will fit in a 24x18x21" box. i will pack it sturdy& carefully& purchase the needed insurance& provide tracking. TWO(2) VINTAGE STEELCASE OFFICE CHAIRS You are bidding on a vintage and pre-owned pair of Steelcase office chairs in good condition. It has a maroon fabric upholstery with no rips/tears or holes. There are some usual spots and scratches like any other used item. But does not affect the overall look of the chair. Chairs have a Mid Century Modern design. But actually dates back 1985. The fabric may need some cleaning but otherwise in good overall shape. I believe the chair height is not meant to adjust as it does not have a pneumatic device. Steelcase Vintage Steam Punk Industrial Orange office chair, NICE! 1950's/60's
Offered is a fantastic Vintage Steelcase office chair that is in GREAT condition! This chair is made of steel construction. Vinyl with fabric seat cushion and vinyl back. This chair has a metal base with 4 rubber wheels that roll smoothly and NO"dip" spots. It swivels and has a back support that reclines with your weight. The vinyl color is still vivid orange and the seat cushion has some fade with a couple of wear spots. The paint is nicked here and there and has edge wear. There may be a few light rust spots here and there on the metal. All in all though, this chair is in great condition. This is a vintage steelcase adjustable swiveling office chair. The backrest and chair height are both adjustable. And the four point base has casters so the chair is easy to maneuver and move around as needed. Chair does have the steelcase tag, as pictured. The upholstey is all original, and had some wear typical of such a vintage piece. Also, the chair itself has some scratches and such on parts of the frame. Nice Pair of Reagan era Steelcase office chairs very comfortable. Durable and for the age in very good condition with a few scratches here and there and very little rust.but I have not attempted to wipe down so the rust appears to be slight surface rust and may go away with some never-dull. This pair of chairs is begging for a new hip home. fabric is in good condition. For auction is one vintage Steelcase chrome and black vinyl drafting stool from the 1970s. It is in excellent original condition. And has been thoroughly cleaned and detailed. The chrome has been polished and shines like new, though there are a couple areas where the finish has ever so slightly blemished, such as the forward side of the backrest support. There are also some minor scratches on the back of the backrest(pictured) All of the mechanical adjustments function properly, and the backrest adjusts up and down as well as forward and back. the seat height adjusts from 24"30" and the seat cushion is 18" wide by 17" deep.
