And the edges are worn and has one ding mark on the back side edge(see picture) it doesn't go all the way through the edge it is only one sided. One chair has some spots on the back and bottom of the chair. There are four shock mounts on each chair, but only three screws/bolts per chair so one chair is missing one bolt; the screw/bolts are somewhat rusty as well. One chairs mounts are also missing part of the rubber/glue that holds the mount on if you zoom in on the pictures you can see it. Please review pictures as they are a part of this description and so you can see more of the condition in your own detail. I haven't seen any cracks or chips, just wear along the edges and scratches on the chairs. There are no labels on the bottoms of these chairs only the embossed markings. I have combined those markings into one picture. The marking with the circled star-like is on the bottom of the one with the spots on it, the one with the circled"S" is on the bottom of the other one. These are good sturdy chairs and with a little TLC can become great chairs once again. Four fantastic Herman Miller Eames style fiberglass shell chairs. All four are matching orange color. Good vintage condition. Narrow mount base configuration. This auction is for the fiberglass shells only. If you want the bases we will include them at no charge. But you will have to pay shipping, which will double the shown shipping price since they will ship in a second package roughly the same size and weight as the package with the shells. The decals on these chairs from Herman Miller states they were made in Zeeland. MI USA on November 20, 1972. On the back of each chair is an easily removable metal plaque marked, Second National Bank SAGINAW, MICH. and a serial number is stamped below. See the images. These are a great pair of vintage Herman Miller Chairs. They are in good solid condition. They do have some scrapes and scratches as you can see in the pictures. But no major damage. The one with black legs is slightly shorter, maybe 1/8 in. These chairs have been kept inside. I only took them out long enough to take pictures. SET 4 FIBERGLASS SHELL CHAIRS Side Chrome Beige Tan Mid Century Chromcraft
This offering is for a set of 4 vintage Chromcraft fiberglass shell side chairs. They are clean and solid. No chips or cracks in the fiberglass. Please note the color is most accurately portrayed in the photos of the underside of the chairs. Its a medium tan. A few marks from markers or such on the underside and general wear and tear. But in good condition. The chrome is in good shape, showing only a few rust spots, mainly on the underside. Note the copper accents just above the feet on the legs. There appears to have been some repairs to a few welds and possibly to the rubber mounts. I don't know for certain, but I'd rather suggest the possibility than disappoint. The fibers can be seen, but can't be felt. A few light spots I'm guessing from cleaning. The shells and legs will ship in separate boxes to avoid upcharges for ... moresize.

I showed a couple of close up pics. One plastic foot ring is missing but the main plastic part is still there and those are easy to find and replace anyway.
