Be aware, the doors are made of a thickness of wood that we no longer see available, quite thin really. They have warped. I still find them charming. If curved doors are a huge problem for you, then this is not the cabinet for you, really. I suspect, they could be unscrewed, wet, flattened gradually, maybe some surface molding applied, then a new paint treatment, and this would be an AMAZING cabinet. I could do this for you, for a price, but for most folks, the cabinet with flaws and no alterations is more desirable. It's a personal preference. I ship by FedEx and the post office. Scranton Attic. Antique Country Stepback Built-in Cupboard w/Wavy Glass Doors. Wow. What an amazing find! This beautiful. Antique, stepback cupboard was salvaged from an old home in Northeastern PA. It’s made of solid, heartpine, which is the heart stock of pine trees, and is a hardwood with great resistance to rot and warping/twisting. It has 2 swinging doors on top. Each with 2 wavy glass lites; and 2 swinging doors on bottom, each with 2 raised, vertical panels. In between the 2 sets of doors, there are 2 sliding drawers. All 4 doors and both drawers are equipped with original hardware. Originally. The cupboard was installed in a corner. The left and back sides were built into a wall, and the front and right sides was exposed. Rare primitive Possum Belly Bakers Kitchen Cupboard. Circa 1880's. This piece originated from Indiana and is in very good condition. This piece was completely refinished on the outside last year and looks beautiful, The top part of the bottom has a few places where wood putty was used to fill. Measures approximately 6' 5" high, 43" wide and 26" deep. The bottom section stands approximately 29" tall. The wood is a combination of several woods. The top piece on the top section may not be original, but this is how I bought it. All drawers pull out easily, and doors close. Comes apart in two sections for easy hauling. There are two pieces of wood that connect the bottom and top. One piece is kind of split and may need to be replaced. Item is viewable upon request.

I am unsure of the exact age but it did belong to my Great Grandmother. It was originally located in Indiana. The hutch is in 2 pieces so moving it is relatively easy& it will fit into most any size living space. The bottom part has a white enamel counter with a gray speckled edge. The cabinet in the base opens& there is one shelf inside. There are 3 drawers with glass handles. The bottom drawer is metal in the interior& is used for potato storage. There is a small hole rusted through it but it does not interfere with use. The top part has 3 panels of the original amber slag glass with no cracks or chips. Antique Kitchen Cupboard - Japanese - Meiji Period
About 150 years ago. This cabinet would have been in a Japanese kitchen. It is called a daidokoro-todana- which means- a kitchen cabinet. While in Japan, before coming to Australia it served as a carpenters cupboard. There are lots of antique cabinets around. Mostly Chinese made, but none like this very special one from Japan. The four glass doors, each with three panels of glass, makes this cupboard unusual, as unlike the others, you can see into the shelves. For twenty years I used it as my wardrobe cupboard- socks. Underwear, belts, t-shirts, etc. in the drawers and polo shirts, pants, dress shirts and suits showing through the glass. It truly turned heads. So why am I selling it? I never thought I would sell it. But we moved house and I can not fit it into the only room with enough wall space to fit it. IT IS LARGE- just shy of 3 metres ... morein length. At the moment it is carefully stored in my storage facility and I need the space. Take advantage of my bad luck by getting for yourself something extraordinary. To make it even more unusual. Some of the glass panels are original and you can see the wavy imperfections. Really. This piece will add such sophistication and charm to any home, be it the kitchen, lounge or bedroom, so long as it is big enough to accommodate it. This is for a wonderful oak butlers or kitchen cabinet. It is 2 pieced Bottom and top. It is free standing and enclosed. but was made to be built in. It stands 8' tall and 4' wide and1.5' deep. It has very useful drawers for linens and silver ware and a huge glass door cabinet on top for your china and glass ware. The center area has a beveled mirror back for serving. It is very classical in it look with pillars with carved capitals. One capital is missing a curlyque. and carving on the bottom fronts where the colomns rest. The drawers do not have hardware. But that is easily bought online or from a reproduction company. There is one door without glass,but again easily replaced. This is for pick up only and would make a great addition in a new home being built or in the restoration of an older home.

I think this is a saleman's sample of an oak kitchen cupboard. Everything is proportional. Very very nice condition. It has the old glass-there is a long scratch on one of the pieces. Original hardware. Finish is original and in nice condition. Though there are few scratches. It is 48" tall, 12" deep and 24" wide. The keyhole is missing. Antique - 130 years old - Victorian - Light Blue - Kitchen Cupboard/Hutch
This great old cupboard came out of the little coal mining town of Wilkeson in Washington State. Great Grandma had it at least as far back as 1885. She most likely bought it new in Tacoma around that time. The upper shelves are all solid wood with an oil finish. They are each cut from a single piece of wood about a foot wide. The lower shelves. Behind the bottom doors, have gone missing somewhere over the years. Their replacements are cut from 3/4 plywood and have a varnish finish. All of the shelving is removable.This cupboard is made from fir and some cedar. It features fancy brass pulls on each of the center drawers, and a solid brass knob on one of the lower doors. One of the drawers has a handmade divider that separates it into two, approximately equal, halves. It measures 39 inches wide by 15 inches deep by 70 inches tall. Magnificent Antique French Pannetiere featuring great patina measuring 34.5” wide x 38” tall x 17” deep estimated to be from ~1800. This gem was used in France to allow bread to rise before baking. I believe it to be walnut wood. This gem is all original and weighs 30 lbs. Secondary to its age. It has some condition issues: missing the back and top, 2 side spindles have been glued, the board under the door has been repaired and there is significant deterioration on the rear vertical boards as seen in the photos. This RARE Handcrafted Early American Traveling Kitchen Cupboard. Circa late 1800's, includes all the original implements: egg beaters, graters(one is a Mouli from France) choppers, tenderizers, can openers, masher, rosette maker, sifter, zester, something-I-don't-know-what-it-is, spoon, knife, etc. Approximately 30 items in all. Incredible shape for their age. The handcrafted cabinet has dove tail joints. Yale door latch lock(no key) inner door has a spring loaded lock, early American hardware. This carpenter had great attention to detail. Outside has wear, but could be polished. Has original patina which would be preferable. Measures 3ft. in height. 17 3/4"width and 10 1/4"depth. Weighs 35 lb with tools. This is a very rare period piece which would be spectacular for any restoration farmhouse. Restaurant, etc. For all I ... moreknow it could have been on a conestoga wagon.
