Collection of Antique Wood Bobbins Many Sizes
This is an antique collection of wood bobbins. They come in all sizes and shapes. The largest one is 10 inches high. The smallest is 4 inches high. One large one is missing its end or possibly it just came that way. Since they are all quite old and all but one are on unknown origin it would be hard to say whether the one seemingly without one end was made that way. The set of bobbins weighs a little more than 3 pounds. They should have a packaging weight of 4 to 5 pounds.

Antique And Vintage Scissor Collection; Toledo, J.R.Henkels (Sterling Silver)
I don't know much about scissors but this is a great start on a collection. The best pair of the lot is the J.R. Henckels pair. Says twin works Germany on them. These are sterling silver! There is a rustic pair of metal Wiss scissors as well as the set. There are two celluloid pairs. The smaller says ivory pyralin on the handle and Geb K Germany. The other I can't make out. It is along the lines of xyraim mayflower. Two bonsai pairs. One rattan wrapped and the other says pear brand on it. There are four Toledo brands scissors The gold and silver pair says Jen-Sal Germany on it. The small silver says USA And then there is the bird pair with the case. The case says the exclusive cutlery shop San Francisco on it. I bought them all listed as antique or vintage and that is all I know about them. They appear to be good vintage condition. ... moreThey are not defect free. There are some rust spots and stains etc. please view the pictures carefully as they are a part of the description. They all open and close but I never tried them to see if they actually cut. I also never cleaned any of them.

Antique Tatting Collection from an Estate sale. The elderly woman at the sale told me that this set belonged to her mother. So. This is very old! Comes with everything you see in the pictures, so look closely, as this is part of my description also. Celluloid handles on all but the one needle. The number 14 needle comes in it's own case. Metal JUSTRITE shuttle(Pat applied for) A couple pieces have a bit of rust on them. Please read everything before bidding. Smoke free home. There is an unmarked"Foot Form" style one. It is 5-5/8" long. A very primative dark stained one. It is a little under 6" long. And a very interesting 3 piece example that is 6-1/2" long. Overall condition is good. They all show signs of use and wear. The dark stained one has a crack in the handle(see photos) the 3 piece one has what looks like an ink pen mark on the inside to the right of the rough area(does not show on outside) Otherwise it's a great group that looks awesome on display!
