Lidded Apothecary Drug Store Clear Glass Jar 12 3/4" Tall No Reserve This jar is in very good condition. MADE BY THE WHEATON GLASS CO. LOCATED IN MILLEVILLE NJ. THE OWNER OF WHEATON GLASS WAS A PHARMACIST WHO STARTED HIS OWN GLASS COMPANY IN 1888. THIS JAR IS FROM 1946. There is a"W" in a circle and a"6" on the bottom. It is 3 1/8" wide on all sides. There is a little play in the lid. Not sure if it once had a cork. The lid is 3 3/4" tall.

Up for your consideration is an older T.C.W. Co. druggist bottle with stopper. The bottle has the word"Trigom" on one side. The word is handwritten and has some fading to the letters. On the other side. As well as on the stopper, is the number 212. Also on the top of the stopper. There's a handwritten T in black paint. We didn't notice any chips or cracks on the bottle, however. Vintage Wheaton Chemist Apothecary Pharmacist jar in good vintage condition. The jar has a great mushroom glass stopper with the numbers 345 hand etched. The stopper top seems to have been ground down. Somewhat flat on top, doesn't distract from the unique features of this jar. The front of the jar has the number 37 above an empty etched box. Beneath the box, printed in white is the words, WHEATON USA. There seems to be an intentional dent on the bottom of the jar, possibly during the manufacturing process. The chemist jar is approx 6 1/2" with stopper and 5 1/2" without stopper. Bottom is marked WHEATON USA. Please look closely at my pictures as they are part of my description.
