This one specifically still ... morehas the original tag stating “gasoline”. Made by Grasselli Chemical Company (1885-1936) in Cleveland Ohio, this large 12-13" clear bottle is tinted a pale sea-green turquoise and has a ground glass stopper that fits perfectly within. Stopper has no chips. The bottle is in good shape for age, no cracks or chips and very few scratches. There is residue to the interior surface of the bottle most likely from whatever substance the bottle originally held. I have not attempted to clean it. The outside has a large raised G near the top. The bottom of the bottle in raised letters: THE GRASSELLI CHEMICAL CO.

Offered here for your bidding evaluation is this old Sulphuric Acid. Dil. H 2 SO 4 chemistry or apothecary bottle with a nice label still intact on its front. The bottle stands 6 7/8" tall and has a diameter of 3 3/8" With its clean lines and good looking label. This antique glass laboratory bottle can make an interesting decorative statement in the proper interior. The label has the look of paper but is evidently made of a stronger, long lasting material. The lettering has the appearance of being stenciled on. There is debris visible inside the bottle that I'm sure can be cleaned out. The label exhibits some minor soiling along with some faint writing penned on the right hand side. All I can make out of this writing is" IN Jan 64. The vessel is clear with a ground glass neck, but missing its round stopper. The bottle is ... morein excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Up for your consideration is a LOT OF TWO RARE TCW Co. Con Acid Sulphuric Glass Apothicary Bottle H2SO4 Both are in great condition for there age. On the bottom of both bottles is written T.C.W 2 USA but on the smaller on it is faded a little. Both bottles come with a glass stopper.
