Eli Lilly Chlorodyne Bottle Measures approximately 3-3/8" tall. The list of ingredients on the label includes Nitroglycerin and Ext. Can. Ind. P.T. Extract of Cannabis Indica P.T. The front and back labels both have quite an evident amount of darkening. Discoloration, fading, loss and related edge wear. The loss and fading is evident enough that some of the text is rather difficult to read. The front label has some old writing on it. There is a partial label on the neck. The cork is stuck in there rather tightly. So I didn't try to remove it. The cork is definitely worn and darkened. It's probably brittle enough that if you did try to remove the cork, it could cause damage, so that is why I felt it was best to leave it as found. The bottle is empty. But even though it is probably impractical because of the cork, the inside of ... morethe bottle does need to be cleaned- you can see some residue in there. The tight area around the cork is also a little dirty. The underside of the bottle has some maker related imperfections to the glass- streaks or straw marks of sort. Presumably because of these imperfections. The bottle does wobble some on the table. The glass has no chips and no cracks. Please help me out by closely reviewing the pics to best judge what you are bidding on. I have more pharmaceutical bottles from the same drug store collection listed this week. Amber Pharmacy Bottle and Glass Syringes Medical Collection
This is a collection of glass syringes of various sizes and one very old amber medicine bottle. I'm unsure of the exact ages of items. The amber bottle measures approx. 6.5" tall and it still has its original top. Top has some splitting of metal(see picture#4) The four syringes are all made in the USA. The largest two are B-D Multi-Fit 20cc and 50cc with metal tips. 50cc measures 7.5" and 20cc is 5.75" long. The other two syringes are made by TOMAC Star Interfit and they are 5cc and 2cc. They measure 4.25" and 3.25" long respectively. All four syringes have not been cleaned. Condition: These items could be cleaned or displayed as is for the vintage look. No chipping or cracks! medical amber glass vintage sample bottle
This is a what I believe to be an early urine sample bottle. Clearly hand blow with applied top that does not open. The tool marks can be seen when it was molten. Applied spout as well. There is no Punt el on the bottom so this would indicate the jar was blown into a mold. Then the top and spout were applied while still hot. Nice uniform amber colored glass as can be seen in the pictures. No makers marks that I can see. The jar needs cleaning but is in very good condition. I see no cracks or chips in the glass itself.
