Here's a great old acid bottle that recently came out of a local Nebraska technical college surplus sale. As you can see. It is in good condition- clear with no cracks or chips. It measures about 8" tall with the stopper and is. I believe, a 500 mL bottle. Made by Wheaton in the 60's or so. Embossed letters read"Con Acid Hydrochloric HCI" A great collectible. This is a vintage glass amber colored bottle/ jar that once held Con Acid Sulfuric H2SO4 Probably used in a science lab or Pharmacy. Very pretty bottle with original glass topper too. 7 1/4" tall Can't make out the manufactuer on the bottom. I have two of these old bottles left. The other one is on ebay too.

The bottle measures approximately 5.75 inches in height without the stopper and 6.5 inches with the stopper. The bottom measures approximately 2.5 inches in diameter. On the bottom of the bottle it reads in raised letters"Wheaton. USA, NO-SOL-VIT, 1" In my opinion. This stopper is not the original/correct one for this bottle, however I am selling both items together in this auction and the stopper does fit. Up for sale is a vintage glass Con Acid Sulphuric bottle. This is in good condition for its age. Marked TCW co. 2 USA on the bottom. Lettering is very nice. The cap is with it. Vtg Wheaton Apothecary Glass Bottles Ammonium Sodium Hydroxide Con Acid Sulfuric
This is a set of 3 glass apothecary/scientific bottles by Wheaton Glass. All three have their glass coin stoppers. All are dirty or have chemical residue inside. The Sodium Hydroxide is the only one with a crack. It has two cracks at the neck that do not extend to the top of the bottle. It is marked W. T. Co. D, USA on the bottom. Not counting the stopper it is 14cm tall. The Ammonium Hydroxide is about 14.5cm tall not counting the stopper. It is marked Wheaton. No-Sol-Vit, 8, USA, on the bottom. The Con Acid Sulfuric is about 11cm tall not counting the stopper. It is marked Wheaton. No-Sol-Vit, 3, USA on the bottom. We are listing many other lots of vintage glass. Up for your consideration is a LOT OF TWO RARE TCW Co. Con Acid Sulphuric Glass Apothicary Bottle H2SO4 Both are in great condition for there age. On the bottom of both bottles is written T.C.W 2 USA but on the smaller on it is faded a little. Both bottles come with a glass stopper.
