Tiny bubbles) but I can't say ... morefor sure they are antique. unfortunately the labels have been removed and there is a little bit of residue where they used to be. There are three 100 size and one 50 size. One of the 100s is not marked on the bottom the other two are makred 100 and I assume a makers mark(that I can't recognize) The smaller is also marked 50 with similar or same makers mark. These are in very good to excellent condition, one of the stoppers has a chip on the inside bottom of the stopper. The unmarked bottle's stopper is not a tight fit either. This is an ANTIQUE VICTORIAN WOODEN PORTABLE TRAVEL APOTHECARY MEDICAL PHARMACY BOX CABINET. This was a fabulous find! The cabinet has 2 fold out doors that swing open. A drawer& a flip top. The doors have storage areas for test tubes& vials as well as compartments in the back of the cabinet for holding medicine bottles etc. There are paper instructions still attached to the doors& cabinet– Disease of the Kidney’ detailed instructions that say‘test for bile…test sugar…specific gravity’ etc. There is a split along the back but wood is not loose, cabinet is very sturdy overall. I think there may have been a middle shelf on the doors at one point. The hinges appear to be newer but the latch and box are all original otherwise. It measures 14" x l0" x 8. A collection of 4 antique apothecary drug bottles. Each with hand painted label mounted under the glass. Two have fancy stoppers and two plain. The three square bottles were manufactured by Whitall Tatum& Co with patent date of 1889. All in good condition with no chips or cracks. Wear to labels commensurate with age. They have dry residue inside which will clean out, but I left them alone so as not to damage the labels. They range in height from 8.5" to 10.25" and width from 2.75" to 3.5" Posted with
