It is missing the leather handles, and ... moreone can see there is some wear and tear. I believe the stain on the top will come out. It has several bands of brass riveted to it. The bottom has no wheels, only wood rails. The lock has no key, and sometimes when you close it it locks up, but can easily be turned with an object that fits the hole in the lock.
