The mirror is bevel glass, which is normally straight glass. The drawers are all hand cut dove tail. The overall size is 48 inches wide, 21 inches deep and 90 inches high overall.

It is truly a nice period untouched table. It has a ribbon mahogany top, round corner drop leaves, heavy bold column four legged base, solid cast brass Duncan Phyfe claw foot and built in castors. I normally don’t buy period furniture like this, but I was very impressed by how untouched this piece was. The overall size is 40.5 inches long, 24 inches wide when the leaves are closed, 15 inches wide on each leaf, 52 inches long when the leaves are flipped up. The finish is very nice for being 180 years old. It does show normal nicks, dings and scratches, but I believe it would rub out nicely to make a good presentation.

The desk comes with four raised panel dove tail drawers that retain all the original hardware. The center where the legs go have a reverse cove carving, which I have never seen in oak. It has a scallop bottom trim base, raised panels all the way around and a wide bevel edge on the solid tiger sawn oak top. The only negatives I see on the desk is that there is a little wear on the edge of the top from rubbing against something and there is a split going down the center of the top. We most likely could pull the top off and repair the top, which wouldn’t make a huge difference, but it is an expensive repair. The desk itself is high end quality.

Antique Asian Carved Camphor Wood Blanket Chest w/Dove Tail Corners
We are pleased to offer to the market this beautifully carved Asian blanket chest. This dates to the early 1900's. We do not know the maker of this item. Constructed from camphor wood. With dove tail corners, this chest is beautifully carved on every side except for the bottom. The chest measures 19" high x 35.5" long x 18" wide. The front and back of the chest have different scenes on them as well as the top. The two end panels have the same scene on them. The bracket feet also have a design carved into them. The lid has shell carved handles on the front. There is a sheet of thin wood on the inner section lining the interior that is slightly warped and coming loose. There are appropriate signs of age and use on this chest that may include any and/or all of the following: scratches. Dings, divets, nicks, and losses to some ... moreof the carved areas. This is a well made chest that is solid and sturdy. Great for storage and this could also be used as a coffee table with a panel of glass on top. Solid wood antique secretary desk with matching dresser. Both are dove tailed wood connections with brass inlays. Purchased at high end auction and sure did pay for them. These are hand made with sold wood, solid wood drawers. Skeleton key. Lock is stage 2, marked SC&S. Please see pictures for details. We are not experts in the field of antiques so not comfortable giving an exact date on these pieces but based on other similar pieces with similar lock markings believe them to be late 19th century to early 20th. I have had this piece my entire life; it has seen so many beautiful days and truly was with me throughout my entire childhood and adulthood today. It is all original with a long history of character in the form of scratches. These are all surface scratches with no damage to the wood. THREE HANDLE COPPER MUG Acquired at an estate sale is this three handle copper mug. The handles appear to be riveted to the mug. The mug holds about 18 ozs. It measures 4 3/5 inches tall. 4 ½ inches across the rim opening, the handles extend about 1 ½ inches outward, the base is 2 ¾ inches across the bottom. There are no apparent hallmarks. Country of origin, age marks, etc… to be found. There are no apparent cracks. Dings, dents or repairs. The inside bottom appears to have build-up of dust from sitting in the attic for decades. This is a great arrowhead that I got from a customer at the auction gallery where I work. The customer collected these over a lifetime and each piece is nicer than the next. This is a nice point that reads Dove Tail along with a price. It is in excellent condition with no damage that I can find and it measures 4 5/16" These are authentic arrowheads that are terrific examples of flint mapping. Vintage Atlas Blasting Machine No 3-50 Dynamite Detonator Dove Tail Joints
Up for auction is a vintage Atlas Blasting Machine No. 3-50. It measures 13" by 8" by 6 1/2" and it is in good working condition. With a little effort you can raise the plunger and push it down. You can hear it clicking when it goes up and something inside sounds like it is spinning when you push it down. I have not tested this to see if it has a current. There is an oil stain on the lower parts of a couple of the wood panels. It has some nice dove tail joints. All of the screws are present and this is a nice solid example of this type of machine. This is a vintage dove tail wood sewing box. It's accordian 3 tiered. It folds open. It has a wooden handle. It's in good condition. The inside is pretty clean with a few marks. The outside does have some scratches. Marks and a few small chips. The knobs are a little off. They don't line up the same. The sewing box stands 13 inches high x 16 1/2 inches long. If you include the handle it's 17 1/2 inches high. When it's opened it's 37 1/4 inches long.

The felt lined in the drawers are in very good condition. The drawers are dove tail. The wood chest has very minor wear. There are a few small nicks, one on the back and 2 on the left side bottom. Please view pictures. This chest is in great condition for its age. This chest measures 15 3/4" long, 11 1/8" wide and 10 1/8" tall. The top 3 drawers are the same and have 14 slots each. The bottom drawer is slightly larger and has 8 slots(probably for larger serving pieces) It easily holds 104 pieces or a huge expanded service for 12 or more. This is a vintage nail box found in an abandoned house. Measures 10 3/4"x9"x4 5/8" The print is very hard to see but I can recognize it states"Capwell Horse Nail Co. 25lbs No. 8.d Hartford Conn. As you may notice you will also find the bottom is actually the top of the box. The owner opened from the bottom preserving the picture on the top which shows the landscape of the factory where the nails were made. As most of the lids were thrown away this may be a real one of a kind. You can see the dovetail joints on the corners and some wear at one of the corners.This box is solid.

Offered here is an original Aloris Quick Change Tool Post. Model BXA. This tool post is recommended for use on 10" to 15" Swing Lathes. The tool post is equipped with the more desireable Wedge Type Clamp and it does not appear to have been used extensively. The dove tails look to be in good condition and they open and close smoothly. The T Nut measures approximately 1-9/16" wide x 3" Long x 0.335" The machined tang that slides between the compound jaws measures 1" wide x 3/8" high. I would think that this T Nut could be machined if necessary in order for it to fit your lathe. The tool post appears to be in nice condition.
