The chandelier features a deep brass ... morebowl/pan with embossed, dimensional drapery swag pattern. The chandelier has 4, very long brass arms which hang from the bowl. The arms have a disc shaped center point feature for added interest. Each arm leads to a bell shaped socket. The sockets house old(possibly original) glass shades. The shades have a beaded glass texture and are a very pale root beer color. They are not marked but they do have Holophane characteristics. This is a fabulous fixture. The fixture was just removed from the previous owner's home. It is in good, working condition with vintage wiring. The fixture was flushed mounted to their ceiling, but, if you have very tall ceilings, you could add 4 strands of chain for a very large pan chandelier. The chandelier does not include a ceiling mount bracket but these are readily available at home improvement stores. The brass is in good condition with some very minor"age spots" and patina. There is nothing severe or distracting and this fixture is quite nice. The brass is not terribly thick and the chandelier is not heavy. The chandelier measures 26" tall. It is 18.5" in diameter at the pan. The arms are 12" apart. The glass shades are 4.5" x 4.5" They have a 2" fitter. Unlike much of what we got at this sale. The finish on this chandelier looks like it's about 100 years old. The bobeshes are a little bent, and it needs to be rewired. However, all of the pieces are there, and all of the metal seems sound. It's a typical Art Deco. Neoclassical 4-light chandelier. The fixture's about 19" in diameter. It hangs down about 34. Great size for dining areas, living rooms, salons. It has 4 old P& S sockets. We're not sure if this fixture was made to have globes. Electric lights were considered“exciting” about this time. And many fixtures featured bare bulbs because they were intriguing. The hardware stores have some“crystal” light bulbs out now that keep the bulb-only authenticity, and look attractive to modern eyes. This piece needs TLC. Please see the pictures. Overall this fine piece measures in at 17"A with a 27" ceiling drop length(measurement of drop does not include the addition of shades) Condition is as follows/ shown: Unpolished original patina remains. Two of the bells have cracks but are able to secure shades(last 2 pics) Several of the screws which hold the shades in are missing. Otherwise the fixture is void of dents. Cracks, repairs etc.Rewiring is always recommended with antique lighting. A beautiful piece in need of some restorative work perfect for any vintage decor. This brass Pan Chandelier has 3 sockets and frosted glass shades. Each socket has a brass on. And off switch, but can be activated by a wall switch. The fixture has a bell shaped canopy. The body of the pan is brass. The arms and finial are also brass. The Obsolete cloth-covered wiring has been replaced with UL approved electrical components produced in America. The fixture has been tested and is ready to hang. Approximate dimensions are 15" wide arm-to-arm; the body of pan is 8” and an overall height of 30" including chain and original canopy. 3-100 watt max standard base. buyer has choice of shade shown or the ruffled shade. 1920's brass pan chandelier - Beautifully reverse hand painted with farm scene
This is a one of a kind opportunity. Perfect fixture for an old limestone/brownstone or arts and crafts/mission style home. This item has been RESTORED. Not refinished. Currently, it is unwired. Glass is in exceptional shape for its age. Seems to be from a non-smoking household. There are no cracks visible on the dome or on any of the four shades. Minor chipping where dome attaches to the fixture maybe due to the glass blowing process. This is not seen when fixture is hanging. There is a small repair barely visible on one of the screws that hold in the glass dome to the brass base. Again, this antique is almost 100 years old. Vintage Brass 4 light pan CHANDELIER Ceiling Light Fixture P S light sockets VG
BEAUTIFUL Vintage Brass 4 light CHANDELIER Ceiling Light Fixture with 4 P& S light sockets The chandelier and chain appear to be solid brass as a magnet will not stick to any surface. The fixture measures almost 19" from arm to arm. It measures about 10" tall from top to the bottom of the socket(not including shades) with shades. It would be about 14 1/2" tall. The shades are 4 1/2" tall, 4 3/4" in diameter, with a 2 1/4" fitter opening. The chandelier is in very good condition. It has a nice patina with some tarnish. Mostly on the top that will not be seen, as shown in pictures. The fixture has been rewired and is in good working condition. It has four P& S turn switches and sockets, all four switches are working. It is currently on a long decorative brass chain and wire(over 12' with a plug so it ... morecan be hung from a hook and plugged in, but the chain and wire can be cut to any length to mount as a ceiling fixture. One shade has chip that will be covered when mounted. Another shade has chip on the inside lower rim as shown in pictures(last picture, shade in upper left corner, center left side of shade) that will not be covered but isn't very noticeable. The fixture weighs over 6 lbs. without shades. 8 lbs. with shades, over 10 lbs. shipping weight in oversized box. The items will be carefully packaged to prevent damage and will be insured. This is a very beautiful chandelier in very good condition.

For sale is an antique art deco two arm chandelier. It features a great looking center piece with two very ornate arms. The entire light is made of brass except for the top finial. The bottom finial is missing. Some scuffs and wear can be found throughout but will clean up great. One of the bell shaped bobeche has a small dent. Will need some tlc before use.
