This amazing swag lamp ... moreis from the 1960s or early 1970s. It has six lights and is loaded with Strass Swarovski 30% lead crystal jewel beads. I recently purchased this hanging lamp along with a matching table lamp from the same estate. The table lamp had a copyright date of 1966. This particular lamp was obviously stored away for most of its life, since it still looks like new, and is in excellent condition. The fixture is made with a combination of thick brass-plated heavy metal casting. Some solid brass, and lots of crystals. The main body of the fixture is a thick metal casting and has five lights hanging from the edge, and one that hangs from the center, which is the lowest hanging light on the fixture. The light is controlled with a rotary switch on the underside of the main body of the fixture. The center light can be turned on or off, independently from the others, and is perfect for a mood light or night light. The lamp has a 15 foot long chain with a 20 foot cord with a plug on the end, and is meant to hang by the chain from a hook(not included) and then plugged into a wall outlet. The appropriate decorative hook for hanging should be able to hold at least 15 pounds, which is the total weight of the light fixture, and have the correct anchor system for your ceiling type. The fixture measures 33 inches tall from the top of the cast loop to the bottom of the lowest finial. The maximum width is about 13 inches. This takes six short. Candelabra base light bulbs, and is being shipped with new 15 watt ceiling fan bulbs that I used when I took the pictures. Since the fixture has been stored away for most of its life, very minimal cleaning was needed, but I did that for you. When I found it, about 40% of the crystals were missing, but I was able to locate some of the same size with a very similar cut and of the same high quality. 1950's 1960's Brass 2 Tier Wedding Cake Crystal Chandelier Light Fixture Vintage Description: Feel free to send your zip code for a more competitive shipping quote Wedding Cake Chandelier Up for sale we have this awesome 2 Tier Wedding Cake Crystal Chandelier hanging light fixture maybe from the 1950's or 1960's or maybe even older This beautiful chandelier has multi- faceted spear-shaped cut crystal prisms that hang from the top rim in 2 layers. Just above the prisms there's a string of glass beads that encircles the perimeter of the top rim Above the top rim there are 2 layers of brass arms with little glass florets on the ends with the top layer having 6 teardrop prisms that hang from them. One of the glass florets is missing(see pic 17) and will need to be replaced This 6-lite fixture is on a 3-way pull chain style ... moreswitch(see pic 16) which is the little brass ball hanging at the very bottom. It works 3 alternating lights by pulling it once. Then the other 3 alternating lights by pulling it again then all 6 lights by pulling it a third time It has a lot of crystal prisms as you can see. Almost all are in good used condition. Unfortunately I dropped one so it will need to be replaced. So 1 is missing. There are about 6-7 that do have some damage but if hung on the inside tier they will never be noticed. As for the rest, you will find a few with some minor tiny tiny fleabites which is considered normal wear for these older glass prisms The fixture frame does have some normal wear and some slight age discoloration in a couple places(see pic 16& 18) but does not take away from this awesome piece This is a large piece and the fixture itself measures approximately 16.25" in diameter x 24" in length to the bottom of the pull chain. The total length is about 38.5" when you include the 14.5" brass chain The ceiling cap is missing and will need to be replaced. You should be able to find something at a local lighting store or online This piece is in good working condition. But

VINTAGE 1960'S SPANISH 5 ARM CHANDELIER WITH 35 GLASS PRISMS REWIRED
This listing is for a VINTAGE 1960'S SPANISH 5 ARM CHANDELIER WITH 35 GLASS PRISMS REWIRED. The chandelier is 25 inches from ceiling cap to bottom of prism and about 16 inches across. Light has been rewired with new wire. Sockets and candle covers. A few of the prisms have a chip from use. The ceiling cap is 4 1/2 inches across. The light is shown with 5- 6o watt bulbs. A special thin 18 gauge wire was used for the arms and a braided parallel cloth covered cord was used to ceiling. Chandelier will be shipped in a 22 x 22 inch box FEDEX for under $50. In the center is a sputnik design with the 5 sockets.there is one 2" socket and four 4" sockets.there are"stems" which have gold gilt leaves on them and at the tops of some of the stems you place a Murano Glass rosette or flower head. there are 45 hand blown ... moreglass rosettes aka florettes total.ranging in size from 3 1/2" down to 2 1/2" All are clear glass with infused gold inside. the candle covers need replaces as you can see.you will need one 2" one and four 4" candle covers. the chain is pretty with a Moroccan type links and it measures 31" long. the orb shape of the chandelier is 17" across all ways. there are no breaks or chips in the 45 glass flowers. No breaks or repairs in the metal chandelier. No missing leaves. just needs a little more cleaning and spruced up a bit. I have cleaned all the glass flowers. and cleaned each leaf, and had the chandelier all nice and clean.I still see a little bit of dust now down near the center. Now. The only area of concern is the little caps that go on once you put the flower head on.these are missing. Not sure what they originally looked like.I have seen some chandeliers on the internet that have like a raspberry prunt, but I think this is a permanent method.I think the ones on this one were a rubber tip perhaps so they could be easily removed.just not sure. This is a Vintage Sputnik Chandelier Circa 1960's This magnificent piece of lighting history is a 12 arm sputnik chandelier. From arm to arm it measures about 20 inches. In gold coloration(most likely brass) this piece will need to be rewired. On the inside there is an original sticker from Underwriter's Laboratories. Inc. that states the following: Inspected Electric fixture issue no. B-52515 MAJESTIC M.S.S. CO. INC. I was unable to take a photo of it simply due to the angle.
