RARE Mid Century Murano Glass Leaf Chandelier vintage ceiling light lamp fixture
I have other Mid Century lights listed and more on the way. This is a RARE find this is the hard to find version of Muranos leaf shade chandeliers and this is the only one on ebay so don't let your chance pass you by. This still had the Murano label on the glass shaft leaving no doubt who made this one. The design is awesome the brightness against the frosted leafs really stand out. The sockets are on a swivel joint so you can adjust their position. This will look great in an antique or modern home or office. The glass leaves will be taken off and wrapped individually for safe shipping. As you can see it does work fine and the wires are ok however they are the old cloth covered wires and it wouldn't hurt replacing those 2 wires it is very easy to do just 2 simple wires. Extravagant Mid-Century Murano Prism Glass Spiral Chandelier 114 11inch prisms
Incredible auathentic mid-century Italian chandelier with Murano glass prisms that are 11 inches long. In the picture with the lights on. There appears to be burnt out lights on the lower tiers. I took these pictures in the house I have since vacated. I have had the chandelier since 1990. It is from the 1970's. I is approximately 34 inches long and 24 inches wide. The prisms are supported on a brass frame. It has a chain support and the chandelier is extremely heavy. It will require strong support. Pricing is difficult at best. Although rare. I am finding similar chandeliers from $2500 to $5000. I even found an Italian firm offering a new chandelier"based on a mid-century design" for $2900 plus shipping from Italy. It did not have nearly the same number of prisms. Well here is the original design! I will start the bidding at ... morethe low end of this price range. Shipping and insurance will be included. Used prisms are selling for $15-$20 each and are very popular with artists designing new"things" They are $33 each new plus significant shipping charges. It is possible to sell the prisms and break up the chandelier. There are 114 of them in the chandelier. That would price the chandelier from $1710 to $2280. The brass frame is also of value. Old Vintage Italian Murano Glass Chandelier Green and Pink Flowers Venetian
Up for auction is a vintage antique Murano chandelier. I have had this piece stored in a box for over twenty years. I purchased this chandelier in Italy and it came out of an Italian estate. This chandelier needs some repair or replacement pieces. I don't know anything about repairing something this delicate so I am going to leave it to the experts. This piece probably needs to be broken up and sold for parts. But I thought I would give it a shot at keeping it together. I have no idea what the value of this is, so please pardon me if I am overpriced. I will break it up and sell it for parts if it does not sell. There are 5 green flowers. One would probably need to re replaced. I have one of the broken pieces, but I am missing a piece. There are six pink flowers, one is broken where the flower meets the stem. Another pink flower has a ... morepiece of the petal broken off. I have the piece, but I don't know if it is repairable. A third pink flower is broken at the end of the stem. I have the metal piece that the stem goes into. There are five big pink pieces that appear to be shades. One of them appears to have been repaired. I did not do the repair it. At the base of the chandelier there is a little drop green and pink piece that has been broken off. I have the piece that has been broken off. There is one last broken piece, it is in the middle of the chandelier near where the arms with the lights get plugged in. I am pointing to the piece in one of the pictures.You can not see this piece when it is hung. Again, I have some pieces that have been broken off, I do not know if I have all of the pieces. I have included pictures of all of the parts with issues. The arms that hold the light bulbs appear to be intact. That is the way I pulled them out of the box, and I did not want to move them. This beautiful vintage Chandelier is in very excellent condition. No chips. Cracks or missing prisms. It is 32" from the top of the glass to the bottom of the spear. there is a 31" chain on the top. It is 23" across the widest part. It has 5 lights and it works perfectly. It can be plugged into track lighting or wired to your ceiling. It will not need new wiring. FABULOUS! Description. This is a a gorgeous Mid-Century Modern Italian hand blown glass Murano Tronchi Chandelier. It is 2 tiered holds 9 bulbs. And is oval shaped. There are 30 tubes measuring approx 8" long x 3" on diameter. There is one tube that has a tight line crack(see 2nd pic 3rd from the left) as you can see it doesn't detract from this gorgeous chandelier at all. The overall measurements are approx. 23" x 15" x 17" tall. It comes with the chain, and crown. The frame is a brass finish which I'll leave to the new owner to to polish. Measurements would be when finished approx. 20" inches tall including a ceiling canopy& 15" inches wide. Depending how you create it. Some of the Jelly Beans, the wires have broken off, but in my 5th picture I showed you how to wire them to make them work. This is not uncommon for the wires to do this with age. Guaranteed Torlasco chandeliers are incredibly difficult to locate. Finding them in polished chrome is even harder. The fact that this has his name on it is a serious boon for a prospective owner/collector and ideal for investment security if a positive attribution is what you require. Most fixtures which hit the market with Oscar Torlasco design attribution seem to be small table lamps and standard/floor lamps. If you are not very familiar with Torlasco. Mid-century art glass Italian Murano vistosi chandelier tear drops HUGE
ok. So these are rare and unique and yes I know they are an odd shape. I will call them hand blown teardrops, but they are huge and heavy. I am looking for a fixture to feature these on, but no luck so far. I am listing them as a set of approx. 30 all different sizes and thicknesses, all have their metal tops in tact. No signature but thought they may be Vistosi please feel free to clue me in if need be. They are very heavy and are local pick up only unless we split them up at a later date. There are approx. 30 I have no idea if this is a complete set because I never saw the fixture they were on. But it must have been huge. Largest is about 23" x 2" There are only about 2 or 3 this size the rest fall graduated in between) smallest about 12" x 1 1/4" all a bit different and all hand blown.

Only ones I can find available are under eight inches long. The star shape cylinder is extremely hard to find in this length.

GRAND 35" VNTG LOUIS XVI DIRECTOIRE NOUVEAU VENINI MURANO GLASS BRASS CHANDELIER
We are pleased to offer this EXCEPTIONAL. Vintage(1960s) Louis XVI/Directoire style, chandelier. This magnificent(35" in diameter) fixture is not marked, but the glass is very indicative of Murano(Venini) The frame is exquisite and large. It features 5 arms with ornate and unique, serpentine/abstract lines, very much in the French Nouveau/Louis XVI fashion. The center body of the fixture houses one piece of swirl glass which is fixed to the body and a large bottom swirl glass shade which is removable. Each arm houses a very generous(see photo#8)swirled glass shade. The glass is fabulous. It is smooth on the exterior while the interior is textural with the swirled design. There are a few, very small air bubbles which indicate that the glass is blown. The rims and the fitters are hand cut and hand ground and do have a rough texture. The ... moreswirl is white to clear but, in certain light, the glass has a definite blue tint. Again, this is incredible glass and not of average quality. I have an original, signed Venini lamp and I cannot discern any difference between the glass on my lamp and the glass on the chandelier. The chandelier retains several inches of chain as well as the original, brass ceiling canopy/cover. Inside the canopy is a vintage, yellow"Union Made" UL sticker. The chandelier is in very good condition. The brass has only a few, very minor"age spots" which are very hard to discern and are not distracting. The glass is also very good. The ceiling canopy has two small"dings" which probably occurred when the fixture was removed from the ceiling. This is a very beautiful, very nice quality chandelier. The chandelier measures 23" tall. It is 26" in diameter WITHOUT the shades attached and it is 35" in diameter with the glass. The glass shades are 6.5" tall. In the center is a sputnik design with the 5 sockets.there is one 2" socket and four 4" sockets.there are"stems" which have gold gilt leaves on them and at the tops of some of the stems you place a Murano Glass rosette or flower head. there are 45 hand blown ... moreglass rosettes aka florettes total.ranging in size from 3 1/2" down to 2 1/2" All are clear glass with infused gold inside. the candle covers need replaces as you can see.you will need one 2" one and four 4" candle covers. the chain is pretty with a Moroccan type links and it measures 31" long. the orb shape of the chandelier is 17" across all ways. there are no breaks or chips in the 45 glass flowers. No breaks or repairs in the metal chandelier. No missing leaves. just needs a little more cleaning and spruced up a bit. I have cleaned all the glass flowers. and cleaned each leaf, and had the chandelier all nice and clean.I still see a little bit of dust now down near the center. Now. The only area of concern is the little caps that go on once you put the flower head on.these are missing. Not sure what they originally looked like.I have seen some chandeliers on the internet that have like a raspberry prunt, but I think this is a permanent method.I think the ones on this one were a rubber tip perhaps so they could be easily removed.just not sure. Mid-Century Blown Opalescent Murano Glass Mazzega CHANDELIER~Spiral Ribbon This spectacular 1960's Italian chandelier has multiple layers of blown Murano glass spiral ribbon prisms with opalescent white stripes. The brass frame houses 8 lights total inside for an unbelievable appearance when lit. It measures 19 inches in diameter and 21 inches long without any chain. It has the original ceiling canopy and a 4 foot long chain so height can easily be adjusted. There are three staggered tiers forming a layered cake. There are no chips or cracks and one prism is a replacement and does not have the stripe. see last photo) All lights are working but vintage wiring should always be checked. This is a Spectacular Murano art glass ceiling fixture chandelier. It has 36 art class flames, it has 7 light sockets, it is 48 inches around.I don't know much about it, I bought it at an auction about seven years ago. the glass is in great condition, no chips or cracks. I have asked around about this and some people have said it's Mid Century modern, anywhere from the 1950's to the 1970's, but you be the judge, like I said I don't know who a lot about it.

This is a stunningly rare antique handmade blown Murano Italian glass with iron cage hanging ceiling fixture. it is completely hand blown from glass which has a nice bubble look. The glass is caged in with hand forged and gold wrought iron and is very detailed. It has acquired a wonderful patina from age that can be cleaned up if desired.
