1920's~ANTIQUE ART DECO CHANDELIER~FROSTED GREEN GLASS CEILING LIGHT FIXTURE~VGC
This auction is for an antique 1920's art deco ceiling light chandelier that is fully functional and ready for installation and use. It consists of 2 parts of thick frosted glass. The upper is clear and the lower shade is light green with a beautiful art deco pattern. The lower part has glass tabs that insert into the slots of the upper part and rests on little ledges when turned 1/4 turn, as designed. The escutcheon plate and bulb holder are made of brass and the total height is approx. 17" This classy and opulent vestibule light appears just lightly used and in very good condition. There is a chip in one of the ledges of the clear round part and the square green part rests securely on the other 3 ledges with no problems and it is guaranteed to be a solid connection as it is and this minor detail cannot be seen when in use. The ... moreglass parts are 3/8" to 1/2" thick and there are no chips, cracks or damages to the lower part or brass accessories. Beautiful Vintage Antique Art Deco Frosted Glass Chandelier Light Fixture Canopy
This is all original. AND GORGEOUS! Has not been tested. As it is the original wiring. I was told this DID work when pulled from the home. This is in BEAUTIFUL condition. Very few(very FEW) minor little flea bites on edge. The spots you see here and there are from my lens.NOT the lamp. This heavy Frosted glass shade measures about 11" across x about 4 1/2" deep. There are some little white flecks of paint on the shade which should soak right off. I would bet. Anyway. Fixture is: About 8 1/2" from ceiling to where it sits with shade. This listing is for a Rare Extraordinary Antique Solid Brass 4 Light Chandelier from the Late 19th Century with Floral Frosted Shades. This beautiful Chandelier is about 30" tall. Plus 4 or 5 inches of chain and a brass cover at the ceiling, and from the top of the fixture to the bottom of the shades the height is about 35" It has three brass arms with a light at the end of each of them. Plus a light in the center of the fixture. If a circle were drawn around the outside of the shades the diameter would be about 32" As you will see from the photographs the brasswork is beautifully and intricately detailed. The exquisite frosted glass shades might remind you of a delicate iris. The fixture is in excellent vintage condition has been professionally rewired and guaranteed to work properly. Up for auction is a pre-owned Vintage all brass CHANDELIER ceiling light fixture with 4 outside lights and 1 center light with the dome center frosted and cut glass shade. The light fixture is all brass but have some of the areas painted a tan or light brown color. Light have 4 heavy cast brass ornate 4-light chandelier arm with the flat on/off knobs( knobs are marked BRYANT) Light has a 20" long chain and the domed ceiling mount cover cap. All the fixture shades are frosted with cut in detailed design( cut in design is the clear glass) and gives off a soft. Warm glow when lit. BULBS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE AUCTION! I cannot find a signature on the light. SIZE: Approximately 20 1/2" across the arms and 47" from the domed ceiling mount cover to the bottom of the shade. The 4 outside smaller shades are 5" from top to bottom ... moreoutside, top of these shades are 1 7/8" on the inside and 2 3/16" aross to the outside. The bottom of the 4 smaller shades are 3 1/2" across to the inside and 3 3/4" aross to the outside. The big center dome shade is 9 1/2" across the inside and 9 3/4" aross to the outside, and approx. 5 1/2' deep. CONDITION:I was real careful when I tried the light because of fraded and bare wires, but all the light sockets worked as shown in the pictures. The light DOES HAVE SOME CRACKS IN BRASS AROUND THE RIMS OF THE 4 OUTSIDE LIGHT, WHERE THE SHADE SCREWS ARE LOCATED, I do not think that these small crack will hurt any thing because when screwed in tight they hold the shades firmly in place. THERE IS ALSO A CRACK IN THE ADJUSTABLE TUBE, THAT ATTACH TO THE HOUSE CEILING FIXTURE(SEE PICTURES)All the shades are free of any cracks, but all have some light roughness, small flea bites around the top rims which cannot be seen when the shades are placed properly in the frame. Reduced Rare Art Nouveau Crafts Large Cut Glass Dome Chandelier 3 Frosted Shades
Hello. Welcome to our auction of this original Art nouveau brass chandelier with large central frosted& cut glass dome and 3 large pendant lantern lights suspended down from the centre piece. The ceiling rose measures 8.5" wide and 4" tall. The main frame is 17" across and 5 1/4" tall. it measures a total drop from the ceiling of 34" With each side pendant on a chain of 3 links and total length from the top if the frame of 16.5 inches. It will require a re-wire and small amount of attention to the metal links holding all the pieces. It still has the ceramic rise& fall fixture within the ceiling rose. Which now has a metal hook. Each of the pendants has the old white ceramic edged screw fittings(normal width) There is a suspended arm adjoined to the frame which holds a bulb to the centre if the dome. For the ... morepurposes of the photos I have suspended the light over a single energy bulb.not the brightest. But I think this gives a basic idea of how it could look. The glass is in near perfect condition with only a couple of light edge marks where the small screws have held it in place. The dome and other 2 lanterns are unmarked. Antique Vintage Deco Brass 5 Light Hanging Lamp Chandelier w/Frosted Globes EXC
Here is a beautiful antique hanging light fixture I just removed from an old house. It was still hooked up and being used. It works fine. It has 4 smaller lights with globes, each one has it's own switch. The larger globe has one bulb inside. This fixture has the old cloth covered wires which are still soft and flexible, with no cracks or frays. There are no cracks in the globes, but one of the all white ones does have a small nick in the side. As you can see there are 2 globes that match the large center globe, and 2 with frosted glass and colored flower designs. They fit and do look good, but are not original. There is some paint spatter here and there from over the years, and there is a dark patina on the brass, it actually has a copper look to it. The only damage is to the thin cover just below the chain eye. It is just superficial ... moreand just cosmetic. This is a nice one, ready to hang as is, or clean and polish. It measures approx 21" across the top from the outside of 2 diagonal lights, and hangs approx 28" from the ceiling to the bottom of the globe. I ship once or twice a week, not everyday. Brass Decorative 3 Arm Pan Chandelier Light Flower Frosted Shades Finial Fixture
A very decorative ceiling chandelier with 3 arms. 3 bells with light sockets for bulbs and has the three shades. Needs rewiring and some cleaning/light refurbishing but overall very nice condition, complete with ceiling mount, and top and bottom finials. I think the pan is brass and the arms are steel, they are decorated with baskets of flowers looking up at the light as it would be on the ceiling. The shades are frosted and have blue and pink flowers and green leaves raised designs, the screws are all here and also the switch on each light. The switches have an F on them. Measurements are approx. 25" from ceiling to bottom of globes, 13 1/2" across the arms, about 8" from arm top to bottom of globe. Offered for auction is this beautiful large frosted and clear embossed glass chandelier or sconce shade. The top opening is clear ruffled glass. Next is a frosted band and then a clear embossed area and then another frosted band before the fitter. The shade is 5” tall. 6” in diameter at the center and has a 2” fitter opening. The center embossed area is accented with alternating wreaths with bow, a torch also with bow and under the wreath are groupings of flowers. This is large glass shade and a real beauty. Up for your review and consideration is this stunning Art Nouveau 5 Arms Brass Bronze Chandelier with French Frosted Glass Flame Shades from France circa 1910's. It has beautiful ornate designs all over. The arms are held with brass screws which I replaced with new brass ones as the old ones were weak and full of rust. The chain is 33" long without the chandelier to adjust to whatever ceiling height the buyer has. It came from a house with Cathedral ceilings on Miami Beach. The chandelier itself is 20" tall. The arms have ornate design and scrolls. It's 14" across in diameter with the shades. It's been rewired by a local electrician. All the buyer has to do is have it polished even though it looks good as is. It needs to be cleaned but the new owners can do that. I have an extra glass shade which will be included ... morewith the sale of the this gorgeous chandelier. It is an absolutely gorgeous chandelier. There are two of them and if you need 2 maybe we can work out a reasonable price. It's made from a heavy solid bronze and brass fantastically designed in an ornate French Art Nouveau style.
