The wiring was also redone using it's original two piece porcelain sockets. The contacts were also cleaned and tested and are in excellent condition. The chain is new and has a factory aluminum color. The ceiling canopy was sanded and repainted and is from the same era. There is a very nice cream with a silver color pattern from top to bottom. Arts Craft Rare Lincoln Slip Shade Antique Art Deco 30s Chandelier Smoke Bells
Very Hard to find and and lovingly restored to a brilliant blend of golds. Greens, red, copper, bronze and oil rubbed to enhance detail. Fixtures from this period were made with care and great thought. Everything about them was made to last. Th is is a five light chandelier with five arms that hold chains that lead to a small bonnet and that is where the canopy me ets. The arms hold a cons olidated glass slip on smoke bell over each socket. The glass is in great condition with some minor not noticeable age chips around the edges. For the age they are exceptional. The flash from the camera bri ngs the colors out brighter. Actually the gold is brilliant against the bronze and brass, but not so bright as in picture 4 and 2. The hang of the fixture is about 31 inches and can be reduced by taking out some of the diamond shaped chain. The sockets ... moreare new and rewired. The candle covers are original and wor n. This is a very Art Deco cast iron chandelier. Without shades. It measures about 17" from the finial tip to top ring where the chain starts, 9" across 2 opposing"wings" It has a turn switch on the bottom. 5 lights, needs rewiring. Accepts standard base bulb. Appears to be original finish. The measurement along the bottom is just over 2 1/2" and widens off to approx. 5" From the base to the top of the inside opening. Along the ridge inside each of the brackets(not sure what these are called) is right at 5" high.

Cast Aluminum 5 Light Brown Tip Art Deco Slip Shade Chandelier
Rare cast aluminum art deco 5 light slip shade fixture from the 1930's. Body was disassembled. Cleaned, reassembled, and rewired. Shades are in less than perfect condition, but look great when installed and illuminated. Each shade does have imperfections. Some exhibit chipped tips, chipped tabs along the edges, and spots in the finish. See images 1-12 above. As the title says I am also including an extra perimeter shade. It is not pictured, but I will gladly provide images prior to the sale. I have a ton more images of this fixture I can email to anyone interested. It is a ceiling mount fixture with 5 frosted slip shades. It is a beautiful fixture that is a cast metal with a copper finish. It measures roughly 16” tall and 16” wide. The glass shades measure 8 ¾” x 6 ½” The condition is very nice. There is some paint around the edges of top mount piece. There is a little wear to the post. Up for auction is a beautiful Art Deco glass slip shade. Beautiful jadite or pale seafoam green with a subtle iridescence. In very nice condition with one small hairline to the right side and one small chip to the back which do not show from the front. Please see photos carefully for details. Beautiful 1930's Aluminum& Brass Art Deco 2 Light Slip Shade Chandelier Ceiling Fixture with two(2) shades. The fixture is 16" tall and about 12"14" wide. This striking fixture is in very good condition. The wiring has been replaced. But not sure about the sockets, which are moveable, making it easier to change bulbs. There are a few small chips on the shades, mainly around mounting openings, as shown in pictures, but nothing that detracts from the beauty of the chandelier. I've taken pictures of the shades from all angles so please examine closely and ask any questions.

1930's Art Deco Glass Slip Shade Chandelier Pendant Light Fixture Lincoln Era
Do you have a lighting fixture that works but is lacking in style? It's time to upgrade- with this beautiful and rare Art Deco slip shade chandelier! Three frosted glass shades with a classic Art Deco design slide into a bronze finished six-sided chandelier frame decorated in a stylized floral and geometric pattern. On the bottom of the chandelier hangs a large pendant. The chandelier has three light sockets with their original wiring(still in good shape) that rise up through a central stem to a great"Levolier" in-line pull switch before ending in the original copper colored ceilingcanopy. The ceiling mount assembly even has its original mounting hardware so it's ready to go! There's no manufacturer name on the chandelier(as is the case with most chandeliers) But"B 57" is stamped in three places. We know that ... morea company called Lincoln made many of these but we can't be certain about this one. We're not sure what the base metal is, but it has a bronze patina and a magnet doesn't stick to it. Aside from its compact shape that allows this chandelier to be installed in a hallway, Kitchen, covered porch, foyer, office, breakfast room, bedroom, etc. what makes it special is that it can easily be disassembled for maintenance or repair AND comes with its three original shades! Antique and vintage lighting fixtures with a missing shade or ones with big cracks or other damage are quite common on eBay. But this chandelier- which is likely 80+ years old- has its original trio of shades, which contain only the inherent imperfections that occurred in the manufacturing process. There are no repairs or breakage anywhere on this chandelier! One has crack on outside on top and bottom that are only on outside and have not gone thru due to glass of 1/4 inch at that point. One shade has chip on top rim and side. One has a chip on the top inside. I tried to show pictures of damage on this hard to find light. New sockets and new cloth covered braided wire were added for safety. Magnificent chandelier has Art Deco amber glass slipper shades with clamshell beveled detail and incised Art Deco design on both sides of the shades. The frame or housing of the chandelier is solid bronze metal. The upper ceiling cap is brushed bronze metal with carved Art Deco designs with black contrast to enhance the designs. The fixture has two porcelain and copper bulb sockets. And retains it's original wiring. Wiring will need to be replaced before use. On the sides of the section of housing which covers the light sockets. Are two panels of genuine mica which is affixed to the backside of the verticle side grates. You are looking at an antique Art Deco 5 Light Slip Shade Chandelier. This fixture has been completely restored and is in very good condition. The fixture is aluminum and brass with yellow amber glass decorative pieces in the column. The fixture has been refinished in a hammered gold and antique gold. The 5 shades are a clear and frosted/ etched glass with a leaf design and in great condition. The light has new sockets and wiring. gold cloth wiring from the fixture to the ceiling. I do not know the maker of this fixture or the date but it is from the Art Deco period. The chandelier measures approximately 17 inches wide with the shades and 21 inches long from the canopy to the finial with all the chain attached. You could remove 6 inches of chain. 1930's Deco Cast Iron 5 Light Slip Shade Light Fixture Chandelier with 3 Shades
This dusty deco. 5 arm fixture has 3 shades with it; that's the way it came off the ceiling. The shades are in very good condition with no damage. It appears they have some light remnants of white paint that should be easy to remove. The original patinated gold cast iron fixture worked when it was taken down. The fixture. With the shades installed, is 20" in diameter. The fixture without the chain and canopy is 13"H. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.

Antique Art Deco Two-Lamp Slip Shade Bat Wing Hanging Ceiling Chandelier
This is a beautiful example of the true height of Art Deco. The metal fixture has a lovely deep gold patina with green and yellow highlights and has matching frosted glass shades. This chandelier measures 11" tall. 12" wide, 6" deep and includes 12" of chain and a matching ceiling canopy that is adjustable for height. Overall, it hangings 27" to 30" down from the ceiling. It has two sockets, each accepting one 60 watt candelabra based bulb. The matching pair of glass shades are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The cast iron fixture has absolutely no rust and retains most of its original'Old Gold' factory finish. It measures 24 inches high. 5.5 inches wide and the addition of a chain can instantly increase the fixture's height. A suitable canopy for this light fixture can be found easily on eBay. The condition of the iridescent slip shade is seen in our posted large format photos. It needs a good cleaning. Has no cracks and just a few slim chips towards the top of the shade. Antique Art Deco 5 slip shade Markel Chandelier
The chandelier and all 5- ribbed) slip shades are original. This beautiful piece of antiquity was manufactured by the Markel Electric Company sometime in the 1920-1930’s. The semi-flush mount chandelier has a classic Art Deco ziggurat. Skyscraper and foliates embellishments, as well as, striking light honey colored shell detailed slipper shades. I was advised by experts not to recondition the chandelier. Doing so would only devalue it. The piece has a beautiful aged patina. There are so small paint chips on the chandelier. This is to be expected of a fixture almost 90-years old. The chandelier has an aluminum frame and an iron canopy.
