This amazing swag lamp ... moreis from the 1960s or early 1970s. It has six lights and is loaded with Strass Swarovski 30% lead crystal jewel beads. I recently purchased this hanging lamp along with a matching table lamp from the same estate. The table lamp had a copyright date of 1966. This particular lamp was obviously stored away for most of its life, since it still looks like new, and is in excellent condition. The fixture is made with a combination of thick brass-plated heavy metal casting. Some solid brass, and lots of crystals. The main body of the fixture is a thick metal casting and has five lights hanging from the edge, and one that hangs from the center, which is the lowest hanging light on the fixture. The light is controlled with a rotary switch on the underside of the main body of the fixture. The center light can be turned on or off, independently from the others, and is perfect for a mood light or night light. The lamp has a 15 foot long chain with a 20 foot cord with a plug on the end, and is meant to hang by the chain from a hook(not included) and then plugged into a wall outlet. The appropriate decorative hook for hanging should be able to hold at least 15 pounds, which is the total weight of the light fixture, and have the correct anchor system for your ceiling type. The fixture measures 33 inches tall from the top of the cast loop to the bottom of the lowest finial. The maximum width is about 13 inches. This takes six short. Candelabra base light bulbs, and is being shipped with new 15 watt ceiling fan bulbs that I used when I took the pictures. Since the fixture has been stored away for most of its life, very minimal cleaning was needed, but I did that for you. When I found it, about 40% of the crystals were missing, but I was able to locate some of the same size with a very similar cut and of the same high quality. Here is a Pair of Antique or Vintage Brass Wall Sconces Lights With Crystal Hanging Prisms. Each one of these has two arms on them with white candlecovers. These will need to be rewired as I wouldn't want to trust the wiring that is in them. These have a nice patina on them. One of them has some paint around the base of it and some up on the arm also, which I am sure would come off with some scrubbing. These will need a good cleaning, all I did was knock the top layer of dust off. There is some very, very light corrosion in a few spots but this isn't bad at all. This auction if for a very beautiful. Ornate and well made vintage made in Spain brass and crystal chandelier. The chandelier is a three tier one. With crystal prisms hanging from all three layers and it has eight arms with eight lights(candles) The metal work is all solid brass and it is therefore very heavy. Without the prisms on. It weighs 20 pounds. The ornate brass canopy and chain are original to the chandelier and are matching all other scrolled work on the metal. The entire brass metal work on the chandelier is very intricately detailed. And the bottom is completed with a very ornate cap and finial which are again matching all the other scroll work on the fixture. The chandelier. Beautiful Antique vintage Large Wall Sconce Candelabra. Has Crystals around the candle holders and the candle covers have a lovely gold drip to them. It's a rope style gold brass. I am not sure if it's brass or guilt metal. All the lights work. I have bulbs in all but one that burned out. In excellent condition. It can be wall mounted or just hung. It has a switch to turn it on and off and a cord to plug in. I've used it over my bed and it's great to just reach up and turn it off. Recently moved and am having to downsize.
