Antique Tudor Revival Medieval Gothic Deco Nouveau Moe-Bridges Style Chandelier
This is an antique chandelier light fixture with five lights. It came out of a victorian home and was probably a replacement when the gaslights were taken out. It looks like a Moe-Bridges light fixture but I am not sure because I can't find any marks on it. It has been professionally rewired and works great. It is heavy and made of brass and painted metal. It has red. Green and gold colors in the decoration. There are some chips on some of the painted areas especially the finial that hangs down on the bottom of the fixture. I didn't want to change or alter the finish at all so I left it as is. I hung the fixture on a ladder to photograph it hanging but I am sure it would look much better hanging from the ceiling in your home. Antique Chandelier Tudor Gothic Cast Iron Brass Vintage Polychrome Aluminum
Offered here is a lovely decorative cast aluminum polychrome chandelier with crystal accents. This piece has been fully rewired. Cleaned and restored. As with all of our antique and vintage lighting, this piece is ready to install in your home. Notice the green and red highlighted details on the ornate portions of the light. This kind of work is called polychrome. And is very common for piece produced in the 1930's for the American lighting market. A piece like this was frequently ordered for a few dollars from a catalog. Most of this frame is made of cast aluminum and brass. The socket interiors are new. Though we retained the exterior of the sockets to match. The five crystal prisms are cut in an'almond' pattern. And are made of fire polished Italian crystal. PAIR ANTIQUE Gothic Tudor Renaissance Revival WALL SCONCE lamps lights 1920s
I have up for sale a wonderful matching pair of Antique Vintage circa 1920s or there abouts Gothic Tudor Wall Sconces.Complete with original Amber Crackle Glass Chimney Shades. The underlying metal appears to be brass- with factory applied finish. The metal frame measures approx 14-1/2" with the amber chimney- the height is approx 16" The back plate measures approx 4-1/4" wide x 9-3/8" tall. Both sconce frames are in Excellent Original as found Condition! There are no damages and wear is minimal-the finish is excellent. No breaks. No cracks, Etc. The lamps will need new switches- as the old ones are absent. The shades are in very good shape. They have some minor nicking/ nibbles on the top rims but this is fairly trivial and not something at all noticeable. One shade has a small chip. Shown upclose in pic#10. They are ... morea heavy thick glass- and have excellent color and effect when lit. The bulbs that fit the lamp have to be the long slender type. You may have to screw the bulbs in from the top as the inner diameter of the shades are approx the same as the bulb and they will slide through the bottom but the sides touch on the lower section of the bulb. No big deal just do this from the top and no problems.They are old replacement shades-dating to the same era- almost identical to the originals-which are shown in my last pic. I have 3 more identical sconces- the only difference is that the shades on the set that is listed here are a bit darker in color and slightly heavier. From the same era. Here we have 1 of a pair of a outstanding Arts and Crafts tudor Gothic Chandeliers.they are either Arts and Crafts/ Tudor or Gothic style.With jewels, probably French with the fleur d' lis design elements. There are 2 and your bidding on 1 Only. They are of large size 38" Drop without the chain X 28" W.they have 18 lights ea. They are very heavy approx 60# ea.An I could not hold them up by myself.this is why they are not hanging off the ground.I believe these to be old late 19th C or early 20th Century and restored with a high shine? someone spent a lot of money having these wired and polished.the condition is very good only some very minor dents on a few of the candle sticks and a few missing floral elements or nuts.I was researching these on the net and I found a 19th century version at Christie's NY,and it had the same ... moretype of screws as this example. Unfortunately I thought I bookmarked the image and I was not able to find it again.If you look at the close ups you will see the screws I am speaking of with rounded heads and crossed slots, they are definitely not american. they where originally candle powered and they have large bobesches to catch the candle wax. ***GORGEOUS*** VINTAGE 1920s-30s SPANISH/ TUDOR/ GOTHIC CAST IRON SCONCES
These Tudor revival cast iron sconces originally came out of a 1920's Tudor manor in New Jersey. And were installed in my California Tudor, where they hung by my fireplace for 10 years. They have been restored and rewired to modern standards. The wiring and switches are newer. But they are otherwise original, including the mounting screws. I believe the candle sleeves to be newer, but they are true to the period. These gorgeous fixtures would look great in any Tudor. Spanish, Gothic or Eclectic decor. Each sconce measures approximately 11.5"H x 5.75"W. With a projection of about 5.75" and are marked"360 Levolite, and"509" on the back. Vintage Tudor Gothic Wrought Iron Porch Light Reticulated captured Crackle Glass
This crusty 50+ year old survivor is freshly removed from an old porch in Michigan and needs TLC. The lantern measures an impressive 16” tall(add 5” for the massive link chain) x 8” square near the top x 4” square near the base and has wrought twist corner elements and wrought floral topper. The glass is a rare olive amber crackle blown into an iron mesh. I see no breaks in the glass and it has no wiring. It is obviously rusty under a later coat of black paint: I see no rust-through. Up for consideration is a fine set of 7 double arm bronze Gothic/Tudor/Medieval wall sconces. The sconces measure 14 1/2 inches tall 9 1/2. They are bronze with two arms with a back plate that has a variety of themes. There is some panther heads that are peeping out from behind a shield. There are some Art Nouveau type floral embellishment in the center. A Gothic stained glass window type back drop with a winged Gargoyle on the bottom. Some of the sconces have a blue backplate and a few have a burgundy color. Both look to be original coloration. Two other sconces have been painted and sometime in the past with a silver color and one sconce has been stripped completely of color.These sconces are of nice scale not too big but chunky enough to display in a room with a 10. 12 or 14 foot ceiling. Restored Antique Original Gothic English Tudor Revival Chandeliere
A restored original 1920-1930's English Tudor/Gothic revival style 5 light chandelier finished in oil rubbed bronze with color chrome accents. The restoration was done by Rejuvenation. Of Portland, Oregon and was purchased by me about ten years ago for $750. Currently, the company is selling similar fixtures for nearly $1000. This impressive piece is made of a a heavy cast metal of some sort and weighs nearly 12 lbs. It has medieval knight panels that ribbon around the fixture's center and is accented with subtle bits of blue, red and gold chrome. There are also small flower medallions that circle the neck. The sockets were replaced as was all wiring and the fixture works beautifully. The sockets accept a standard bulb allowing for a myriad of choices in bulb color, shape or design. Pair of Tudor, Gothic or Spanish Revival Cast Bronze Sconces from 20's
This high-quality pair of Tudor. Gothic and/or Spanish Revival cast bronze double-light wall fixtures dates back to the 1920's. They don't make fixtures like this anymore. These are very substantial but are elegant. Each sconce measures 17" in height(to the top of the light bulb) with a 7 1/2" width, and projects 3 1/2" from the wall. The round back plate has a 5" diameter. The sconce design features shields and fleur de lis. The sconces have been rewired at some point and have functioning switches, but I would recommend having them inspected by an electrcian. They are in great condition and still have their original patina and what appears to be the original painted metal candle sleeves. Other internet sites specializing in vintage lighting have similar sconces in comparable condition for between $685- $795. Vintage Porchlight Outdoor Sconce Tudor Gothic Hacolite
Great vintage porch light or outdoor sconce. The style is Gothic or Tudor Cottage. The backplate and arm are cast ferrous metal. The top and bottom of the shade and connecting rods look like brass where the paint has flaked. It'd marked HALCOLITE on the back. Shade has no chips or cracks. Back is 4 1/2" by 6 1/2" Arm extends 6" Shade and plates are 6" tall and 6" across. PayPal is the only method of payment accepted for international sales. Antique ARTS CRAFTS TUDOR GOTHIC HAMMERED Porch Lights Fixture Sconce Bungalow I am offering a nice Pair of ANTIQUE used ARTS and CRAFTS gothic/tufor outdoor/porch wall light sconces. Each measures 13 1/2" high and measures 6 1/4" across. They are cast hammered aluminum metal with removable shades. The shades are very thick old glass. There is some chipping to the rim where attached to sconce frame. The shades are held with one screw which will tighten it. The other two screw are either broke or will not unscrew. They still work and hold shade just fine. Please view pictures and email with any questions. The wiring is original but is in sound condition. I have left them as found. They will clean up Beautiful but I prefer the antiquity of the items.

Here's a Great Pair of 1920s Gothic Sconces with Wonderful Original Paint and Finish. Offered at NO RESERVE! These sconces came from a mansion in Rumson, NJ, colloquially known as"The Castle" and long since torn down. I was able to purchase most of the lighting from the home, and there was amongst it work by Oscar Bach, while the ornamental iron work was done by Samuel Yellin. What a place it was. Anyway I'm cleaning out one of my storages and I came across these, they have been sitting around for over 10 years so it's time for them to find a new home. The condition of these is truly outstanding for the age with the original polychrome paint and copper lustre finish. The only minor issue is that one decorative loop is missing on one, they hang loosely so you could either replace it with something similar, remove all ... moreof them, or replace them with prisms or something else entirely. Notice the detail and workmanship, it's hard to see but in the last photo even the back plates have nicely rendered relief decoration of knights and horse heads. The sconces are signed by the maker, WJW Co. which I'm not familiar with, any help would be appreciated. THE WIRING IS OLD AND A FIRE HAZARD, IT MUST BE COMPLETELY REPLACED BY A PROFESSIONAL LICENSED ELECTRICIAN PRIOR TO USE. The faux candle covers for the sockets are in need of replacement. There are areas, almost all to the backs, where paint got on them(see pictures) there are only a couple small spots in visible areas which may need a bit of remediation, I think they're fine the way they are. up for consideration is fine pair of Vintage or Antique Bronze Gothic Tudor form two arm wall Sconces. The sconces are a little bigger than average. They measure 14 1/2 inches tall by 9 1/2 inches wide by about 4 inches deep. They are marked Detroit line on the back. The pieces have great form and casting with super figural Gargoyles on the bottom of the shielded backplate. No visible repairs. They need rewiring. They probably date from in and around 1920 or so. Antique Flat Black Iron& Gold Leaf Chandelier 1920's Dramatic Tudor. Gothic, Art Deco Removed from 1920's Tudor Cottage Uses 6 Standard Base bulbs. We used 40 watt chandelier bulbs on a dimmer. Looked great! Stamped 0128 and PAT. on each leaf inside. Each leaf seems to be made of Brass. But when you look at the inside of fixture where the stampings are, metal is bronze in color. We really don't know a thing about light fixtures, I hope this helps. Please email with any questions. Width at widest point: 18" From top(ceiling) to bottom: 18" Weights about 12.5 lbs. Great Shape! Working fine when removed a couple months ago. Has never been handled. Just hanging in dining room. No rust, may be small blemish here or there.

I'm selling a pair(2) very old Gothic wall sconces. They are very heavy They each weigh 35 pounds. The measurements are as follows: The light itself measures 25" tall. Counting all the way to the top of the finial. The light itself measures 7 3/4" wide. It is six-sided. The wall mount or bracket measures 15 1/2" high and 5" wide. There is no glass in these. There are six sides to each and the pieces of glass that would go in these would need to be approx. 3 1/2" wide. You could put frosted glass, etched glass, colored glass or whatever you wanted. These are very sturdy and built extremely well. I have taken a picture where I believe there was a small amount of welding on one of the sconces. And the same picture shows what looks like a break in the metal. However, you can get a hold of this and it doesn't move. ... moreIt doesn't seem to be compromised any. This set has been taken apart and sandblasted and repainted with Rustoleum. And then rewired. They are scuffed up a little They are ready to hang. They take a regular bulb. I've looked all over these for a name, or something, and the only thing I can find is that on each of them it has what looks like"TY" I took a close up picture of that. Not really sure what that is, or even if it is for sure"TY" If you have any questions please ask. Because of the size and weight I'll have to ship these in two different packages. According to UPS. Antique Tudor Gothic Castle Style 1920s Pair Scones!! WOW
This is a pair of Heavy Iron Tudor style Double light sconces. One light needs to be welded or soldered back on to the backplate. I would think they also need or should be rewired. These are the ultimate in Castle.Gothic or Tudor style. I believe they came out of a 1920s tudor style house on the East Coast. I am not an expert. Antique Mission Arts and Crafts Gothic Tudor Chandelier Ceiling Light Fixture
For your consideration we are offering this spectacular 1920's ceiling light fixture. It has a six sided copper frame that houses gold and pink stained glass with cutouts for 12 purple amethyst teardrop prisms. The fixture measures 17 inches in length and is approximately 9 inches in diameter. It measures 11 inches from the ceiling to the fixture giving it a total of 28 inches from ceiling to the bottom finial. The fixture has been totally rewired. We allowed 34 inches of wire at the top so a longer chain can be added if the new owner wants it to hang lower. The fixture has been lightly cleaned we did not want to loose any of the patina. The glass is all in excellent condition with no cracks or chips. The amethyst prisms are in good condition with minor chipping with the exception of a large chip on the back of one of them. It can be ... moreseen in the last photo and is also the bottom right prism in the second to last photo. As can be seen in the second to last photo the chip does not show from the front and is not noticeable when hanging. There are three lights. They have the original cardboard candlestick covers which show some wear at the top. The wear is not noticeable when the fixture is hanging. We are including 3 new 40 watt bulbs and recommend not using more than 60 watt bulbs. This is a very nice fixture and would be suitable for an entryway. Hallway or any small area. We have included insurance in the shipping cost and will ship in an oversized box to allow room for extra packing material.
