It contains glass on 3 sides of the copper frame and glass on the top as well. Its frame in copper and has a real nice patina look. VTG 20S ART DECO COPPER IRON MISSION PORCH LIGHT SCONCE FIXTURE & CYLINDAR SHADE
Very beautiful antique light fixture. This is an outdoor wall sconce that would work great on a cottage or by a porch door. Originally from a lake home built at the turn of the century. The light is of cast metal, bronze and copper(the top is copper, other parts seem to be covered is some brass or a mix of brass, bronze and cast metal) The best part of this light is the cylinder shaped amber crackle glass shade, you don't often see these with an undamaged shade. It looks beautiful when turned on. It has been rewired(outdoor wiring and socket) and can take a 100 watt bulb it desired. Will have the mounting hardware included with a new brass finial holding the threaded rod in back. This light has been repaired to be usable again, the socket has been epoxied to the base(pictured) there are a few places where the metal has been lightly sanded ... moreto see what color it was underneath(pictured) this would weather in time and turn dark again. The finial on the bottom has a small hole drilled into it and a tiny wire holds it to the base of the lamp. pictured) You have to look for this to see it. A few screws have been replaced to hold the base to the top, they are brass but will darken in time(pictured) There is a screw head that is broken off that holds the copper top to the cast metal middle, there are other screws holding it down so this is not an issue(pictured) There are some very small paint dots on the copper top(pictured) In the last photo you can see the part that holds the base to the back tends to wiggle back and forth- it won't come loose and almost needs to be this way to fit the top onto the base(it needs a bit of wiggle room) but once it's all put together it doesn't move at all because of the way the top and bottom attach to each other. It needs to be assembled carefully since the metal top has to be screwed to the base over the cylinder shade- takes a bit of time and patience but well worth the effort. Once installed, this is a beautiful item and will give you years of antique beauty. Measur

Cord is in good condition, appears to have been rewired fairly recently, and has good continuity with socket. 21.5" from base of lamp to top of threaded steel. Vintage copper art nouveau craftsman style porch light
For sale is a vintage copper craftsman style exterior porch light. It measures about 16 inches tall and about 6 inches wide at the widest part and has a great antique patina. It has four panels of a heavy textured glass that is in excellent condition without any chips or cracks. This item needs to be refurbished since I did not check the wiring and it does not have a canopy to attach it to ceiling. What you see in the pictures is what you are getting. Turn of the Century Antique Hanging Porch Light Art Noveau A & C Iron Copper
For your consideration is this stunning turn of the century Art Noveau hanging porch light. This fabulous light has Art Nouveau detailing and is made of heavy iron with a copper roof and canopy. The beautiful glass is original to the light and is gorgreous when lit or not. The total length of the light is 36" The chain and canopy measure 19" and the light is 17" tall including iron hoop on top and it is 11" across. The chain is handmade iron chain each link is over 4" long. It has been rewired, so it is ready to hang and enjoy. It has a new porcelain socket that takes a standard Edison base light bulb. One corner of the roof has a small split as shown in photo# 7, and there are some bumps and dents in the roof. There are a few drips of paint on top as shown and on two sides at the bottom, the iron rails are pulled ... moreaway a bit, but feel very secure. The iron portion of the light is painted deep army green and has surface rust pitting, which does not affect the integrity of the light. Very nice vintage. 1908-1920) Arts& Crafts Mission Style light fixture. Originally was used as a porch fixture but could be used indoors as well. Body. Tube, cage and ceiling attachment appear to be made of copper. I have deliberately scratched the interior of the ceiling attachment, see photo) to see that it is in fact copper. There is an oval metal link that attaches the fixture to the top. This piece is made of steel and has rusted and pitted. Piece has it's original patina which looks GREAT. Piece has not been cleaned or polished in any way and is exactly as I found it. I will be dusty and dirty when it arrives to you. Piece appears to be original other than the wiring. It appears that the piece has be re-wired at some time. I would recommend another re-wiring before you attach it to your home. Piece measures. Vintage Craftsman / Arts Crafts / Cottage / copper porch light
Talk about a barn find. this incredibly cool fixture/ craftsman porch light has been sitting in a dusty box in my garage for two decades. I remember buying it for a previous home of mine but never got around to installing it. It is in original condition. All the way down to the fantastic patina. The material is hand hammered copper and believe it or not all of the slag glass panels(5 total) are original and uncracked. The fixture measures 10.5 inches from the bottom to the tip of the final and it sticks out 6 inches from the wall. There's no reserve on this fixture- I hate to see her go but I know someone will dig it and it will get used on a cool home. So bid knowing it's going to a new home. I'll let the pictures sell this great fixture. I have not tried to clean it or even wipe it down. that's how much I respect the finish ... moreon this old gem. If I were installing it. I'd consider re-wiring it but that's your call. It's a simple thing to do and light sockets are less than $5 at Home Depot or any hardware store. Vintage Copper and Black Porch Light With Star Cutout
For your consideration is one vintage copper porch light fixture that has been restored. This beautiful fixture have been brought back to its original copper housings with a black painted trim and aluminum Sheppard hook. The housing was cleaned prior to the three coats of clear lacquer finish. The original bubble glass was cleaned and polished and have no chips or cracks. The standard size light socket has also be replaced with new one and was tested before and after the assembly(the standard light bulb not included) The overall height of the lamp from lower base to top of the hook is 9 1/2" The back of the canopy(wall mount) to the front of the cage is 7 1/2" From the center of the mounting hole on the canopy to the bottom of the lamp trim is 4 1/2" From the center of the mounting hole on the canopy to the top of the lamp ... moretrim hook is 5 1/4" The width of canopy is 4 1/4" The width of the bubble glass is 5 1/4" This lamp has had much tender loving care and detail to bring it back to its original glory. It is ready for installation! I believe the manufacture was Harmony House. I don't know the exact age but I guess the late 1930's to early 1940's. A new original style mounting bracket. Outer decorative trim cap and wire nuts included for easy mounting.

The color of the Copper has a hint of pink which is only found in the older fixtures because of the purer copper used back then. Top globe is a swirled bead design globe which covers the gas fixture. The fixture is marked HP 4B Bray Special. The bottom clear globe is electric. No chips or cracks. It is Rewired. The height of the light is 21 inches from top of top globe to bottom of lower globe. Lovely Vintage antique copper porch/cottage light
Here's a sweet vintage copper and bronze light that will really add warmth to your porch. Deck etc. The hexagon shaped wall base is made of hammered copper. The arm holding the light is solid cast bronze, in a sort of leaf design(acanthus leaf? with the finial as part of the cast. I have never seen anything like this arm. Beautiful detail, held onto the base with 2 bronze bolts and nuts. The 2 piece porcelain socket is a highly-rated 550 watts/350 volts, so you have no electrical worries. The lamp itself is also hexagon shaped, with a hammered copper roof. Copper splines complete the light and hold 6 textured amber glass panels in place. The lamp has a great copper patina. I completely disassembled this fixture. Cleaned it thoroughly, removed the ugly green paint someone had painted it( and rewired it, so it is good to go. Hangar included ... morewith 2 knurled copper/bronze caps to finish the look and secure the fixture to the hangar and wall. The door on the bottom has a hook to hold it closed. The hook has broken off from the swivel but is still there. The door will stay cllosed if you feed the hook through the latch. Nice Pair old copper light fixtures. Has a nice nautical look with the ships wheel back plate. The jelly jar style globes are undamaged and in good condition. There is one small split in the bottom copper ring attached to the globe on one sconce. The other sconce has a small dent in the back plate and it causes one of the spokes to look bent. Offered is a pair(2) of vintage COPPER exterior porch/wall/fixture Sconces. As found, in desperate need of cleaning(and will leave for purchaser) Each sconce has a frosted globe and each has wires in the back but they are frayed. I was told they were working when they were removed but I would expect new wiring will most definitely be required to get these to work. The inside of one(where the bulb screws in) is rather pristine but the other has some debris and a bit of rusting. You can see some of the original copper color in a couple places and the sconces measure approximately 8" from back plate to end of lantern x 5.5" estimated from cage edge) wide x 5.5" deep. Beautiful Antique or Vintage Copper and Brass Porch or Accent Light
This is really a great light. Very unique. As you can see, I started to polish and reveal the metals, which look like both copper and brass. The base, back plate and top appear to be copper and the curly top and knob look like brass. This will look incredible once fully restored. It has the old cloth-covered wiring so this will need to be replaced. The glass has a beautiful, etched design. I did my best to show size info. Please let me know if you have any questions!

Vintage Copper Antique Sconce Porch Light Nautical Rare
This is a beautiful example of American craftsmanship. It would look great as a porch light. A hall light, or in or outside the boat house. The anchor on top is very unusual, and really sets the light off! usually I recommend wiring a light of this age before use, but this light is ready to connect to power source! Light has a clear, decorative globe, with protective wires surrounding it. Housing is copper, which will last forever standing up to the elements. Light has a partial UL tag, and a partial EWU tag inside base. Light measures approx. 9.5" from point of anchor to bottom of light where bulb screws in, 6.5" from front of frame to where light attattches to wall, and approx. 18.25" in circumference around protective wires around globe. Please use the Supersize Feature on our pictures at the top and below the description as we consider them to be a very important part of our auctions- our photos show great detail and they are about the next best thing to"being there" Here is a beautiful Arts& Crafts style copper and clear glass globe outdoor front porch sconce light fixture. I was not able to hard wire this into a circuit. So I cannot guarantee that it works, but there is no reason why it shouldn't. The light from this thick glass globe will be stunning. There is some minor paint splatters on the copper housing and some natural tarnish and patina. This will make any porch look beautiful. This light fixture stands 10 ½” tall from the bottom rim to the top of the curve and when wired and mounted against a wall. Stands out 6 ½” The round mounting ... moreplate measures 4 ½” wide and is ¾” tall and has 1 pre-drilled hole in the center for a screw. The top of the light fixture has a length copper with a curl at the end and the actual ceramic light fixture is covered by a rounded top with 5 stylized cross shaped cutouts around the collar. There are 3 screws that tighten and hold the glass globe in place around the collar. Only one of the screws is an original. There is a crack line in the copper next to the screw hole at the front, and both of the side screw holes have very small stress cracks under them. This can be clearly seen in the pictures. The clear glass globe is a heavy chunk of art in itself with a thick ribbed design down the length of it– it weighs 2 ½ lbs all on its own. The globe is 6” tall and 5” wide near the bottom. The top opening is 2 3/8” wide at the outside edge and 1 ½” wide at the inside. The bottom opening measures 3 ½” wide at the outside and 2 ¾” wide at the inside. There are some very minor chips on the top flat surface where it was smoothed after being blown and some very minor surface marks and scratches– you have to look hard to find them. Early 1900s Copper Lamp Lantern Light Porch Or Make Do Some Hand Made LOOK
Early 1900s electric porch lamp. Almost all solid copper. Not plated! I replaced the bulb socket, it works. Original for wall mount, could be used to hang, or mount on stand in your home. Main housing is hand made and folded soldered corners. Some copper rivets look hand hammered. I looks like from solder marks, had cross ribs at some time, now all gone. 21 inches tall, 6-1/2 inches wide, about 5-1/2 inches deep. I recently replaced my porch light glass with stained glass from Hobby Lobby. I cut myself, not expensive to have done or glass is not either, very pretty color. This lamp would be awesome with colored panels. Would not take special glass or cutting.

Vintage probably early 50's light. Made from copper(or I suppose copper plated brass) Heavy patina but it's not eaten away. The fitter screws might need a little oiling to make sure after it's outside for a bit you can get the shade off. 9" tall and 4 3/8" canopy.

Antique copper porch light fixture arts and crafts style mision
Antique copper porch light fixture housing in excellent condition. Heavy gauge. Folded sheet copper construction held together with lead solder. All of the soldered joints are solid and intact, there is some residual solder acroos the top of the fixture that appears to have been sanded of at the time of construction. On the back there are 4 nuts that secure the front frame portion to the main copper plate. We did not try to remove these because it looks like the front and back pieces are also soldered together.There is still ample room to wire and install a socket without taking the front and back apart. There is an L shaped bracket inside with a threaded pipe attached to mount a socket, this bracket easily comes off with 2 screws.The front framework would have held 3 pieces of glass, there are tabs on the inside to fold over and hold the ... moreglass in place, they also appear to be copper. The upper center tab appears to have been replaced with a tin tab. And the 2 center bottom tabs are missing. The bottom frame pieces appear to be held together with iron/steel rivites. There is slight bending in a few places but very minimal. measureabout 14 7/8" x 12" about 6 1/4" the top and bottom of the fixture extend out 3/4" more than the sides.
