It is in the classic waterfall style so called because the crystal spears or icicles give the effect of a waterfall. There are seven skirts of crystals in total. Five at the base and two around the central column. In addition there is a lovely crystal ball at the bottom. Each of the pressed brass bands are beautifully embossed with a very ornate pattern. The brass had darkened greatly with age so we cleaned the surface which has highlighted the pattern against it's dark background. It was completely dismantled and restored in our workshop. It was then cleaned. The crystals were all re-hung by hand in the traditional way and it was of course completely rewired so in full working order ready for another 100 years decorating your home. All new brass bulb holders and electrical parts were fitted. There are four lights in total which are inside the frame so throw the light out through the crystals. a beautiful antique chandelier. Gilded golden brass, two rings. There are an abundance of tear-pear drop with one flower drop crystal, beautiful solid crystals not new, vintage, however. There are two small holes every other pear drop crystal, which do not have a crystal, this is because if u put in more of the tear drop crystals they are jumbled up, so i have left these two free holes, doesnt notice when hung up, simply would look nice if there were more crystals. i would think that this chandelier probably had icicle crystals which are much narrower. diameter 8" drop 5.5" Chain length 9" I sell a lot of vintage retro lights. Chandeliers and lampshades, so check my auctions. most of the items i sell are vintage and antique so its very hard to be 100% accurate with the description. STUNNING ANTIQUE FRENCH ITALIAN ORNATE BRASS BRONZE CRYSTAL WATERFALL CHANDELIER
We are pleased to offer this stunning. Antique crystal chandelier. This wonderful fixture is French styled and features 4 waterfall tiered sections, two on the top and two on the bottom. The center of the chandelier features an extremely ornate brass/bronze band with large crystals inside the band. The chandelier is 6 light; you will note a couple of the light sockets are missing bulbs, but they all function perfectly. The brass/bronze is absolutely beautiful throught this fixture. It is embossed with delicate and intricate patterns. The same pattern is also found on the original ceiling cover canopy which is also included with the fixture. The chandelier features 12 crystals on the 1st waterfall top section and 24 crystals on the second tier. There are 12 large crystal around the circumference of the chandelier's center band. The 3rd ... morewaterfall section on the lower part of the chandelier contains 12 crystals as does the 4th, bottom waterfall section. There are 72 crystals in total. The chandelier is in very good condition with little aging. There is residual paint on the interior of the ceiling canopy. The wiring is vintage but in very good condition and the chandelier is working. The chandelier measures 18" in height(excluding chain and wiring) It is 15" in diameter. Vintage Mid-Century Hollywood Regency Rembrandt Waterfall Crystal Chandelier
This is an excellent elegant vintage Rembrandt 3 socket chandelier with 76 strands of crystal prisms. Four prisms each and a large cut glass(or crystal) decorative piece on the lamp stem. The condition is very good with little visible wear to the metal parts. Just a few tiny dings on the metal finial at the bottom and some spotty green oxidation on the brass panel inside the chandelier that is visible only if viewed from directly below the chandelier. The remainder of the metal has a beautiful shiny gold finish that has very little wear. The prisms are all intact, all look original, and have very little damage(a few tiny, almost invisible chips here and there) The wires inside the chandelier are likely original and are cut off above the end of the chain. So it will need to be re-wired. It could be hard wired into a home electrical system ... moreor converted to a plug-in lamp that could be hung just about anywhere. There is a switch on top of the lamp. The original ceiling canopy is included with the Rembrandt label on the inside, but the bracket is missing from the inside, so a new bracket will be necessary to mount it to the ceiling. The chandelier measures 12" tall with an additional 10" of chain x 9" across the top. It will be packed well and insured during shipping. Some reassembly may be required.

Antique Vintage French Basket Crystal Waterfall Chandelier - lower ceiling mount
Very very pretty french style basket chandelier waterfall- this is a more ceiling mount without a low drop- total drop would be about 14" although it maybe can be adapted to a different fixture. Or a chain added for lower drop by electrician- the basket is mounted on with three long threaded pieces that screw into the fixture. This came from an old late 1800's home in CT where the owner was an avid antique collector( I have two others from same home) I am not sure the age of this but it was sold with the home, and new owner that is a friend removed this one and two others for renovation and buying new fixtures more modern. The faceted crystals come to a point on both sides- they do not have a center flat area as most I see and possibly swarovski or high quality double points- reflects the light beautifully- pictures don't do it justice! Up for sale is a gorgeous Antique French Style Waterfall Fountain Crystal Chandelier. It is in good condition. The only issue noted is a bit of minor surface rust in some spots, due to storage. The crystals all appear to be present, and in good condition as well. They are either crystal, or glass, I can't tell which, but they are definitely NOT plastic or reproduction crystals, these are authentic to the piece. There are 5 sockets total in the piece, bulbs not included(due to shipping safety) It is made of brass, the crystals are hanging on thin shiny brass tubes, giving it a glamorous Vintage Hollywood look and feel.
