Fabulous quality. Ornately detailed gilt brass frames dressed with lead crystals and with a reflective backplate for maximum sparkle. I have for auction this incredibly beautiful French vintage Chandelier with a pair of matching wall lights. They are superb quality made of cast gilt bronze with wonderful lead crystals that really catches the light and sparkles. This lovely quality chandelier and matching wall lights were found in a house clearance here in the South of France. They would have been extremely expensive when first purchased and they have obviously been treasured. Please look at all 12 of my photographs to see all the wonderful detail. The maximum drop of the chandelier from is pretty ceiling rose is approx 30" or 76cms, this could easilly be lengthened or shortened if need be by adding or removing chain, the maximum width is approx 15.75" or 40cms. The wall lights will stand off the wall approx 4.5" or 11cms and the maximum width is approx 8.75" ... moreor 22cms. This beautiful chandelier and wall lights will look simply sublime within a modern or antique interior and I am sure they will be much admired. It has been rewired with a line switch so the on/off switch is on the cord and it doesn't need to be wired into your electricity. Just plug it in. It has been done in all pink crystals in a waterfall style. There are seven 8" strands of pink crystals ending in pink teardrops for a total of 55 crystals. The hardware is gold in color. There is a about a half inch of play at the joining of the cup part to the arm. As shown in the images. I don't know if the cup should move like it does or not. There appears to be a little nip in the stud hinge thing but it might be original. If it is damage it should be an easy repair. The arm measures approx. 8" from the wall connecter to the outside of the cup and is approx. 9" from the top finial to bottom finial.
