I am only giving it up as I have inherited a family bedroom suite and need the room. Beautiful brass ornate pulls(all there) Glass tops are on dresser and nite stands as well as vanity all there. Dresser is 50 inches wide and has mirror 46 inches wide small thin piece of trim on front of dresser is missing but is easily replaced Armoire is 37 inches wide and 79 inches tall the original key is still with it The armoire door is not latching but would be easy to fix. I show a picture of the inside of the armoire, there is a rod inside of armoire with a small drawer. The vanity is 42 inches wide with matching ornate mirror and drawer. The 2 nightstands both have a door that opens for storage they are 22" wide. The bed head board is adorned with flowers has a small area of paint missing. Bed is 67 inches across and 58 inches tall. It would easily accommodate a 3/4 full or queen mattress. There is not a footboard or side rails it was not made for them. This turn of last century(approximately 1900) bedroom suite has been painted. It was most likely stenciled or faux painted to look like quarter sawn oak. The pieces are exceptionally tall. The bed and dresser are 84 inches tall and the wash stand is 78 inches tall. Dresser and wash stand have beveled mirrors. The dresser mirror is pretty clear. But the wash stand has some bad spots. All of the claw foot toes are in tact and all of the trim is still in place. I don't know what is under the paint, but it has been painted for a long time. Early 1900's Antique Furniture Quarter sawn Tiger Oak 3 pc. Bedroom suite
This is a turn of the century 3 pc. bedroom suite. It's a beautiful quarter sawn Tiger Oak. The mirrors are beveled. Each piece is extremely heavy. The dresser is on original rollers. This wonderful wood with veneer 5 pc Tiger Maple Bedroom Suite from the 1920's is beautiful and unique. In the 1920's a lot of veneer was used as solid wood was really expensive. The set includes the full size bed with a headboard/footboard and side rails. 2 tall night stands, a high-boy chest of drawers, and a short vanity with mirror. Here is someone a chance to own a bedroom suite made by one of the top furniture markers this country has even seen.I will have to admit that I had never heard of him but after doing a little research I see that he was highly respected in the early 1900's.This suite is in excellent condition.it has one blemish and you have to look close to see it.on the left side of the dresser.the little rail has been re-glued but it is certainly doesn't hurt the over all appearance of the dresser.other than that. Flame Mahagony 1920s Bedroom Suite
This is a matching set consisting of a 4 poster bed. A tall dresser with mirror(highboy) and a low dresser with mirror. According to the sticker on the back the set was made in Kansas City and is in the Empire Design. It is not uncommon for there to be some chips in the veneer on furniture this old. A really nice set, believed to be from the 1940's. An estate find, again in great condition, of course has some scratches and scrapes due to age and wear. Chest of drawers measures 44.5 inches tall. 28 inches wide and 17.5 inches deep, dresser m easures 17 inches deep. 40 inches wide and 32 inches tall at front. Bed is a double/full size with rails. This is a great bedroom suite by the hard to dispute king of the turn of the century furniture makers. It's a complete four piece suite that has been together it's entire life consisting of a large dresser with mirror. Vanity with mirror, carved chair/stool and fabulous bed. The bed is 1/2" under a Queen width and had carved rails that by to the headboard and footboard like a tank! The dresser is oversized also measuring in at 56" wide. This collection is from my grandparent's home. They moved from Monroe. NC to Charlotte in 1935. My grandfather was a railroad engineer and managed to weather the depression intact. When he was transferred with the railroad company, he moved his wife and five children from the farm house into the big city of Charlotte. They only bought one kitchen table from the old house. American Walnut bedroom furniture from Unagusta Manufacturing in North Carolina. This 4 piece bedroom suite circa 1930 includes bedstead with beautiful curved headboard and footboard. Dresser with three mirrors, chest of drawers with wall mirror, and standing chifferobe. This suite has never been refinished(only oiled)and is in excellent condition with very few flaws for its age. The bed measures 56 1/2 wide, 52 high headboard and 32 high footboard. The Dresser is 49wx19dx32h. The Chest is 50wx23dx34h. The chifferobe is 42wx23dx63h. Some pieces still have original stickers. Includes five pieces: very tall high-back headboard with ornate carvings, matching footboard, oak side rails, dresser, beveled mirror and harp, washstand with harp and towel bar. All matching hardware, and drawers on dresser have key holes to lock all four. The headboard is huge. Measuring 75-1/2" high x 57" inches across. It is for a full size(double) bed. Please excuse the background in the pictures. These were taken in my antique store. And things are a little crowded in there. Everything is in great condition with exception of a couple of minor flaws: One of the top ends of the footboard has a small chip. Outstanding 8 piece French bedroom set a rare showpiece group In wonderful condition for age. Bed. Armoire, dresser, 2 night stands, 2 mirrors and vanity It is light green hand painted with beach scenes with people in boats. Even the sides of dresser and armoire are hand painted with scenes I think it is 1900's but could be earlier. I bought it 10 years ago and it was described as French cream and brown. I am only giving it up as I have inherited a family bedroom suite and need the room. Beautiful brass ornate pulls(all there) Glass tops are on dresser and nite stands as well as vanity all there. Dresser is 50 inches wide and has mirror 46 inches wide small thin piece of trim on front of dresser is missing but is easily replaced Armoire is 37 inches wide and 79 inches tall the original key is still with it The armoire door is not latching ... morebut would be easy to fix. I show a picture of the inside of the armoire, there is a rod inside of armoire with a small drawer. The vanity is 42 inches wide with matching ornate mirror and drawer. The 2 nightstands both have a door that opens for storage they are 22" wide. The bed head board is adorned with flowers has a small area of paint missing. Bed is 67 inches across and 58 inches tall. It would easily accommodate a 3/4 full or queen mattress. There is not a footboard or side rails it was not made for them.
