The footboard has a split on the left side where the center panel meets the post. The dresser has 2 small glove boxes and 3 larger dresser drawers and they all have dovetail joints. There is a nice cheval mirror on top of the dresser with a finial on top of it. The top of the dresser is showing some ware. There are a couple of scuffs and one spot. Overall this set is in good condition. I do not know the maker or exact date it was made. This set is antique and will not be perfect. The dresser measures 42 inches tall. 42 inches side to side and 23 inches front to back. It weighs 116 pounds. The headboard measures 58 inches tall, 58 inches side to side and 2 inches thick. This is a burl walnut inlaid oversized full-size bed that has a curved footboard. And came out of a container from Belgium and dates from ... morethe 1920s era. It has turnip shaped tapered legs, a beautiful triple panel section on the footboard, and maple pinstripe inlay around the burl walnut panels going around the straight grain walnut, and also an ebony checkerboard type inlay. The bed is 62 inches wide on the inside, 57 inches tall at the headboard, and 33 inches tall at the footboard. The inside dimensions are 59 inches wide, and 74 inches long. The bolt-in side rails are even all inlaid and decorated, and make the bed all tight and sturdy. It originally had four legs on the front, one of which is missing. We can replace it, but it doesn’t affect the structure of the bed. We will replace it at no charge if you so desire, upon purchase. This is a really nice bedroom set for sale. It's all solid wood with dovetail joints on the drawers. It includes a full size bed frame with head board. Foot board, hardwood side rails and slats, a tall four drawer chest and a vanity with mirror. The bed frame is approximately 36 inches tall, 56 inches wide and 80 inches long. The chest has four drawers and is approximately 48 inches tall, 17 inches deep and 32 inches wide. The dresser/vanity is 36 inches tall, 17 inches deep and 44 inches wide. The mirror is aproximately 32 inches wide by 34 inches tall. It has a medium brown wood finish(I believe walnut) that goes with any decor. The bed foot board, the chest, and the dresser all have a really nice raised check detail which shows off the craftsmanship of the set. This is a vintage/antique Maple Full Side Bed. It consist of the headboard. Footboard and two side boards. It is a very simple design in a light finish. This bed was used in our summer home and was stored since the late 80's. The bed will require a little re-enforcing on the headboard, as it appears to need it. It can get used as is or refinished to give it new life. It may have had slats that went across the side boards to support the mattress, but I'm not 100% sure(I can't remember) however, those slats are not present, so if needed you will have to get wood and cut to fit. Wonderful old shabby chic hand painted French country headboard& foot board. Headboard measures 50 1/4" tall x 36 1/2" wide& foot board is 32" tall x 36 1/2" wide. Naturally distressed due to age. Lovely ivory color with dark green accents around a berry leaf design. Headboard has a country scene with a castle& sides are flanked by flower bouquets tied with ribbons. Foot board has a basket of flowers with a ribbon at the top& bouquets on either side. Very sweet! Condition of both is chippy& scrappy& the epitome of"shabby chic" It could use a detailed dusting& cleaning. There are nicks& chips around both pieces so I am only going to point out what I consider to be the worst spots.
