Knob width at the TOP DIAMETER is 1 3/16" TOTAL KNOB HEIGHT is 7/8" BASE WIDTH IS 1/2" These are the correct size and profile for the drawer bases for Globe Wernicke® and Macey stack units(although they work great for Gunn, Lundstrum, Weis, Danner and others as well) There were at least 8 different styles of knobs. This style was the most prominent and the best made of the 4 cast versions. It is made of polished brass and then aged to match your original knobs. A very fine antique. Circa 1890's, plain oak two glass door bookcase, with steam pressed scroll designs. There is a beveled glass mirror on the back crest, with two nicknack shelves spindle supported. There are four original oak adjustable shelves, one with plate groove. Doors include the original brass pull and lock, no key. The left glass door panel is original wavy, the right panel is new glass. Bookcase measures 6'4" 68" tall by 13-1/4" deep, the shelves 10-3/4" deep, by 3' 36" wide. Excellent condition: oak boards without chips or cracks, unworn original finish. Mirror has some backing cloudiness, all glass without damage.
