This is an awesome matching pair of antique brass. Cut leaded crystal& marble compotes, each featuring a cherub/angel riding a dolphin. On top of a square carrera marble base. Both pieces are in very good condition for their age. The total height of each piece is 7 1/2" The bowl has a 5 1/2" diameter. The marble base is 4" squared. Vintage Mid-Century Compote Crystal Bowl Marble Antique Brass 7 Tear Drops
Description- This is a Beautiful Vintage Mid-Century Compote with a Crystal Glass Bowl. 7 Tear Drop Crystals(4 Red and 3 Grey) a Marble Base& Antique Brass Finish. The Compote Weighs over 10 Pounds and stands about 10 Inches Tall. The Crystal Bowl is about 9 Inches Wide and about 4 3/4 Inches High and the Base is about 5 1/2 Inches Wide. The Teardrop Ornaments I think are made of Crystal or Glass. Under the Marble is a stamp that says"Base- Genuine Carrara Marble- Made In Italy" There are 2 very small/ light scratches inside the bowl which are not that noticeable. Antique/Vtg Gorgeous Diamond Pattern Leaded Glass/Crystal Brass/Marble Compote
Vintage Mid Century~ Beautiful Crystal Compote with Painted Brass Pedestal and Black Marble Base Dish has a diamond shaped pattern with a cut notched edge~ it's so clear and refracts the light so nicely! The pedestal is a antique gold tone and cream color painted brass scroll and tear drop shapes. exquisite! The paint looks like it was done purposely to be a bit distressed. The base is a solid block of black marble with a golden brown grain running through it. I am guessing(although I do not know the exact age) that this piece is from about the 1960s. One scuff in the paint that can be seen in picture# 4. On the section just underneath the bowl. Otherwise flawless. No chips, scratches or cracks at all in the glass. ANTIQUE ITALIAN PRESSED GLASS MARBLE BASE COMPOTE BOWL 2 BRASS CANDLE STICKS
This was a beautiful estate sale find. Pressed glass pinwheel style with two matching candle holders. Each piece has eight sets of teardrop prisms except the bowl. It's missing one set. But they seem to be easy enough to find. I haven't done anything to them but take their pictures. The bowl stands 9 1/4" tall and 8 1/4" wide. The candle holders are 8" tall and 5" wide. They have no chips or cracks that I could find. With a little TLC these beauties can be the centerpiece of your home. Most likely teensy chips to the ends.not too bad. One of the dangles has a small shallow chip on the bottom. And then the brass base has some tarnish to one corner. Other than that it's a beauty. And quite fancy. The crystal bowl is held in a cast metal leaf design, very solidly made. The piece is not marked and it measures approx. 11 1/2" tall. Estate sale. This is a Vintage Amber bowl on a pedestal of brass and marble. It measures just under 11" tall and approximately 9" across the bowl. The brass base shows 4 decorative scrolled feet resting on a 4"x4" 3/4" thick marble base. It could easily be made into a lamp or just displayed in you Traditional Victorian decor' There are 5-3" including hook) double bobble prisms hanging from the brass cleats. 2 are missing and the piece is loose but can be easily tightened. I don't want to try& tighten w/out proper tools. It's a 1930-1950's circa piece and there are NO cracks or chips. The inside of the bowl shows some aging considering how old the piece is. This nice vintage compote set came from a recent estate sale. At least I was told it has always been a set but I am not sure that the candle holders match. I could be wrong though. They are all in good shape with no chips cracks or damage although there are some minor knicks/chips on the marble. There are 2 prisms missing on the compote and one missing on one of the candle holders. The prisms look like they were rewired although the very top wires look original. The compote which ... moreI think is crystal but might possibly be pressed glass stands just over 9 inches tall and is just over 11 inches across the top. The candle holders stand about 6.5 inches tall and are 5.5 inches across the base of the marble. The brass on the compote looks like it has cleaner in the grooves? Not sure but please look at the photos. All the pieces have felt on the bottoms so I have no idea who made them or exactly when they were made. If I were to guess I would say they are most likely Italian or German. All in all they are a nice set to dress up your buffet or dining room table. This is a beautiful piece. I placed a soda can beside it. To show how big this piece is. It's not small. It stands 19" The lead crystal bowl is around 9" in diameter. It weighs 14.8 pounds. The little boy(cherub? statue is very detailed. It looks as if he's standing on the ocean, resting his arm on a wave. He's very detailed. The lead crystal bowl is very detailed as well. There are 12 crystal prisms(Teardrops) hanging around the bowl. They measure 3" The base is marble and brass. It's a very nice, elegant piece. Very decorative. Vintage compote or pedestal candy/soap/dish or ashtray with a genuine Italian marble base. Brass cherub or young boy sitting and riding on the koi fish and a milk glass dish on the top. Antique glass brass marble lidded victorian candy bowl
Vintage glass compote with lid. I believe item is from the late 1940's- early 1950's Compote measures just under 15 inches tall with lid. Bowl it's self measures 6 1/2 inches high& about 5 inches wide. Beautiful piece. bowl is held up with brass- brass colored footed post and accented with a piece of marble. Item is in excellent condition- no chips or cracks anywhere! Bowl is clean. Was unable to spot a makers mark.

Vintage diamond point amber glass compote brass ? marble pedestal bowl dish
Very nice Antique diamond point cut Amber flash/ stained compote. Glass bowl features alternating clear and amber glass 1 inch panels that taper into a clear diamond cut design. This compote is in good( not perfect) condition. The original metal hardware shows its age. There are 2 clear panels that have tiny flea bite marks on the rim. The bowl rests atop of an acrylic amber polygon shaped(6 sided) support that attaches to the unpolished brass( floral and leaf shaped support. The metal leaves each have a spot for prisms. No prisms are included as they have long since been removed. The 4 inch diameter marble base shows some nicks( no cracks) This compote is very heavy and weighs over 4 lbs. without packaging. Here's a beautiful vintage amber glass compote/bowl for sale. The bowl is appr. 9" in diameter x appr. 4" deep. There are 7 jewel like prisms hanging around the bottom. The footed base is metal sitting on a piece of marble. This is a used vintage item. It has some wear to it. The prisms have a few small dings here and there, hard to see unless you're up close.
