It looks like the Victorian or Art Nouveau era. The compote is is very nice condition with no chips or cracks. Underneath the base shows some patina loss under the feet with the number 1031. It measures 10 1/2" tall and 7 1/2" across glass bowl rim. The base measures 3 1/2" across the feet. The bowl moves in circular fashion.
