Beautiful Vintage BRASS STATUE PEDESTAL w/ round Crystal Glass BOWL Marble Base
This is a beautiful piece. I placed a soda can beside it. To show how big this piece is. It's not small. It stands 19" The lead crystal bowl is around 9" in diameter. It weighs 14.8 pounds. The little boy(cherub? statue is very detailed. It looks as if he's standing on the ocean, resting his arm on a wave. He's very detailed. The lead crystal bowl is very detailed as well. There are 12 crystal prisms(Teardrops) hanging around the bowl. They measure 3" The base is marble and brass. It's a very nice, elegant piece. Very decorative. No chips, cracks, repairs, etc. It's in excellent condition to be as old as it is. I'm not exactly sure how old this piece is. I believe it to date back anywhere between the 30's and 50's. Hollywood Regency Style Crystal Compote Dish This fabulous piece stands approx. 11 1/4' tall and 7 1/2" at the widest part. The stem depicts a girl with a lamb and is made of brass. The marble base measures 4" square. There a some tiny chips on the bottom edge of the marble base and one tiny tiny chip along the top edge. See last pictures) The crystal dish has no chips or cracks and has an octagonal shape. It is a heavy high quality piece; weighs in at about 6 lbs.
