Up for your consideration is a stunning Antique Cut crystal glass footed compote. It is absolutely beautiful with crystal prism teardrops that hang on a bronze or brass petal stem. It looks like the Victorian or Art Nouveau era. The compote is is very nice condition with no chips or cracks. Underneath the base shows some patina loss under the feet with the number 1031. It measures 10 1/2" tall and 7 1/2" across glass bowl rim. The base measures 3 1/2" across the feet. The bowl moves in circular fashion. ANTIQUE/VINTAGE CUT BLOCK EAPG (?) CRYSTAL Glass COMPOTE candy dish with LID
I wish I could tell you exact information on this compote but I cannot. An antiques expert told me it is called Cut Block but there are no markings on it. It is 9" tall with the lid and 6" tall without the lid. The lid is curved to match the curves on the base of the compote and it fits into these curves perfectly. The base is scalloped. The stem of the base has a drape pattern and you can see the inside of the stem which resembles a blown bubble- but is simply the inside of the stem. My mother has this exact compote but in a 12" tall size that she has had for more than 50 years. She bought hers originally in an antique shop. this compote has no damage and very little wear on the bottom so it may have been stored in a china cabinet. The glass is very clear.

The tiny diamond cut design is also on the bottom of the bowl. Accenting the bowl is a deep cup pie crust rim. Just gorgeous! The glass is clear& shiny. The SEVEN hanging tear drop shaped crystal prisms show a rainbow of colors in any type of light. All are in mint condition. The detailed footed brass base is also very detailed. Antique Bohemian cut crystal floral tazza compote Moser
This lead crystal compote or tazza is 8 3/8 inches tall and 6 ¼ inches in diameter on the top. The tazza is wheel cut on the underside and gilded in a floral pattern. There are cut facets on the bottom that have been gilded. It is superb work. It is hand blown. The piece dates to the late 19 th or early 20 th century. It is unsigned but was made by Moser or another top quality maker. There are no chips. Cracks or repairs but there is a wear to the gilding on the top edge and to the strip near the bottom.

Antique elegant cut crystal intaglio tazza compote Hawkes
This gorgeous compote is 6 1/8 inches high and 7 ¼ inches in diameter at the top. It has an elaborated etched floral decoration on the top and facets on the foot. It has a twisted stem. It is not marked. But is most likely Hawkes. It dates circa 1900. There are no chips, cracks or repairs. There is very little wear.

This is a charming lead crystal piece that I think dates pre-1900. Although it could be later.but no later than the 1920's I think. The bowl part is on an unusually long stem. The whole piece measures 8-1/4" tall; the bowl is 6" in diameter. The bowl is etched in flowers and leaves. The bottom has an repeated oval design. It appears the rim may have once had gold trim. Condition is very nice. The top of the bowl rim is smooth. Just under the rim. There two very small chips. If I can answer any questions. Please feel free to contact me.

This is an exquisite heavy lead crystal Victorian piece that rings that crystal ring! It has a reverse thumbprint pattern around the bottom of the bowl and around the foot. And a bubble pattern around the top of the bowl. The whole piece measures 7-1/4" tall and the bowl is 8 3/8" in diameter at its widest point. Condition is very nice for its age: I see no cracks. Breaks, chips, or repairs. Large Elegant Antique Crystal Bowl Compote On 3-Cherub Goldtone Pedestal Base
This listing is for a LOVELY. Large Elegant Antique Crystal Compote/ Bowl Attached To A 3-Cherub Goldtone Metal Pedestal Base. I can feel only a couple(not visible- at least not without very close, intense scrutiny) of'rough' areas on exterior of crystal bowl, otherwise crystal is beautiful(and this is crystal.with a very pretty'ting' to it when tapped lightly with your fingernail) There is significant lime/calcium buildup on metal cherub pedestal which I would think could be cleaned up with some Limeaway and a good deal of effort. There is a little bit of'play' between the crystal bowl and the pedestal. I've tried to show this in the last 2 photos.photo 11 is with the pedestal resting on the crystal bowl.photo 12 shows the pedestal lifted from the bowl so you can see the play. This does not impact the sturdiness ... moreof the bowl on the stand whatsoever.and this play could perhaps be eliminated through tightening by someone who knew what they were doing. It is large and heavy. A true centerpiece, it measures about 10 1/2" across by about 4 1/2" deep. Altogether, it measures about 12 1/2" high. It will ship between 11 and 12 pounds. When I rescued this from an attic. The crystal was splattered with paint and it was filthy. I tried to clean it, but simply did not have the time to try and remove the lime and or calcium deposits. I was told by the family that it likely came from Europe when their grandparents immigrated to the United States in the early 1900's. I have no way to validate that information, however, so I am simply listing it as age unknown. I can find no maker's mark. Antique Pattern Glass Compote In MINT Condition c.1895 EAPG- Hexagonal Bulls Eye Pattern DESCRIPTION A handsome EAPG( Early American Pressed Glass) compote in the Hexagonal Bulls Eye Pattern. This was made in the 1890's by the Dalzell. Gilmore& Leighton Company of Findlay, Ohio. Gorgeous brilliant crystal clear glass! A deeply molded pattern. This is the version with a wide rim measuring a full 10-1/2" across. The base is also beautiful with a solid column and flaring open foot. Plenty of expected straw marks and tiny bubles from the press. Wonderfully heavy weight to this gorgeous EAPG antique compote, weighs 4-1/2-lbs. If you collect this pattern. Antique Crystal Lidded Compote Smoky Dangles Marble Brass Base This compote is in good gently used condition. I can find no problems to the lid but a bit of roughness on a smattering of raised areas. Most likely teensy chips to the ends.not too bad. One of the dangles has a small shallow chip on the bottom. And then the brass base has some tarnish to one corner. Other than that it's a beauty. And quite fancy. The crystal bowl is held in a cast metal leaf design, very solidly made. The piece is not marked and it measures approx. 11 1/2" tall. It's quite heavy so please check the shipping calculator.
