Antique 3 Piece Brass & Crystal Compote with Candle Holders and Hanging Prisms
WOW. This is an Antique 3 Piece Set of Brass and Crystal Compote with Matching Candle Holders. The Compote sits on a Marble Base with Cut Crystal Flower Design with Saw Tooth Edging. All have original lead crystal prisms. There is a piece of label still on the inside of the Compote. All I can make out is Genuine lead crystal- made in west? I can send you a photo if you need to see it up close. After looking this over very well I cannot find any chips or nic's no where. The Compote Measures 10-1/4" inches Tall by 8-1/4" inches Across opening. The Candle holders measure 7" inches Tall. The silver in center of the candles holders is worn off half way around each one. Total weight is 9 Lbs. and 10 oz.s. together. Awesome set. Great for any Antique, Victorian, or Shabby Chic style décor. These will be packed very very well ... moreand Insured. VERY ELAGANT TWO TONED VASE WITH BOWL TYPE CANDLE HOLDERS THE HEIGHT ON VASE IS 8" CANDLE HOLDERS ARE 4 1/4" WIDE AND 3" HIGH. THE CANDLE HOLDERS ARE VERY HEAVY. THESE ARE REALLY VERY NICE PIECES. THERE ARE NO MARKINGS ON BOTTOMS.

Vintage Brass & Crystal Cherub Compote with Prisms & Pair Candle Stick Holders
This beautiful vintage Cherub centerpiece is 10" tall.the fillable part of the bowl is 2 1/4" deep and has a 7" diameter. The prisms are new. Not original.but look great and are easy enough to replace with the vintage ones if you prefer. The Candle Stick Holders are 9.5" tall and have are just shy of 4" across the base. I had put bobeches on them to give them even more panache! Everything is in great condition, especially for its age! No chips or cracks to the glass. There are a couple spots of residue inside the bowl.possibly old adhesive.I'm sure it would come off.I just never cared because it wasn't noticeable: This is heavy stuff.classic vintage quality! VINTAGE CRYSTAL BRASS & MARBLE BASE COMPOTE W/ CRYSTAL PRISMS & 2 CANDLE HOLDERS
Please note that I do refund any overcharge in shipping. I never know what box something goes in so I have to estimate. And since I cant ask for more I have to make sure there is enough. The shipping quote does include insurance and delivery confirmation. I do not make money on shipping. I have a low breakage ratio because I spend money buying good packing materials. This nice vintage compote set came from a recent estate sale. At least I was told it has always been a set but I am not sure that the candle holders match. I could be wrong though. They are all in good shape with no chips cracks or damage although there are some minor knicks/chips on the marble. There are 2 prisms missing on the compote and one missing on one of the candle holders. The prisms look like they were rewired although the very top wires look original. The compote which ... moreI think is crystal but might possibly be pressed glass stands just over 9 inches tall and is just over 11 inches across the top. The candle holders stand about 6.5 inches tall and are 5.5 inches across the base of the marble. The brass on the compote looks like it has cleaner in the grooves? Not sure but please look at the photos. All the pieces have felt on the bottoms so I have no idea who made them or exactly when they were made. If I were to guess I would say they are most likely Italian or German. All in all they are a nice set to dress up your buffet or dining room table. These are very heavy weighing over 14 pounds without packaging so its not going to be cheap to ship. Check out my other auctions for more great vintage and collectible items! All items are stored in a smoke free home! Sometimes family and friends save boxes and packing material for me as I am a nut about recycling. Some of them smoke in their homes.
