Art Deco Hagenauer interest chrome Inkwell Stand Gondolier Man Austrian 1930s
Wonderful desk piece depicting a Gondolier with man rowing. The piece has a strong similarity to Hagenauer items but this is not Hagenauer. Possibly Austrian. Has an A in a circle to the top of the mans pole. No other marks. The boat sits on a black Bakelite type base. The metal could be polished aluminium as is matt underneath. Not chromed and not rusty! Sits on rubber feet. One of the four is missing. Comprises two inkwells with no inserts. And 3 pen rests. Measures 12 inches or 30 cm long and 4.5 across. Condition is good with no damage. Some scratching as expected and a few pit marks but not disturbing, presents well. Classy and stylish piece. Good luck. Quite heavy so postage will reflect. ART DECO chrome sculpture which are made by the famous company Hagenauer(attribution) Austria around 1920-30. The chromed brass art deco ballerina sculpture rests on a alabaster ashtray base(12 cm/4.5 in diameter) It is approx. 16 cm/ 6.30 in. tall and it stays in original condition. There is partly some loss of the chrome to find where the brass comes through. It´s age wear which doesn´t disturb the beauty of this sculpture at all. Tall Hagenauer (Style?) Art Deco Brass Nubian African Woman & Vase Sculpture
Large sculpture by or in the style of Hagenauer. In the form of a woman with vase and rings. Very heavy, and measures approximately 17 1/2" 46.5 cm) tall. It appears to be composed of solid brass, as I can see yellow brass color in some spots under the black paint/patina(matching color of the top of base) and a magnet does not stick It may have been touched up with black paint in a few spots. Good condition, although one foot is not secured(see photo) so it leans slightly. Easy to repair, if desired, by bending and possibly welding or gluing. The foot that is welded to the base is welded so well that I could not bend it to straighten by hand. It is structurally solid, and could be left unprepared if wanted(the safest course) Insurance included in handling fee. Thanks for your interest.

This is a great little ART DECO ONYX and BRONZE TRINKET TRAY. I am not totally sure if the piece is a HAGENAUER or not. But it sure looks like it. It could simply be Vienna Bronze or French. I wasn't about to unscrew him from the base and I will leave that up to the new owner. The kangaroo measures 2 1/4' tall and the tray measures 4 1/4' long. Great RK AUSTRIAN Bronze ART DECO Figural LIGHTER Hagenauer WW. Wonderful ART DECO. Figural, nickel plated bronze, AUSTRIAN LIGHTER made by R.K. of Austria, circa 1935. Lighter is made made in the form of a long ear'd dog or donkey type animal who stands on a pedestal. Pedestal lifts off with figure to reveal a lighter mechanism typical of the period. All components, i.e. striker wheel, flint spring, wick and absorbent material in fuel chamber are present, and I'm sure with a little TLC this will probably work just fine. I've seen a million or two of these deco figurals from Austria and am convinced that Hagenauer was making many of them for other firms or retailers.
