Art Deco Vintage Set Of 2 Reverse Painted Glass Picture Frames Black & Silver
Very nice pair of authentic 1920's Art Deco Period reverse painted glass picture frames. Both frames have the same measurements. 5" X 7" and are in the same colors, black and silver, both with Geometric designs but with slight variations to each design. Both frames have silver metal corners and easel back to enable the picture frame to be free standing. The backs on both frames are in good condition and stand well. One of the two has some water spots but they do not affect the front of the frame. The front of both frames is in very good vintage condition. We cannot see any of the black border paint missing. And the silver lines and shapes on both frames also look good. We can only see just two small spots on both frames on the bottom horizontal line which creates the frame for the picture, where the silver color is lost. Also, ... morethe silver metal corners show discoloration from age. We don't know if they can clean if taken off but we left the frames in their as found condition. Also keep in mind that the glass would also have to be cleaned especially in the corners. The frames are offered in their as found condition. This is a pair of tiny blue glass art deco photo frames from the 1930`s. As you can see there is damage to the cardboard stand on the back of one of them. The other one appears to have never been used with the original S.S. Kresge Co. address inside. There are no chips or other damage to the frames. ANTIQUE VTG ART DECO c1930s SET 4 REVERSE PAINTED GLASS PICTURE FRAMES FILMSTARS
This is quite special. Here are 4 x reverse painted pictures frames dating back to the 1930s. They have been in storage for many years hence the tarnish around the edge of frames. All are reverse painted. Actors include a very young Frank Sinatra in MGM Pictures. Alice Faye from 20th Century Fox, Olivia De Havilland from Warner Bros and another very young Henry Fonda from Paramount. There are no chips in the glass and the reverse paints are all good. Each frame has a stand on the back and measures 12 inches x 10 inches. This is a great find- mainly for the frames but also for the pictures.

Two vintage marble art deco picture frames
These are two art deco photo frames consisting of a marble base and two pieces of glass The lighter colored one is just over seven inches wide at the base and the glass is around 3.5 inches It has one small chip on one of the top edges and two small chips on the corners- none of these are particularly noticeable. The silvering around the glass is a litlle worn towards the bottom The slots for glass slightly are slightly off kilter The darker coloured one is just over seven inches at the base and the glass is around 3.5 inches wide. It has a chip on one of the top edges which is not particularly noticeable One corner of the front glass is chipped at the corner. Apart from this the silvering around the glass is in pretty good order. All in all they are still pretty good looking frames

NO RESERVE Set of 3 Art Deco Streamline Moderne MCM painted glass picture photo frames 2 frameless 1 with frame. This is the kind with the design painted on the back of the glass so the front is totally smooth and can be cleaned. Large one is 11” by 14” overall with a 7 ½” by 9 ½” photo opening, medium one is 8” by 10” overall with a 5” by 7” photo opening, small one is 7” by 9” with a 4 ½” by 6 ½” photo opening. All are in nice condition with some of the rear painted finish coming off around the edges as seen in the photos. Sorry about the fluorescent light reflection in the photos. Lot of Two Period Art Deco Reverse Painted Glass Picture Frames With their original chrome corners these two vintage frames have a great look! The smaller black bordered one measures 7" x 9" and holds a 5" x 7" photo. The larger maroon and ecru one measures 8" x 10" and also holds a 5" x 7" photo. This lot is sold"As Found" The fronts of both are in good shape. But the black cardboard backs of both are not, as can be seen in the photos. The easel stand on the larger one is detached and on the smaller one it's held on by tape. The rear access panels on both are still intact. Thanks for visiting.

Great condition. one frame is missing a bit of glass so that needs to be replaced( unless I can find a right bit in the mean time) approx. 6" tall by 6.25" across base
