For your consideration. I am offering a GREAT Chrome Deco SATURN Lamp. Lamp is in great condition. Wonderful glass shade with star and moon designs. Chrome dome has star and moon cut outs. It stands 9 inches tall and measures 7 inches across. Base is 5 1/4 wide. Lamp has original cloth cord and plug, something you may want to change. Original switch works fine. Here's an absolute beauty from the 1920s. In excellent condition. There's fabric on the bottom, so I don't know who made it. It's 15" tall including the shade(also in excellent condition) 9 3/4" tall to the bottom of the shade. I don't know if it's brass or bronze or possibly something else. The cord is original and fine. There's a switch on the lamp below the bulb. Stunning table lamp of a woman sitting by the side of a glowing willow. It is a frankart style lamp from the Art Deco period. Made of cast aluminum, and(i think) molded and frosted glass. I've seen other lamps that are a bit like this. And the sculpting is more crude. This is a really lovely face. The glass is on perfect shape. Some of her patina is worn and has scratches. She sits pretty, but definitely needs to be rewired, and there is a tiny stress fracture where the thumbscrews- to hold the willow glass globe on its stand. Everything is as pictured. Nude Woman with Flowers” is an exquisite sculpture, and represents a fine example of Art Nouveau“Femmes-Fleur” motif, a woman metamorphosing from the blossom of a plant. She has leaves and flowers extending from her raised arms, forming a shade above her and an elegantly sculpted face depicted by a master artist. Her figure is reminiscent of Frankart sculptures of that era. The foot of the lamp base depicts another traditional Art Nouveau motif. The entire sculpture is finished in a classic rich bronze patina. The sculpture is signed by Jules Jouant. A French sculptor, who was renowned for his portrait busts of music composers. Up for bids is this bronze cat lamp with stained glass fan shade. The lamp is most likely a vintage reproduction in the Frankart style of the 1930's. The lamp is in working condition. There is a crack in the shade. It is a hairline crack and is not really visible until up close. It doesn't show that much when the lamp is one. Please see pics and use zoom to see the crack. Frankart Lamp Genuine But Broken Arm Naked Woman
This is a genuine Frankart Lamp. I sold it once for about a thousand dollars. But it was broken in the mail. The box had to take quite a beating because the arm broke off. The glass is good and all parts are original. Perhaps it can be repaired or used for parts? There appears to be glue around the edge of the lamp post, where it goes into the base, so I'm thinking it may have been glued in or reinforced with glue? I hope someone can use this lamp. I have no reason to think the glass is not original. Hopefully someone has this lamp and needs the glass.

For auction is a lovely Art Deco lamp accompanied by an original Art Deco frosted crackle amber honeycomb globe. The metal lamp base depicts three kneeling nudes with their arms outstretched holding a gravity fitter. Upon which rests the globe. There is no signature on the lamp; the lamp is attributed to the Crescent Metal Works. This company, similar to the Ronson company, used label stickers on the felt which usually fell off. The lamp does have a newer cardboard/felt on its base. The lamp base is in good condition and was professionally refinished in the Frankart Nile Green color. Please note there are some vertical breaks on the fitter. Typical for this type of fitter and not detrimental to the beauty of the lamp. The frosted amber globe is in very good condition with some minor fleabites/chips on the fitter rim; I don’t know if it is ... moreoriginal to the lamp. Aside from the noted breaks on the fitter, the lamp is in magnificent condition, fully rewired with an original Leviton pushbutton switch. The base is about 5 ¼ inches in diameter and the overall height is about 9 ¼ inches with the shade. Nude items from the Crescent Metal Works of Newark. NJ were competitors to Frankart Inc. as well as other Art Deco nude figural items of that era. Named“Spirit of Modernism” was designed in 1928 by sculptor Arthur von Frankenberg(1898– 1992) for his company, Frankart. An unclothed young lady rises from a fantastic cityscape of skyscrapers and gazes to her right. The spelter lamp is painted in the green enamel color of copper when it has been exposed, and is marked on the back“Frankart” and“© 28” the lamp was awarded design patent D77203 and is number L215 in the company literature. The lamp stands approx. 14 ½” tall at the top of the light socket. The lamp has modern wiring. We aren't certain of the date of manufacture; we were told that it is from a later casting of the original molds. We see a ding on the woman's head that shows the underlying metal, and right next to that are spots where it looks like paint flaked and was painted over. VINTAGE AMBER CRACKLE SHADE ART DECO FRANKART/NUART STYLE 3 LADIES TABLE LAMP
This auction is for a beautiful Art Deco style table lamp. The globe is a new reproduction. But the base lamp itself is all original. I also had the lamp rewired, so only the globe and wiring is new. I have an original lamp that my Grandfather bought sometime prior to 1944. I inherited the lamp and broke the original globe. I then watched on EBAY and found a matching lamp. Which I purchased to replace my broken globe. As a result I ended up with this extra beautiful Art Deco style base. I then proceeded to replace the globe as close to the original as I could find(Photo 2& 3) and I did rewire the base, too, since the cord had splits and cracks making it dangerous. The base is metal with a bronze tone finish. Up for sale today is an old crackle glass table lamp. I would guess that it is of the art deco style. However it could be more modern. It is 9" in diameter and has an opening diameter of 5 1/8" The value might be in the globe as a replacement for Frankart lamp or some other lamp that used crackle glass. It it an attractive lamp in and of itself however. The base is made of dark brown plastic or plastic-like material. The base has a crack that was preciously repaired, right in the back next to where the cord comes out. I don't know how old it is, the label on the socket seems old though, reads Underwriters lboraties issue No. 87,166. No makers mark that I could see. So it is green rather than the green/blue in some pictures. it was bought at an auction in Wisconsin of a long time collector. This INTERESTING and wonderful 1920-1930 era lamp features a 10 ½” carved wooden Sandoz-Frankart like stylized horse with dynamic rearing form– color. Overall patina and natural age cracks date it without question– all mounted on a heavy iron base and column. Incidentally the lamp works fine electrically. I have included numerous pictures as this item aroused my curiousity– the figure is definitely period and the style approach of the carver sophisticated– I love it. And features two nude women facing outward, and leaning back on bended knees, with a fabulous skyscraper type amber crackle shade between them. The lamp measures 12-1/4 inches long, 4-1/4 inches wide, and is approximately 7-1/2 inches tall to the peak of the shade. There are some small minor nicks in the bronze patina finish. Original Frankart Green Nude Nymph poised kneeling along Paperweight Clear Bubbled Glass light. Flowing lines and base has depressions of linear designs. Works perfectly. There are some areas of paint loss which I have tried to convey in the pictures. It is heavy. I believe it is pot metal however I am not an expert on metal content. On one end there is embossed raised printing that says Frankart Inc. Patent Appld For. It is 8 3/4" tall by 3 5/8" depth by 7 3/4" long. No chips in globe. Lovely and in remarkably wonderful condition for its age.

But looks similar to Frankart's style. It's a cast metal with a copper finish to it. There are a couple of areas with separation/breaks to the metal. One on the inside of the lamp by the light socket and one near the woman's thigh, you can see it in the 1st and 2nd pictures. The lamp is tested and working, you can't see the break when the shade is in place. There is one small area that had a chip but it was mended/repaired at some point. This is an extremely RARE- ANTIQUE- OLD- VINTAGE 1920'S- ART DECO PERIOD- FRANKART ERA- NUART LAMP. It is as shown and is an original 1920's lamp that features a NUDE NYMPH- NUDE LADY- NUDE GIRL- sitting on a pedestal and gazing at a GLASS GLOBE- ORB that lights up. The SPELTER(fragile white metal) base is 8" X 5" the NYMPH is 6 5/8" high off the ground- and the GLOBE is 4 3/4" in diameter. I cannot find any markings. But I am sure that it was made by NUART CREATIONS- NEW YORK CITY. The finish consists of a BRONZE TONE PAINT and is age checked and is peeling in may spots- there is a lot of paint loss! The metal base is age cracked as shown, which is common for this type of old metal.
