This stool measures 28" 32" adjustable height with a 18" dia. seat and its foot rest ring measuring 15 1/2" dia. The seat is maple circle with aged wear. This is number 2 of two matching vintage industrial drafting stools. Straight from the estate of a local artist. The stool has a metal frame(not sure if this is iron or steel) and the seat is made of wood. The seat swivels 360 degrees. It has a footrest and the seat adjusts from 30 inches to 36 inches by spinning the seat. It is a heavy duty, industrial chair that was made to last for decades and will survive for many more. It does have some cracks in the wood seat. There is also some surface rust present on the metal legs, tips of feet and on the footrest. Up for auction is this really nice vintage machine age stool by Toledo Stool/ Ohio Steel. The seat and back of chair are in very good to excellent condition. There is some rust and pitting on the bottom of the legs and round feet.There is still some of the original paper label on the frame underneath and metal label EATON RICH on the opposite side see photos no. 4& 5.It has a spring load lever to adjust seat height. It turns/swivels.There appears to be a weld on the frame see photo no. 8 original? Vintage Industrial Toledo Uhl Art Steel Drafting Machinist Shop Bar Stool Seat
The top of this Toledo stool was split and beat up when it came to us. Our competent staff reglued. Sanded, stained, and finished the seat. The stool seat does still have some deep scratches from wear and a small saw nick on the side from some incident in the past. The base of the stool was very much intact, aside from paint wear, and we have left it alone. The stool seat measures about 15" in diameter, the foot print of the stool legs are 15" x 15" the stool height adjusts between 33" and 27.5" and the foot rest is 16" in diameter. Antique Industrial Cast iron & Oak Machinist Drafting Bar Stool Chair W COVER
This antique stool is fresh out of the woodwork and really has the look. I found it in an attic and it belonged to the mans grandfather who was a draftsman. Cast iron with oak seat and back. Mounted on an old shipping box and looks like its been on it forever. I think the coolest thing is the cover. Its nice and worn but very solid and not damaged. It has cool brass eyelets on sides. I peeked under it and the oak seat looks like new under it. Looks like the cover has been on this stool since it was made. I have seen stools like this before but never with a cover on it. There is no damage to the piece at all. No cracks or repairs to wood or cast iron. It swivels and is adjustable. As it stands it is 41" high not counting the base. I'm sure it adjusts higher or lower. The seat is approx. 13" in dia. Total weight is 37.6 lbs. It ... morecan be picked locally here in Rhode Island but I will ship anywhere in the USA. Here is a rare industrial stool made by Page furniture. Vernon M. Page incorporated" From Buffalo NY. I believe this stool to be from the 1920's. This one is rare in that it has a leather seat with perforations instead of the conventional wood. Stool is rusty and leather pad is intact but pretty dry. There are miscellaneous scratches and paint drippings. Overall a great piece to restore or use as steampunk.

Great original set of industrial stools. Based on style. Color, and design, I'd say these were probably made by Lyon. They are fully adjustable and come direct from a recently shuttered factory in Harrison, NJ. I was told that they were used by garment workers sometime between the 1930s and 1950s. These would be a great authentic addition to a kitchen island, breakfast bar, garage, machine shop, or restaurant. The limits are pretty endless. They're all quite sturdy and have their old masonite seats. I've replaced most of the pan-head screws that hold the masonite down to ensure that they're securely attached. This is a nice set that should be put right back to use. I've left them in original, uncleaned condition. Up for auction is a fantastic industrial drafting stool possibly made by Toledo Uhl. I could not find a makers mark. It could have been made by Toledo Uhl or another company of great quality. It is in wonderful original condition. The chair swivels and is adjustable for seat height. The seat can be adjusted to 30" at its highest and 27" high for the lowest setting. The backrest can also be adjusted. The width at the base is almost 14" square. Blonde wood and a green metal base gives this stool a great industrial flair. A very cool estate find to offer. Super solid construction. Screw adjustable height. Wood seat frame shows wear from daily use. Once upon a time. Original caning is weakening in spots but still has life left. I am 180 lbs and have been using it for last few weeks as occasional chair. 8 INDUSTRIAL TOLEDO CHAIRS These are original chairs. No repairs. Not restored or refinished. All 32 original ball jointed feet are present and unbroken. Very clean and in excellent condition all over, but liability wise I must state these were taken out of service recently as is and may need cleaned and or safety inspected before use. Each swivels, the backs are adjustable up and down with tilt back and forth. Seats can be raised or lowered with spring grip under stool as pictured. Very difficult to find an original condition set of 8 together like this since they were new. Selling for $300 ea. with shipping about $30 per chair or all 8 for $1900. Pick up at our home is free and the flat rate given is for the lower 48 only through Greyhound.
