It is in well used condition, but does have considerable rusting over the entire piece. The legs are also slightly bent, and 2 out of 3 legs are missing the foot on the bottom. NIce antique metal stool. Draftsman style. Obviously was used by a welder as per the few trace spot welds on the stool surface. Adjusts from 23" up to 31" The seat has a 13" diameter, the base is 22" across. Weighs about 14 pounds. Local pickup is best but. We are happy to ship FedEx, but it will be expensive, especially to the West Coast, approximately $80.00. Up for your bid is a genuine metal milking stool straight from the farm. This stool had some rust. So it was sand blasted and sprayed with primer gray Rustoleum paint- so it is ready to paint any color you desire(great painting surface for the tole artist,too. This is a 3 legged stool with hand forged welded joints. It measures 12 3/4 inches high, 9 3/4 inches in diameter. There is a handy hole for hanging( these were hung on a nail with legs facing outward. There is another hole where the metal was weak along the edge and broke through, doesn't affect its usability, just gives it an extra dose of character. Here we have a tall antique Lyon metal stool. The seat of this stool stands about 30 inches tall and the back rest reaches up to about 44 1/4 inches tall. Guaranteed old 3 legged metal milk stool. It was originally RED on the top, you can still see the original color through the corrosion and rust. In all its natural glory. This awesome authentic dairy barn milking stool makes a great decor piece or photography studio or theater production prop. Sits fine and is still usable and stable. Measures 12" high. For your consideration is this wonderful bar or kitchen stool. Has a great industrial look. True vintage to antique. You spin the sit to adjust the height from 27" to 21" in height. Large 1" acme threads. Seat has a tiny bit of wobble but is strong and not in any danger of breaking. look at the photos showing how this is mounted! Excellent vintage look with welded large nuts and bent rod creating the frame-all of which have a very rusty like exterior. Because of this I wonder if this is an old home made stool or did a company actually build it this way? 1 break in the foot rest that needs a weld. Threads are oiled good now but will need periodic re-oiling. Vintage Industrial Wood Metal Adjustable Drafting Stool Antique Operator Stool
This is a stool loaded with charactor! I was told it was an artist or drafting table but also told it was a operator or engineers stool. Measuring approx 31.5" without raising it up(this includes the high of the metal pad( on the bottom which was obviously not original to the piece but could be removed) Legs measure approx 19.5" across(at bottom) and stool seat is just over 14" in diameter. I wish I could read the original tag on the stool(see pictures. Tag is slightly better than pictured but hard to read) I can read the word mahogany on the tag but there is also a word preceeding it which I cannot. I am having trouble reading anything inside the company insignia. It appears to be a person standing in the center but again, I am unsure. I would LOVE to know where it came from but have come up with no results. The leather cover ... moreon the seat(seat is not solid. It is a wooden rim with hollow middle) is tattered around edges. It appears to be a blue type fabric underneath it, looking from the underside I do not believe it is original. The mechanics of the chair appear to be in working order. Chair raises and lowers with a bit of play. The wooden arched foot rest has 3 spots of cracking but it is solid and this appears to only be through the outer layer of wood with the deepest of the cracks less than half way through the wood. It does not seem to affect the integrity at all. One of the wooden plugs on the bottom of the legs(covering an old flat head screw) is gone, the other 3 are in tact. Original sticker on the frame stating UHL steel. Great comfortable stool with adjustable swivel seat and adjustable back. The seat height is 28 inches at the lowest and can go up about 4 to 5 inches. The seat itself is 16 inches x 14 inches. The seat has lots of wear with nicks and even looks like cigarette burns. Such patina is hard to beat! The seat has been removed for shipping. ANTIQUE VICTORIAN ERA 20"25" TALL WOOD PIANO STOOL BENCH This is an old unsigned Victorian era wood piano stool that was recently removed from an estate in central Pennsylvania. It measures 14" in diameter at the swivel seat and adjusts to 20"25" tall. It features a ribbed outer rim on the seat. Turned legs, stretchers and center post, with four splayed legs showing 4-claw metal feet with glass balls. The stool is in good condition. It is tight and structurally sound in every respect. If you love Prim this stool is for you. Very sound Sturdy and Useable. It has wonderful old Natural Patina that only comes with age. It has traces of the old Green and White Paint peeking through the rustic metal. Paint is crusted with lots of age. Displays Great! Base of the Stool is Metal with a Wood seat. Metal legs are turned up at the bottom Approximate MEASURMENTS: See photo's above. It measures 30" tall with a 10" seat The legs are 11" apart. Little wider at the bottom than the top, gives it a wonderful tapered look. CONDITION: Very sound sturdy and useable. Legs are all good. Bars are all their and still strong. Wood seat has a(minor) cut ... morein one spot looks like they used it as a saw horse at some point in time. You can see this in the photo's above. It has natural aged patina. With surface rust. Old stool with plenty of life left in it. Stool stands approximately 21 inches in height and seat being 12 inches in diameter. Lot of uses for this- great for art displays. Etc. Top has been repainted as there are some splotches of red especially on the bottom of the seat. Some dings in paint add to the charm of this vintage item.
