Antique,ceramic, Art Nouveau pattern toothpaste Jar crock pot lid
You are bidding on an antique. Ceramic, under-glaze transferred toothpaste container featuring an art nouveau motif on a Greek ke y design platform(see pic.3) This lid dates to ca.1900.right in the middle of the art nouveau period which is considered to be between 1890-1914 and was characterized by. Among others, this type of flowing emblem. Height measures 5-1/4" to top of lid finial. Pink. Floral transfers on both sides of jar and lid. Color is green fading to an almost antique white. Edge of lid and jar rim trimmed in gold gilt. Antique c. 1920’s mustard/jam pot. This beautiful pot is marked“Made In England” on the base. Features an electric pink glaze with a black silhouette scene design that pops off of a pale geometric patterned band. The silhouette design depicts a lady apparently being courted by two suitors. There are two silhouette scenes on the pot. There are some light discoloration spots along the rim of the pot. Very heavy crazing throughout(please refer to photos) But, no chips, fleabites. The pink colored glaze is still vibrant. The lid appears to be hammered silver plate, but, quite possibly nickel plated. Needs a polish if you prefer a shinier look. Beautiful Art Deco Tea Caddy/Canister/Jar made from Porcelain and finished in a great black striped pattern with a very cool patina! Made in Germany. Other markers include Dec.2251. Shield with 2 stripes across and 5305 are embossed on the bottom. Condition: Besides chips across about 60% of the top the rest of the item is in good shape. Showing a little bit of staining on the white part of the stripes. The inside is a bit dirty, but in good condition! Missing its cap as well. This item looks great just sitting on my desk! But I know it would look a lot cooler at your retro style business, your home or office! Would make an awesome desk top pen or marker holder for an artist or a unique student!

Antique Victorian Very Ornate Art 1800'S Chineese Crock Jar With Lid Markings
This is a very lovely ornate crock that has wonderful art work. There is a gold baked on color base with stunning bright vivid colors and art work. Has detailing of Chinese people that appear to be dancing. Also is abundance floral art patterns. The top has a sword sticking thru a vase surrounded by beautiful colorful flowers. I researched the symbol on the bottom and it appears this was 1890's piece if I'm not mistaken. There are no chips or cracks. The top fits nicely on the crock. Antique Austrian Pipe Art Nouveau Flowers Tobacco Jar Humidor c.1850-1910, gm756
Offered is a beautiful antique yellow. Pink and green Austrian majolica humidor tobacco jar decorated in the Art Nouveau style made in the 1800's. This lovely tobacco jar features a lid with a pipe on it. Flip the lid over and there is the opening where you are suppose to put a sponge. Wet the sponge. Wring it out, slip it in and it will keep your tobacco humid! The body of the humidor features Art Nouveau form and lily pads and flowers. You can find a similar humidor on page 62 in the book" Marvelous Majolica" The bottom is well marked with the form number impressed into the clay. 8765. I think this could have been made in 1865. Condition is excellent for its age! I see no chips or cracks! It measures 4.5 inches long by 3.25 inches wide and stands 4 inches tall. Please email with any questions. Stunning antique NIPPON Blue Maple Leaf signed hand painted. Art nouveau covered porcelain jar. This is a really lovely piece with a dark green base and layers of flat and raised decoration.
