For your consideration is a beautiful hand painted square center serving bowl. It is a white bowl with a molded pattern resembling a piece from the Victorian era. Each side has a floral scene with a white flower surrounded by lavender green and yellow leaves. There are also some white painted highlights on the flowers. Almost every part of the molded design including the rim is highlighted with rich gold gilding. On the inside of the bowl there is a one inch area of pink shading that runs around the top rim. On the bottom inside is an elaborate circular design done in a chocolate shade. This bowl is in immaculate condition. There are no cracks. Chips, scratches or staining and very minimal wear to the gold gilding. This is a square bowl and measures 10” across in diameter and stands 3-3/4” tall. It is marked with the stylized eagle. Antique 1875 - 1934 C. T. Carl Tielsch Germany Porcelain Bowl Gorgeous Embossed
Offered is a wonderful Carl Tielsch porcelain bowl. It is hallmarked on the bottom with the stamp dating to between 1875 to 1934. Beautiful heavily embossed. Or raised, swirls all around the edges. Lovely floral pattern against a white background which blends into a very vivid shading of greens around the upper portion of the bowl. Beautiful gold gilt on edges and around embossed areas. There is small wear of the gold on the bottom of the bowl, presumably from serving food. There is a hairline crack on the edge, see photo. The handl is spectacular, as are the colors and shading of the green areas. There are three different floral designs on each side of the serving bowl. A gorgeous piece to add to your finest collection of Antique German porcelain. Measures approx. 11 3/16" L x 8 3/4" W x 4 5/8" ht. weighs approx. 2 lbs. Starting with normal household pieces, going over hotel porcelain and ending with luxury goods. In addition, the facility always had the best designers and decorators. After World War II, the Polish government nationalized the Altwasser factory and it became a branch of C. M. Hutschenreuther Porcelain Company that started in Hohenberg, Bavaria, Germany. For these reasons, one can be fairly certain these collectibles date between the years of 1875-1918. In Germany the under glaze mark of this eagle monogram and‘C.T’ initials was patented in the Reichswarenzeichenregister(RWZR) on October 18. 1875 to protect the factory against imitations of their wares. It continued into the early 1900s. This dish is marked CT Germany in Black with the Eagle and Germany in blue. Which includes the scepter and orb, which was used around 1900’s. This beautiful porcelain dish measure approximately 4 ¼” in diameter and 1 ½” deep in excellent antique condition. No chips cracks, scratches or repairs; most of the gold rim is worn off. Up for your consideration is a lovely bowl that is marked with a crown and the initials C. T. under it. Above it is an upper case K that was pressed into the raw material. Below these items are Made in Germany done in blue ink and as a circle. The outer edge is white with a thick line of gold. The pattern is an ongoing serpentine with curled under edges at either side for handles. There are 4 areas on the handles that are cut-out. The interior's sides of the bowl are white turning into pale pink. It is decorated on each side with yellow and rose colored wild roses(5 petals per flower) The buds are green as are the leaves. Stems and smaller floral are brown. The interior's bottom is white. The edge was painted in gold with bottomless squares each having a dot in their center. In the middle are flowers and vines all done in gold. The ... moreexterior of the bowl is white. The bowl measures: 14" long X 8 1/2" wide and it stands 3" tall from the center of the handle from the table top. Condition- This has a lot of gold on the upper edge. there are a few places where it is thinner than originally. The interior bottom has light scratches from utensil use. None are deep and not gouges. If holding it with the Made in Germany on the bottom- right side.the very tip of the turned under handle has a chip. The bottom's resting edge is grimy and could use a good cleaning. The bowl weighs 1 pound 13.4 ounces. It will be well wrapped to ensure a safe delivery. Tielsch& Co. 1845 until 1917) One reason for the success of Carl Tielsch straight from the beginning was that he had a very large product range. Starting with normal household pieces, going over hotel porcelain and ending with luxury goods. In addition, the facility always had the best designers and decorators. At first, Tielsch only marked his products with the initials'TPM' which stood for Tielsch Porzellan-Manufaktur. As that appeared similar to the'KPM' used by the Königlich Preußische Porzellanmanufaktur, the two snakes curling around a stave were added at first, only to be replaced completely by the eagle from 1847 ... moreonwards. Antique CT Germany Tielsch Hand-Painted Floral Scalloped Porcelain Bowl Gld Trim
Antique porcelain hand-painted oval serving bowl with flowers that look like a yellow daisy and rust color mums. Bowl is in good shape for its age except for some small black pits in the white paint. A couple of rough spots under some of the scallops and the gold trim is worn away on some of the edges. See photos. The back is marked with a green"Made in Germany" and"C.T. with faint logo along with the red numbers"9564 84. There is also a small chip on the bottom. Approx. 13.5"long x 9.5" wide x 3.25" tall. CT Germany was first part of a mark used by a company in Altwasser. Germany(now part of Walbrzych, Poland) in 1845. The mark was used by Carl Tielsch. Fantastic Anitique C. Tielsch & Co. Germany, Porcelain Bowl
This beautiful porcelain bowl features a hand painted portrait of two women in a scenic garden accompanied by two angels. A woman and a child. The portrait is set on a white back round with an elegant gold border. The sides of the bowl are light green with a gold floral pattern as well as a small bouquet of flowers on every other scalloped edge accented by a lovely purple color. The scalloped rim has small gold flowers around the rim accented by gold trim. The underside of the bowl is white with several identifying marks on it. It is stamped by C.T Germany and has the number 10 etched into the bowl. It is also marked 9/17, 675 and 9, please view the photos for more detail. This is an Antique CT Carl Tielsch Cobalt Blue Butterfly Divided Dish with Handle- Germany. It measures around 4 1/4" tall to the top of the handle and 13 3/4" wide. This beautiful piece is in good antique condition. There are a few flakes on the rim. Surface glaze cracks and crazing lines. The bottom rim has shallow chips and flakes all around. There is a slight wobble when sitting. Also, the gold paint around the rim and on the handle has faded or worn off due to handling.
