Edge Malkin& Co. Chusan 9" Serving Bowl 1893 VGC Very good condition large serving bowl with exterior and interior decoration made in England by Edge Malkin& Co. In the Chusan pattern, circa 1893. No chips, cracks or repairs found, there is however, a worn spot on the rim edge where the glaze is thin. No other problems noted. Pattern depicts two figures, one seated in an elaborate chair, and the other standing in a garden with a peacock. The pattern repeats itself 3 times along the outside of the bowl and is also seen in the bottom. 8.5 inches diameter and 4.5 inches tall. An antique Edge Malkin& Co Brown Transfer Ware Bowl in the ITALY pattern in remarkably good condition. No chips, cracks or repairs, allover tight colorless crazing. Measures approx. 1 1/8" high and 6" in diameter, foreground features a woman on a donkey with a man beside her walking on a road next to a shrine or steeple with buildings in the background, wonderful border of fancy cartouches alternating with grapes and grape leaves. Clearly marked with the impressed Edge Malkin& Co mark along with the dog Trade Mark, dated bowl 1871- 1903, an outstanding addition to any transfer ware collection, insurance included in shipping. Edge Malkin E M &Co. Brown Transferware English Pattern: Naples c1880
This brown transferware bowl was made in England in the late 1800's. The pattern is"Naples. The edge has grapes and there is a girl or woman overlooking the city of Naples. Italy. There is a mountain in the background- Vesuvius? There is a small crack. That can be seen in the photos. The pen is next to it) The edges are worn but not chipped. There is crackling. There are some rough spots in the center of the bowl. Some raised and some indented. There is a small green dot and some of the color seems to be imperfect. I have tried to show all the flaws in the photos. Considering how old this is. I think it's in amazing condition! Antique 1887 EDGE, MALKIN & CO Brown Earthenware Plate / Bowl 9x5" TRENTHAM
This classic EDGE. MALKIN& CO piece has the number 26620 stamped in the middle of the bottom, and a brown stamp with the No. 77306, that is the registration number for the year 1887. Above the number: The word TRENTHAM, the letter B, the company's logo E.M.Co, and the picture of a sitting greyhound. This small oval plate(9x5" is just under 1-1/2" tall. Very heavy and in remarkably good condition for its age. It looks very old fashioned(it has various shades of brown) and the glaze seems to have rubbed off in a few areas. It has a small chip on the foot rim and an inside hair line that is under the glaze and doesn't reach the rim(see picture with ruler/ above the 2" mark)

Antique Edge Malkin Co. 3 piece set cup/bowl/plate Stick spatter (?)
I am not an expert in this field. Beautiful colors and very bright. I did research on the Internet and found these to be called Stick Spatter by Edge Malkin Co.England. They are old/antique. I was told by the woman I got them from that they were her Aunts and they were original and very old. You are getting all three pieces. The plate is approximately 8 3/4" across. The bowl is approximately 5 3/4" across with its height at about 1.25" and the cup is about 3 1/4" across and 2 3/4" tall. I see no chips. Cracks or breaks. The marks are showing through where they were set on the kiln rack? That is the discoloration you see on the bowl and plate on the centers. Crazing throughout all pieces. The spots you see are not chips on the top of the cup, it is dirt and I am afraid to clean these items. Overall condition is great. ... moreLike I stated I am not an expert in this field. Edge Malkin & Co. Chusan BOWL Luster Gold Detailed circa 1893 Aesthetic ENGLAND
Offering a richly colored. Intricate"Chusan" 6 1/3" bowl, made in England by Edge Malkin& Co. circa 1893. This exotic pattern features luster glazing on the edge pattern and other areas, adding a wonderful accent to the rich colors showing two figures in an Asian style garden with a peacock. This pattern is named for the Chinese port that featured in the opium wars. No chips or cracks, colors bright. Glaze is still glossy, all luster finish very fine. ANY WHITE SPOTS ARE FROM MY CAMERA FLASH. A few small dark marks on underneath of bowl. On the front also a some tiny spots of what looks like original ink have escaped the pattern. There are few very light utensil marks clear utensil marks or crazes on the front of the bowl and one very small light tan mark. The edge of the bowl has a few small dark marks- I have not tried ... moreto remove any of these. near one of the figure's heads. VICTORIAN EDGE MALKIN (EM & CO.) TONQUIN PATTERN VEGETABLE DISH VINTAGE
This is a beautiful Victorian Tonquin pattern vegetable bowl with cover. It was made by E. Malkin& Co. There is a trademark inside the cover. It is approximately 6" x 6" x 4-1/2" tall. There is a small chip on one leg and a couple of very small chips on another leg. This is a very beautiful design and would make a wonderful addition to any collection.
