Antique Vienna Austria porcelain dish. Measures 9 1/2 x 8 inches. It has a garland of pink roses around the rim. The background is bright white. The back has the manufacturer's mark- a crown and two shields with Vienna. Austria. There were reportedly four New York importers that used this mark. They were PH Leonard, Bawo& Dotter, Charles L. Dwenger, and Paul Straub& Co. The mark was used on Vienna China from Count Thun's factory in KlaSterec. It dates to around the early 1900's.

Antique Austrian Porcelain Bowl Enameled Roses & Raised Gold 1902-18
Exquisite porcelain bowl is decorated with whisper soft pink roses and garlands over a white porcelain ground. The center has a band of baby roses and is banded with raised gold beading and scrolling. The rim alternates embossed gold scrolling and beaded bright white accented with green and gold. It measures 9" across and just over 2" deep and is in very good condition with no chips or cracks and minimal loss of gilding. The opaque porcelain is very fine and light. Bears the mark of the Adolf Persch Hegewald Austria and was produced between 1902-1918. Ref. Rontgen's Marks of German. Bohemian and Austrain porcelain.

Antique Austrian Porcelain "Butterfly" Dish/Bowl w/Handle
Pretty"Butterfly" serving dish. Late 1800's. Early 1900's, I'm not certain. It is porcelain, mainly blue, with gilding on the handle, raised floral areas, in lines following around the shape of the dish. The floral designs are done with decals that were fired on. There is a very fine hairline crack(see photos) that has obviously been there for decades due to the slight discoloration of the crack. No other flaws noted, except for expected wear to the gilding on the handle. Stamped on the bottom, made in Austria(See Photos) This dish measures approximately 10" from the top to bottom, 12 3/8" across, 2 3/4" at the highest point, 2" high at the bottom of the"butterfly wings" It weighs approximately one pound, 11 ounces.

Here is a sweet little fluted porcelain bowl from about the 1890s. It is transfer ware. With peach roses inside and mottled gold on the inner fluted edges. No maker's mark. Please Note: This covered dish is from our family collection. Therefore it has not been passed around from seller to reseller or acquired in some estate sale. Reportedly this covered dish has been in our family for nearly a century and held as a royal Austrian antique by our antique collector uncle. While the piece shows only some expected age wear on the outside, the inside bowl of the dish is in remarkably good condition. amazingly it has virtually no utensil marks, nor does it have any cracks. Or chips and the complete dish itself shows no crazing anywhere. On bottom. It has the Austria mark, manufacturer marks and the number 1003 incised in the mold. The outside of the bowl ivory porcelain shows a little age as does the gold gilt on the handles. however, the gold gilt around the top and foot. Along with the flower decoration are surprisingly ... moreunbroken and intact. The cover shows some age and wear on top and one small minor chip on the inner rim. Please see all photos. ABOVE THAT IS A ROW OF RAISED PORCELAIN BUMPS. THE EDGE IS VERY DECORATIVE AND HAS GOLD PAINTED LINES ACCENTS. THIS GOLD HAS WORN OFF IN SOME SPOTS BUT THERE IS STILL A LOT ON IT. Stunning German Austrian Porcelain Figural Jardiniere Vase Bowl NO RESERVE
Stunning German/ Austrian Porcelain Renaissance Figural Jardiniere/ Bowl. C. 1900. This is a gorgeous hard paste porcelain vase. Certainly Continental. no marks at all. possibly made in Dresden or Meissen Germany. But could be Austrian as well. Very unique in it's design. There is a full figure of a young Renaissance man sitting on the top edge of the jardiniere/ vase/ bowl. Amazing detail to the piece, his face is very well done. His outfit is finely hand painted and quite colorful. The jardiniere is in great condition, no cracks. There is a small minor flake at the very bottom corner of his top. The paint on the tip of his shoe is a bit mottled, but no sign of a repair. His cheek has a bit of roughness, again not damage and original to manufacture.
