This White and Yellow checkered vintage French café au lait breakfast bowl is very cute and très shabby chic. Over here in France a standard breakfast is a bowl. These lovely antique French café au lait bowls are decorated in shades of pink. There is some discoloring. Some wear around the rim, but most of all they have a lot of charm. It is simply"très jolie" to me, and yes very Gigi and girly so my 6 sons are more than ok with me selling it. They dates from the 1950's. They measures 4.5 inches wide by 2.25 inches tall.
