This auction is for Vintage Large Salt glazed Saltlazed redware duck Planter. This is a Very Detailed Planter in which it was taken care of. You can see very visible all the salt in the glaze. This measures 9" Tall by 7 1/2 Wide and 6" across the planter bowl. This is very Large and is Hollow inside looking thru the base. This is in Very Very Good Condition. No chips, reapairs, and does have a little residue inside the bowl, i tried to take it out. on the base is like a 2" little crack that i believe was made during the making. Because at one point the glaze covers it up. This weighs in at a heavy 3 1/2" Pounds. And been in my collection for over 14 years, but time to sell to someone who will enjoy it. Slip Decorated Redware Bowl ? - Antique, Green, Yellow
I am not sure when or where this was made. I am also not sure if it is redware. The bowl measures about 6 inches from rim to rim and about 2 inches tall. It has some chipping here and there- mostly to the glaze- you can see 2 within the bowl and one or two on the rim. Overall. This is a unique, old and nicely colored bowl!

Here is a unusual manganese decorated bowl measuring 6-1/8 inches in diameter. And is 2-3/4 inches tall. There are two chips off the rim, as pictured. There is a faint trace of dark splotch manganese decoration on the face of the bowl, and the glaze is really super, on an unusual form for Southeastern Pennsylvania Redware. It is getting harder to find these pieces especially in good condition. I was fortunate to find this particular piece as it is original from this family, never sold, never collected. An Antique Primitive Drip Glazed Redware Pottery Handled Bowl. The bowl measures 12" handle to handle and it stands 3 3/4" tall. Estimate it would hold 2 1/2 to 3 quarts. It weighs about 3 pounds. It is hand thrown with applied handles and glazed interior.The glaze is splattered/drip on the sides and parts of the handles. The base has no glaze. Condition: there is a hairline crack on one side from rim to base(photo) inside and out and a chip about one inch to the right of the crack.There are some rim flakes and missing glaze on the rim. Antique Pottery Slip Decorated 2 Banded Red Ware Mixing Bowl (redware) Signed
The bowl is redware with a 2-band slip decoration. It has no chips or cracks. There is some wear to the glaze in particular to the bottom interior of bowl which is consistent with the age. I estimate that it is from the early 1900's maybe a bit older. It is marked on the bottom with stylized letters that seem to be"GP" then below"CC" I don't know what the markings stand for. The bowl is just under 9" in diameter and 4" high. The three small light colored spots on interior of bowl are not chips. They are points where bowl rested during firing.

Lovely large early slip decorated redware bowl. New England early 19th century. Nicely decorated. The name Maria is written in the bottom of the bowl. Measures approximately 12.25" wide x 4.75" tall. Areas of wear to glaze. Please see photos. There are a few hairline cracks in the lip of the bowl, but the integrity of the bowl is intact. A large factory flaw in the bottom interior but otherwise a gorgeous bowl. Perfect for restoration repair if in the know. Otherwise a nice display bowl. Quite thick, quite heavy. It is 4" deep. This is an exceptional and rare antique early American redware pottery bowl with handles. It is in very nice antique condition with no cracks etc. that I can see. It has minor wear from age and use but overall appears to have seen little use. It is quite large too and measures 12" wide not including handles and 5" tall not including handles. It measures 8" tall including handles x 13 3/4" wide including handles. This is an exceptional piece. E & W Bennett Pottery Redware bowl basin Baltimore Md. from 1800s
This is a nice red ware mixing bowl or wash basin from the old E& W Bennett Pottery of Baltimore. Md. in operation from the mid 1800s to the Great Depression) The mark on this piece looks to be circa 1850-1890. It stands 2 1/4 inches tall and measures 9 3/4 inches across. It's in g reat shape for antique. The basin has a few very small nicks on the top. No repairs or cracks. It has fading and age spots. See photos for more, or contact sellers.
